W O M A N

"Did I tell you-you to continue seeing me after-after the shoots secretly?"
Tiara questioned again looking right at Jayson's dark pair of eyes with equal dare.

His grip on her throat loosened after hearing her this time, reality started hitting him immediately.

It has always been Jayson who chased after Tiara even though being engaged to Hattiea, he chose to cheat on his fiancé with some other woman first.

Then how come it was only her fault in all this?

Tiara only chose to have an affair with Jayson knowing him being already in a relationship with Hattiea, that's the only fault she had in everything...

And now that she was a mother to his unborn child, she just wanted him to take responsibility of it.

That is all she wanted, then where is she wrong in all of this? He should not blame everything on only her when he was the cause of everything from the start.

If not he had gotten attracted to any other woman than Hattiea at the very first place, then all of this would not even have happened.

Right.

It should be him to be blamed first not just Tiara.

Seeing the dead and regretful stare of Jayson, Tiara chose to speak again but this time a little more bitterly than before.

"You caused this yourself-yourself Jay, stop putting all the blame on me now when you were the one who visited my house late at night seeking for attention-attention which you were not getting from your own woman-woman!"
Tiara continued complaining in struggle as Jayson cried harder on her every claim.

She was indeed saying the truth. It was all his fault, as he was the man in an engagement who chased after some other woman for his stupid needs.

His loyalty for Hattiea was not strong enough and that is why he messed up everything.

He could not mutter up the guts to say any other word in front of the mother of his unborn child anymore as he finally knew that Tiara was also a victim to the situation as well like Hattiea.

He was a jerk.

Such a big jerk.

"Own up for your mistakes, Jay!"
Tiara uttered next as Jayson's eyes watered even more, he immediately got his senses back and realised how he has been hurting the poor woman on his death hold.

Jayson acknowledged Tiara's each and every word in a serious account as he released her throat immediately being guilty towards his own actions again, drawing his hand back to himself... Hattiea's thought again clouded his mind.

Jayson let go of Tiara with a gentle push.

The next second he went on his knees and buried his face on his palms while crying out loud.

He cried like a hell while expecting none to approach him and wipe his tears away as after whatever he had done to Hattiea and Tiara... he himself knew did not deserve anyone.

No one!

Tiara coughed desperately for air while rubbing her throat in clear pain.

After a rough minute of recovery, she finally looked at the same man on his knees crying his heart out in misery... no one could guess clear that it was the very same man who attacked her just minutes ago.

Jayson looked so miserable to look at.

"Jay..."
Tiara spelled out softly, despite letting the fact aside that Jayson was hurting her before.

Kneeling down in front of him, she got the hold of his hands and uncovered his face to look at him clearly.
"If you really loved her then you would not have knocked my door every night for attention Jay.
"

Hearing her saying that Jayson raised his head up while looking at Tiara with his red glossy eyes.

He sniffed a couple of times, staring at her face being lost for a minute as so whatever she just said made clear sense to him...

If he really loved Hattiea that much then he would not have felt the need to chase after any other woman!

Tiara momentarily wrapped her arms around Jayson's torso and rested her head on his chest, in order to seek comfort in his hold Jayson seem to not protest against her action either.

Sooner Tiara spoke again.

"You never loved Hattiea. You never did, Jay!"
Jayson could not help but to reflect on her words seriously this time...

Her every single word seem to be a bitter truth for him.

Did he never even love Hattiea?

MEANWHILE
LAWRENCE'S HOSPITAL

The urgent and emergency sound of rich footsteps echoed across the silent hallways of the private hospital as not very few people were around the space.

Sebastian Jones's eyes were threateningly serious as very soon he caught the built of his distressed friend outside a private ward while some doctors with a couple of nurses were taking a woman in a stretcher inside the ward.

He approached Jordan's way immediately.

"Hey, did you really hit somebody?"
Sebastian questioned as after hearing his friend's serious tone, Jordan's dark eyes settled on him with no surprise.

Staring at his face with blankness before finally reflecting on his words... Jordan shook his head.

