KATH

As soon as we entered the clubhouse, we were suddenly greeted by someone. 

Awww! They are triplets and they are super cute but I'm a little confused because the three of them look alike.

"Hi!" greetings of the young triplets to my siblings.

"Hello," Nicole greeted them, "you three are kind of confusing."

"I'm Jess," said a tall one to them.

"I'm Peter," said one of the triplets who was a little chubby.

"And I'm Walter," and the introduction of a man who looks like he has a mole on his chest.

"I'm Jeremy and this is my twin Nicole," Jeremy looked at Raffy and frowned slightly, "this is also our youngest, Rafael."

"Let's go there on the court and play basketball!" the three of them ran to the court so I immediately followed them to run.

"Wait, are you the only one here? You don't have anyone with you? Where is your house?" I asked the three of them when we got to court.

"We are with our cousin and we're not from here. We hoped that we can play with my brother's friend, but he's not here. My cousin is right -- Where is D?"

"There he is! Sitting right over there!" Walter pointed to his cousin on a bench and my surprise, it turned out that their cousin was the only Daniel Elizalde.

I was even startled by that lunatic when he saw me and winked. Did he forget that he was in arrears with me?

Well, I still love him so I'm going to see him. As I was heading in his direction, a man from outer space suddenly appeared in front of me. He looked at me and smiled. Who is this guy?

"Hi miss, did you know that you're so pretty?" I know. I want to tell him that. He's handsome but I love someone else.

"Hey," I said bored and hopefully he'll understand that I'm not interested. I looked slightly behind when I saw Daniel was just looking at us, he was obviously jealous, too but just holding back.

"You're cheezy! I love your approach but, please? Can you move aside and I'll pass."

"You're mean to me, miss. Can I ask for your phone number, beautiful lady?"

"No thanks."

"Or let me buy you a drink there at V-ross. I want to know you more," you put so much effort, young man.

"Buy two drinks, please. The other one is for me," Daniel suddenly said behind him so the man turned his attention to my boyfriend.

"Who are you, then?"

"Me? I'm just her boyfriend," Daniel said seriously, "go ahead, introduce yourself to my girlfriend and my fist will meet your face."

The man was kind of embarrassed and immediately ran away. I looked at Daniel and smirked, "Wow. I'm not even ready, I wish I had a shield against that pest."

He smiled, "What's mine is mine only."

I smiled, "Are those your cousins?"

"Yeah. I was surprised when those three suddenly visited," he said and pulled me to sit on the bench. I could see that the three were playing with my siblings.

I noticed that we were both awkward and super quiet. I didn't know what to say when she suddenly sighed and held my hands, "Kath, I--"

"If you ever want to break up with me, it's fine. Just please, not in front of my siblings," I said directly. I can sense that's what he's going to say and I can't help but shed my treacherous tears.

"No. I will never break up with you because I can't do that to you. I love you so much and I don't want to be like your other suitors who gave up just because of your siblings."

"You're different from them, Daniel. I know you're different from them and I love you too," I said and I got a stone and I drew on KathNiel's cement and drew a circle. The word KathNiel is inside the circle, instead of a heart.

"Why is it round? Shouldn't that be a heart? For love, right?" he asked in astonishment.

"Because the heart can be easily broken. That's why broken hearts tend to be in love," I said, "but with this circle, this love will continue until the end. Until forever," I looked at him and smiled. I can see that he is smiling and he will cry

"Come here, baby," he hugged me tightly and kissed my hair, "I am so sorry for everything. I can't afford to lose you in my life. I love you so much, Kath."

NICOLE

The five of us were just playing happily, without Raffy as I stopped when I saw my sister and  Daniel hugging. Jeremy and the triplets noticed that so they also looked at where I was looking

I lost my annoyance with Daniel, but now it's coming back.

He's a liar! He said that he will break up with her but what do I see by now?

"Oh. Is she's Daniel's girlfriend?" Peter asked.

I scolded them, "Sadly, yes. But I know that they will break up soon."

"Why?" Jess asked.

"Because when they are still together, we will make a way for them to separate again," I said to the three of them.

"Why would you do that? I can see that Daniel loves your sister so much. And also, I can see that your sister loves him, too," Walter said.

"He doesn't love my sister! My sister doesn't love him either because she only loves us!"

The five of us are already warming up here. We still don't want to lose and our promise will never be broken! We never broke our promises! Even if we like him, still we can't break it.

"He loves your sister. Stop it, guys."

"What if we don't want to?" Jeremy and I asked.

"Otherwise, you will regret it."

"Do we have to be scared about that?" I said sarcastically to them and stared at them.

"It's all right. Get ready for us. We won't let you brats hurt our cousin," WELL! Get ready with the five bratty siblings!

"So, as what I said earlier at school. Shall we go out tomorrow? Since it's Saturday," I said to him. He was still a little wondering if he would do anything.

