It had been two days since that incident. She was doing fine now but still there was fear inside of her. She wasn't going to university because her father had taken leave for a week. She was sitting with her mother in the lounge. Her father was on duty.

The maid placed her juice on the table and gave her mother a cup of tea. She grabbed the glass and took a sip looking back at the TV she felt her breath stopping. Grabbing the remote she turned the volume high.

"Sikandar Alamgir the son of a very known politician has won the seat of MNA"

She sat rigid in her spot without blinking. Her breath caught in her throat. A million thoughts ran through her mind in that instant.

"Sikandar "

She mumbled the name and then her eyes widened. The man who called her that night was none other than her kidnapper. Every muscle in her body was tensed, as a shudder ran through her when she remembered his last words.

"Bohat jald tum meray pehlu mai ho gi"

( Soon you will be by my side)

"Anya beta kya hoa? "
(What happened Anya?
)

Her mother placed a hand on her shoulder. Her face was pale as if she had seen a ghost. She let out the breath she was holding and with shaking legs stood up.

"Chalo apnay kamray mai jao tumhari tabiyat thek nahi lag rahi"
(Get up and go to your room.
You don't look fine.)

She slowly walked towards her room and closed the door behind her. Walking towards the bed she laid down. Her heart was pounding in her chest. She closed her eyes and gasped silently when his face fluttered behind her eyelids.

What did he even wanted from her?

His eyes were taking in the room in which he was standing. The walls were painted in cream. Peach suede sofas were placed in the room, a coffe table was placed in the middle. The walls were adorned with exquisite art pieces. There was an entire glass wall from where you could see the garden.

The door opened and he turned around. A man who looked to be in his fifties came in amd sat down on the sofa gesturing him to sit down. Sikandar opened the button of his blazer and sat down directly in front of him a coffe table separating them.

"Kesay ana hoa MNA sahab? "

Sufiyan Malik spoke and assessed the man sitting in front of him. He had seen him on the news but was meeting him personally for the first time. He was wearing grey suit pants, grey blazer with white button up. Sikandar Alamgir was a man that stopped you in your tracks. And he was used to that, the sudden pause in a person's natural expression when they looked his way.

"Aap aye nahi mujhse mubarakbad dene, iss liye mai agya.
( You didn't came to congratulate me so i came here myself)

Sikandar spoke with a captivating smile, a glint in his eyes.

"I am not one of those officers who lick the feet of politicians like you"

Sufiyan malik spoke distastefully. Sikandar laughed in response.

"You don't know me SP"

A knock came at the door and two servants came in carrying trays and placed them on the table. Serving them tea they left and closed the door.

"Apnay any ka maksad bataye? "
(Tell me the reason of your arrival)

Sufiyan Malik spoke and grabbed his cup of tea. Sikandar looked at the man  sitting in front of him and thought for a moment whether him coming here was right or not. He had been busy the past few days with his political work but she didn't leave his mind even for a minute.

"Mai apsay kuch mangnay aya hun"
(I am here to ask for something )

Sufiyan Malik looked at him with astonishment and raised his brow.

"What do you want from me? "

"Your daughter"

Sufiyan Malik placed the cup on the table and glared at him and yelled.

"Are you in your senses?"

Sikandar was sitting very calmly, almost as if his reaction didn't affect him.

"I want to marry your daughter "

"And why do you think that i will let that happen? "

Sikandar clenched his jaw and spoke through gritted teeth.

"I have kidnapped her once and doing it again won't be any problem for me"

Sufiyan Malik sat emotionless for a minute and then stood up shaking with anger.

"You bastard. How dare you come here? I'll arrest you"

Sikandar laughed mockingly and shook his head.

"And how will you prove it in court? You don't have any evidence"

Sikandar smirked and looked at his face. He knew beforehand that his reaction would be like that.

"Get out of here"

Sikandar stood up and spoke with a hint of warning in his voice.

"I am leaving, but remember that you can't keep her off from me. Think about what i said. "

He had came here compelled under the force of his liking towards her but he was fuming in anger standing in the garage of her house. It was really hard for him to control himself in front of that SP. How dare he insult him. He walked towards his car and the driver opened the door, he was about to sit in when his eyes moved to the garden. He closed the door and walked towards the garden. Her back was facing him but he recognized her from her long brown hair which were spread on her back.

Anya was copying the lectures she had missed from her friend's notes completely unaware of the person standing behind her.

A moment of clarity began to dawn, that this girl had somehow managed to become the focus of his entire universe. She broke the walls he had built and he didn't want them back up.

Sikandar crouched down and placed his nose in her hair inhaling deeply.

"Never thought that I'd be behaving like this one day. "

He whispered softly. Her back stiffened when she heard him and felt him pressed against her. She turned her head slowly and gasped. His dark eyes stared deep into hers. There was a playful smile on his face. He slowly leaned in and she felt his lips brushing her ear.

"No one and absolutely no one can stop you from being mine. Not even your father. Tell him that. "

His voice was deep and serious, now the smile had drawn into a hard line across his face. He stood up and went towards his car, giving her one last glance he sat in, the driver started the car and was out of the house in a minute.

Panic. The emotion gripping her as she left her things and sprinted inside could only be described as pure panic.
She thought that he forgot about her but he came to her house.
When she went in she saw her parents in the lounge. Her father was pacing around and her mother was sitting on the sofa with a worried expression.

She took slow steps towards them. Her father turned around and saw her but he didn't said anything. Her mother looked up and gestured her to come forward with a smile on her face. Her parents looked at each other speaking through eyes. They both knew how sensitive she was so they didn't wanted to tell her anything. She leaped in her mother's arms and spoke in a broken voice.

"He will take me. I am scared. "

Sufiyan Malik came and sat on the sofa, putting his arms around her he assured her.

"I won't let that happen"

He placed her head on his chest and wrapped his arms around her tightly. But he himself didn't knew if he would be able to keep his promise.

So many thoughts crashed through his mind. He never chased anyone. Ever. He could have any woman he wanted then why was he degrading himself for her. He couldn't allow her to have this much control over him. He walked over to his desk and sat down, trying to direct his attention to anything but thoughts of her.

As he was going through a file, a knock came at the door.

"Come in"

He called out, a file was placed on his desk. He looked up and saw Ishaaq standing there. He reached across the table and retrieved the file.

"You are going to Chicago tomorrow to attend a charity event. I have booked your hotel and next Monday you have meeting with the supporters of your party"

Ishaaq sat down on the chair and briefed him. Sikandar took a deep breath through his nose and closed his eyes.

"What will you do if her father doesn't agree? "

He ran a hand through his hair and looked at his PA.

"I don't want to do anything that hurts her"

Ishaaq looked at him shocked to hear those words coming from his mouth. When did Sikandar Alamgir thought about anyone other than himself. He wasn't like that. That girl must be important for him to be behaving like this. He thought.

"So you're saying that if her father doesn't agree you will leave her right?"

Sikandar chuckled and placed his head on the back of his chair staring at the ceiling with his dark eyes.

"She will be here by my side whether he wishes or not "
