I'm finished with my work, and it's time to go home and fix my things. I'll be doing my first operation tomorrow; the patient is in good condition, and I'm excited about the procedure. I have to prepare myself for it; my mother will be proud of me.

"Are you going home?"

"Babe! Well yeah, how about you?" I ask

"Same," she replied.

"Then let me drive you home." I offered 

"Thank you, but I have my car with me," she says, smiling.

"Why don't we have dinner at my house, then after that, I'll take you home?" I said, pretending I didn't hear her

"Haha, fine, I miss aunt Micah anyway." she agreed. We get in my car, and I start it; on the way, we plan to stop at the grocery store to pick up some ingredients and necessities.

Ring..ring...

"Hello," I answered.

"This is Dr Zie. Sorry for disturbing you, but you need to return to the hospital right now ", he said

"Why? Is there something going on?" I inquired.

"You'll find out when you get here," he replied.

"Okay, I'll be there in a minute," I said as I hung up the phone. We turned around and returned to the hospital.

"Wait here, I'll be quick," I told Camille and got out. I tried to find Dr Zie.

"Excuse me, have you seen Dr. Zie?" I inquired of one of the nurses.

"He's in the operating room right now, getting ready to do surgery," she said.

"Thank you," I said as I dashed to the OR, but the nurse stopped me.

"Sir, you are not permitted to enter," she said.

"I'm Dr. Park, and I'm here because Dr. Zie called." I'll clarify.

"Show me you're ID," she demanded, so I took it out and showed it to her.

"Leave her Kia. He'll be doing the surgery today." When I turned around, I saw Dr Zie.

"This must be a misunderstanding, sir; I'll be doing my surgery tomorrow," I said, puzzled.

"No, you'll do that right now. The blood pressure has dropped. We need to do the surgery as soon as possible before it's too late." Dr. Zie explains.

"How could that have happened?" When I last checked on him, he was in good shape.

"It happens from time to time. It's how challenging our work is, so go and prepare yourself now." I dash to the locker room and change into my scrub suit as quickly as possible.

"Are you ready?" Dr Zie inquires as I enter the room.

"Yes, sir," I replied.

"Good, don't worry, I'll help you, just relax a little" that's better. Let's do this! I begin the procedure.

"Scalpel," I call it, and he hands it to me.

I make a large cut (incision) on the side of the abdomen to open it and put clamps on the aorta above and below the aneurysm to stop the blood flow through the area I'm working on. I slowly removed the aneurysm and attached the graft to the aorta. I was too focused on doing the surgery since I didn't want this to be a failure, so I gave my best.

The patient suffers from an abdominal aneurysm, and open surgery is done to repair the damage. It was called open surgery since we needed to open the patient's abdomen to see and work on the aorta. To fix it, we will need to use a man-made tube called a 'graft'.

"Let's finish it now, Dr. Zie" I remove the clamps so the blood can flow through the aorta again and pass it to him. He'll be the one to wrap it up. Finally, the operation is done successfully, and I can already relax.

"Good job, everyone," I said to all of them.

"Let wrap it off."

"Yes, Dr," the team said. Dr Zie starts stitching to close the incision in the belly. I get out and smile.

"Yes!" I'm so happy I can't help it. The door suddenly opens, and Dr Zie emerges, so I fix myself instantly.

"Great job Dr. Park, I'm really impressed," he said

"Thank you sir", and smile at him

"Go home and rest, let's just talk tomorrow", then he leaves.

Afterwards, I go back to the locker room and change my clothes. It's already 10 pm. The surgery lasted about three hours, and that was freaking tiring. I remember Camille, so I immediately changed my clothes and ran to the parking lot. 

I open the car door, "I'm sorry, I have to do an urgent surgery.." I stopped talking when I saw her sleeping, so I just fixed her and slowly drove the car. 
After a minute, she woke up, "Hey." I smiled at her

"Sorry, I was too tired and fell asleep." She said

"It's okay, I'm also sorry for making you wait. I had an urgent surgery and I left my phone so I can't call to tell you." I said

"I understand. I'm so proud of you Heal," Camille said and touched my cheeks.