"I don't know, Kath. I'm stuck with the triplets. I can't leave them three all alone."

"Is that so? Are your parents not around?"

He nodded, "Yeah, they went to Davao City. It's a pity because it's forbidden to leave those three. After all, they're so naughty. Those are worst than your siblings."

I nodded, "it's okay. I understand. Well, there's a lot of next time."

"Wait. What if you visit me at my house? Just like me, when you're busy."

I thought about what he said. Well, he's right about it, "Yeah right? Okay then, I'll go to your house tomorrow."

Right after them playing, we even headed home with Daniel and his triplets cousins. I caught up with our mom who was at her desk doing something and she looked at me, "Hey Kath! Hey, hi Daniel! You haven't been here in a long time, eh?"

"Yeah, I'm quite busy. I'm with my cousins, Jess, Peter, and Walter," he introduced himself to his cousins. Mom was also amused when she saw these triplets.

"Wow! Triplets! Hi, come on. Eat here first," she said to the triplets and made them sit at the dining table. Mommy turned to me and came over, "I have something to tell you, sweetie."

I frowned, "What's that, mom?"

"I have a sudden job because I'm free so there's no one left for your siblings," she said.

"Is that so, mom? It's a pity, Daniel and I had plans," I said and Daniel looked at me.

"Oh, no. It's okay. There is some other time," he said so I just nodded.

"Thank you, kids. All right, eat well," she said and she went back to her work again, but yet again, she turned again to us, "Oh wait, I have an idea!"

"What's that, mom?"

"Where are you going to date your boyfriend tomorrow?" she asked.

"We had planned to be at their house because there would be no one left for the triplets."

"Oh, what if you just bring your siblings so they can bond as well. It looks like your siblings will get along with them," she said and pointed at the triplets together with my siblings at the dining table eating and talking.

"Hmm, I guess they're okay with Daniel, too. But," I said and looked at Daniel, "is it okay? I mean -"

"No, it's fine. It's a good idea for the triplets to also have a playmate," he said and smiled. I have no choice and I also really want to be with them all and of course, for my siblings to also have time with Daniel.

THE next day, my brothers and I were all ready and waiting for the bus to arrive. I looked at my siblings and noticed that Rafael was quiet and still seemed anxious.

I touched him, "Raf? Do you have a problem?"

"Psh. He's just pretending, Kath," I turned to Sandra who spoke and seemed to be still struggling.

"I'm not pretending! Your habit is annoying!"

"Really?! Maybe it's just you. I'm quiet here."

I couldn't believe what I saw of them so I scolded them, "Stop there! How long have you been like that, huh? You're weird! Come on and the bus is here."

I held Rafael and Sandra's hands while we were together while Camille held and guided Nicole and Jeremy.

When I sat down I could not imagine what had happened. It's just surprising to see them talking back with each other because ever since they were young I haven't seen my siblings fighting. In all things, they will all agree.

For the first time, I saw them behaving like this. It's just a simple quarrel for others, but for me, it's huge because we don't quarrel, unless I'm angry with their antics.

"Hey. Raffy and Sandra, how long have you been fighting, huh? This is so weird for you guys," I asked them.

"Since he decided--" Sandra began but Camille suddenly approached our habit.

"Shut up! Kath, let them be what they do and they are just being a baby. Don't pay any attention to them."

I didn't bother with that and just looked at the road until we reached Daniel's place in San Vicente.

DANIEL

"Hey, the three if you must behave. Don't ever embarrass me in front of Kath," I told the three of them. How naughty Kath’s siblings are, these three are two times more naughty.

"Of course!" Peter replied.

"Will we do that to you, D? You love her so we will behave," said Jess.

I heard someone open the front door so Walter also smiled, "You're really in love, D. Even the key to your house is with her," Walter joked but I just laughed at him.

"Of course, not. Maybe the door is open," I said and went out of the room and there I caught up with Kath and her siblings who were busy looking around the house.

"Hello, Kath!" the triplets greeted them and even ran to hug my girlfriend.

"Hello, guys," Kath hugged the three and hugged back, "Oh! You're really cute!"

I approached them and pulled the triplets away from Kath, "It's terrible. They hugged you first."

Kath glared at me and laughed a little, "You're so very childish, babe. You're cute too," and she kissed my cheek. Okay, that's fine with me!

"Let's go and eat first. The food is already on the table," I said and we went to the dining room and ate at the same time. Kath's siblings also ate quietly and I didn't seem to be used to it.

But maybe they are afraid and ashamed to hurt me because they are in my house. Maybe we're not okay yet because I broke my promise to them, except for Rafael. After all, we're okay. I can see that he is also happy to see that his sister and I are okay now.

After that lunch, we just had fun and went to the living room to watch a movie. Raffy was also talkative and talked to me while the four were silent.