"I don't know, Sebas."
He replied honestly as Sebastian just sighed at his friend's remark.

Jordan's dilemma could not be ignored.

He just remember the woman collapsing in front of his car already when he approached her...

He could not properly tell whether he hit her or not because there was something really strange about that woman that Jordan could not figure out himself.

He does not really remember hitting her or not.

Meanwhile not being much satisfied with the answer, Sebastian strictly glared at his friend.
"You are really gonna cause trouble now Jordan?
Do you think we can endure the consequences if the word gets leaked out in the media about this?"

He scolded Jordan in a literal pissed off tone but only closing his eyes in tiresome, Jordan was way too done to even react on that matter anymore.

He was dead stressed out because of his mother's health already that he could not even take care of his own self lately, letting the matter alone...

He truly was regretting getting into this situation. Whether being responsible for the accident or not, the problem with Jordan was not at all good to be ignored at the moment.

He needed serious help with his ignorant attitude.

A loud sigh left pass Jordan's mouth hinting he could not handle any sort of trouble anymore.

All these things were just frustrating him to no limits now...

Sebastian sensed Jordan's behaviour with no worry as he too knew what was really up with his friend.

He was the only person who understood Jordan the best at difficult times.

Jordan was the type of man who would feel guilty even if he was not guilty at all. It is just how he was... if he have his name involved in anything serious then he would get into the matter entirely until it is all sorted.

Same is happening here.

Without even checking whether he hit the woman or not, he decided to bring her to the hospital and got responsible for her.

Jordan felt Sebastian rubbing his shoulder in a calming gesture and not too long after he heard him speaking too.

"Why didn't you call me to drive you home instead? I know you are stressed Jordan but you could not just be so careless while driving..."
Jordan heard his friend clear as taking all his words in serious silence for first few minute, he worked his thoughts.

He could not just be so careless, he knew and now... he just hoped that nothing serious happened to the unknown woman because of him.

Otherwise he would have to live the rest of his life with an unwanted guilt.

His tired body seemed to disturb Sebastian's attention too, who acknowledged immediately that Jordan might not have been sleeping properly lately causing him to be total restless.

"How about... you go home and rest? I will manage this out for you!"
Sebastian suggested after a moment judging the situation with Jordan, who after hearing him almost immediately opened his eyes and looked at him at the side sternly.

Manage this?

Jordan knew well what Sebastian meant by that,

Money...

Sebastian would feed the woman money to make her keep her mouth shut against Jordan.

Obviously, Jordan being not an easy personality in the public's eyes to deal with so easily helped the situation no more.

His name being dragged out in this matter would not bring any good outcome to his company's shares and profits.

And being a legal advisor to Jordan's company, Sebastian was more professional for Jordan's image than he, himself was.

That is how it has always been.

It took him years to build his empire stand like it is today and getting everything ruined was never the thing he would want either.

But still escaping in a situation like this... felt too wrong to Jordan.

He was not a coward to hide away.

Absolutely not!

"I might be at fault, Sebas. I cannot run away like that!"
Jordan admitted blankly, he was brutally honest at this moment which was clearly not appreciated much by Sebastian at all.

He frowned at Jordan's bold statement as if he was not satisfied with his amount honesty.

Jordan's eyes showed no support to the idea of leaving the woman alone. He could not just let himself get off of everything as he was very well aware that he have his part of fault too in causing his accident.

He was careless while driving, if he would have been attentive enough then the woman would not have been ended up in the hospital like this.

"We don't want any dirt on you, just do what I say for god sake, dammit!"
Sebastian uttered next as he looked at Jordan's pair of blue eyes directly with seriousness.

Jordan paused for some moments as a part of him was still feeling wrong about this.

His eyes still showed doubts about the same and Jordan knew Sebastian saw his uncertainty too.

Sebastian's expressions soon turned into an assuring look as he patted Jordan's back again...
"You don't need to worry about anything, I will provide her everything the best.
Just go home Jordan, I will ring you up once the woman is up!"