"Thank you." I take her hand and kiss it. Suddenly a woman appeared in front of us. A good thing I was fast enough to stop my car.

"Do you want to die?!" I asked her angrily, what if I didn't pull the brake faster? I might kill her!

"W-what?" she stutter, I look at her, and she seems so pale

"Are you okay?" this time, I'm calmer, and I get out of the car

"W-who a-are y-y.." she promptly lost consciousness and fell to the ground.

"Miss! Wake up!" I carry her to my car and take her to the hospital. Camille also looked so nervous. What just happened? I'm not expecting to end my day like this!

I'm on my way to the hospital to check on Zoe. Someone called me on her phone and told me she was in the hospital. I already called Seth, Venice, and Micah to see me there. Leaving Zooey alone is a wrong choice. I should stay with her. 

"Did you already ask where she is?" I asked Seth when I got inside the hospital

"Yeah, she's in the VIP room", he answered.

"Let's go," I said, and we took the elevator. I thought people wouldn't recognize her, but they did. Seth owns this hospital, and maybe the guy that called me works here.

"What exactly did the guy tell you?" Seth asked me when we were going up

"He just told me that Zoe suddenly lose consciousness", I replied

"Did you already tell Luxe?" he asked without knowing what had happened between them. I didn't tell him since they're friends, and Zoe said she would be the one to say it to him, but I think he needs to know now. We can't hide it from him because he'll find out sooner or later.

"Nope", I take a deep breath. "Well, you need to know something", and I told everything.

"Why didn't you tell me?" he looks agitated

"Zoe told me that she'll tell you", I explained.

"Is that why this happened? How dare he do that to my sister?" I can see the anger in her eyes as he clutches his hands

"Calm down, let's hear Zoe first I think that's not why it's been a month since they broke up," I said. He just stayed quiet and didn't say anything.

As the elevator opens, we immediately head to room 1001, one of the VIP rooms. I opened the door and saw Luxe checking her. It slips my mind that the guy also called him. Seth passes me, heads directly to Luxe, and punches him.

"How dare you touch my sister after what you did!" he's furious as he throws punches at him.

"Seth, stop! Don't make a scene here!" I said and pulled him away from Luxe

"Let go of me! He needs a beating to come back from his sense!" he's trying to take off my hands, but I hug him tightly so he can't do it again.

"Hon please don't do this, think about your sister" when I said that, he suddenly calmed down, so I let go of him.

"What happened here? Mr. Faber, are you okay?" a man asked while walking towards us and helping Luxe to stand up.

"Thank you," Luxe said to him.

"Where is Dr. Zie? I want to talk to him right now!" Seth asks that man

"He is in the OR, may I know whom I am talking to?" the man said

"I'm Seth Sue", he replied

"I don't know what happened but you don't have the right to hurt a person physically. Let's be professional and set aside our personal issues here," he said

"Dr Park, it is okay", Luxe tell him.

"Do you even know whom you're talking to?" Seth ask him

"Yeah, you're the hospital owner, but it doesn't mean you're okay to hurt anyone. We can sue you, and don't forget there's a lot of CCTV intact here that captures your inappropriate action" I wasn't expecting he would say that. He's interesting.

"What? Are you threatening me?" Seth said in a severe tone

"Sorry, but don't mind what he said, I'm not planning to sue you anyway. Dr. Park was just concerned about me. That's why he said that let's talk properly when you cool down for the meantime, I'll be going. Please be nice to the person who just save your sister." Luxe said, and he leaves

"Call Dr Zie," Seth said to him and went near Zoe.

"Dr. Zie was on the OR if you want to wait for him that would take you 4 hours," Dr Park said (that's what Luxe called him). I remember now. He's the one whom I talked to on the phone. That's why his voice was too familiar.
