"Chioma, Ah, why did you do that?" my father asked, I was completely speechless what to say, I looked at my mother and she gave me a very threatened look.

"I..., I" I tried to talk but my mother interrupted, "Will you shut up!".

"Why would you do that to Adaego?, Are you the owner of this house?, why would you slap your sister, what did she do to you?" He asked.

"Come my dear" he pulled Adaego close to him in an embraced form, "Hope she didn't hurt you?" Papa asked Adaego.

"Daddy, the slap that Chioma gave me was very hurt, my cheek is still paining me" she let down.

"Chioma..., Chioma..., Chioma.." he called,

"Sir" I answered,

"How many times did I call you?" he asked,

"Three" I created the obvious answer.

"I am going to show you the pain of slapping someone. You better come and stand in front of me now before I close my eyes and open it, I want to see you" he ordered.

I became very afraid, when my father gets angry and slap's someone it is like feeling a very hot iron right on top of your face.

"Don't let me stand up, because if I do you will regret being born" he threatened. Immediately I found myself in front of him, I didn't want his trouble.

He gave me a very thunderous slap that echoed into my ears which caused a headache.

"Why would my mother do this?" I said heavily while passing my room, on the journey past my room I heard a low pitched voice coming from a corner in the room.

I looked it and found out it was Ucheoma, I guess she is here to make jest of me, "What?" I asked positively.

"I am sure you are hungry, so I left some food for you" She said with The food on her hand.

"Wow I am not even sure what to say" I joyfully appreciated. "You don't have to say anything, trust me, you must be starving" She hurried.

In the middle of my meal she began to speak, "I know we're telling the truth, I was actually there when mama told Adaego to eat your food, she did that because you yelled at Adaego earlier".

"So that is why she is lying together with Adaego, thank you very much for having my back" I kept on appreciating

"You don't need to, we are sisters after all, and I am your elder sister, so it is my duty to help my younger ones, but I can't help the annoying spoiled younger one.

I secretly finished my food and sneaked into the kitchen to wash my plates, "What are you doing?" A voice ringed behind me, I turned around to find the person and I found Adaego standing in front of me.

"Ah, I would tell mummy that you are stealing her food" I couldn't stop or explain to her what she just experienced, she just ran off to my mother's room.

"Mummy, mummy" She stupidly called out, "What happened?" Mama asked. "I saw Chioma stealing food from the pot" She missed a quote.

"What!, So Chioma, you are now a thief."

I had to try defending myself and also find a way to keep Ucheoma from the uncomfortable sit, before I could open my mouth to try Ucheoma jumped out from the position she was, "Mama, I gave her the food."

I moved behind her to try stopping her movement, she could get herself into trouble, I am sure I would have handled this, 'maybe.'

"Why did you do This Ucheoma?" Mama asked.

"Mama, well, I..., I."

"You what?!" My mum interrogated. "Mama, what you guys are doing to Chioma is not good, oh!," She bolden.

"What are we doing to her?"

"You guys are lying on her, she didn't do anything wrong, the blame should go to Adaego"

"What are you saying, you are now on her lying side now abi,"

"Mama, no oh, nobody is talking about sides now oh" Ucheoma pumped.

"I am really tired of you girls now, if you say or do something like this again, i won't hesitate to beat the living hell out of you," She warned, "Now get out of my sight."

"Chioma, come back here," She ordered when I was a foot away from her room, "Take my purse on the table and buy me Salt, Maggi and thyme."

At last, something to keep my mind off this family drama, "How much?," I urged.

"Take 500 naira there," She replied.

I dipped my hands into the wallet and brought out a 500 naira note.

I went outside the building to the nearby shop to get what I was asked to buy, when I was done with the errand and was about to reach the house I came across my First sight Crush.

The handsome guy I found earlier was in my view.

I braved up and said to myself, 'I would ask for his name and phone number.'

I kept on saying to myself as I followed him into the bushes, I must talk to him, I pray he doesn't have a boyfriend.

I picked it up and lots of blue tech jumped out

of its bluish nature, not knowing what I was

doing I mistakenly pressed a button and all the weird tech absorbed into my skin and

brought out a weird tattoo on my both hands.
