“You struggle so much, you b*tch!” The man said grabbing Jessica’s hair.

“Arghhh!” Though it hurts, Jessica struggles.

In her past life, due to her young age, she comes with them without fighting fearing they will hurt her or kill her.

Jessica closed her eyes.

Seth’s guard has punched the man.

Jessica looks at the men with a bleeding mouth and Seth’s guard.

There are other men coming closer.

Her eyes trembles.

“The boss wants to talk to you. Do you want to come—”

“I’ll go!” Jessica said and hurriedly to the car waiting.

She went inside and then looks back.

The men are all looking at the car with a strange faces.

Jessica closed her eyes and take a deep breath.

“You are bold enough to injure me.”

Jessica looks beside her and see Seth Vastian. He is cold and known as an eccentric person.

For him, people are just animals.

Jessica takes a deep breath.

“I’m sorry. But If I didn’t do that…I won’t be able to come close.” She said and kneel in the seat facing the arrogant boss.

“Make me your pet! I will be the most loyal pet!”

She said.

Seth starts laughing but it is dry and cold.

“What can you do as a pet?”

“I can be a perfect pet! I will soothe you, I will play with you, I will always be with you. I will not leave you.”

Jessica said.

Jessica looks down.

‘It seems all I can do is jump in the bridge and die.’

She thinks she is unreasonable.

Jessica smiles.

“Boss…” The driver saw the woman steps in the bridge.

Seth heart is beating so fast.

It seems the woman is escaping dangerous men..

She is so desperate to have his attention…And then the last piece…She jumps not hesitating if she will die…No…She plans to die.

Upon contact with water she was attack by pain as her lungs was almost crushed.

She descends faster than she thought.

Good thing she didn’t know how to swim.

Her body try to paddle despite her desire to die.

She slowly close her eyes.

‘This is the best…This is better…’

SO many noises buzzing in her ears.

Two choppers are flying up in the sky.

30 life boats with 5-10 people came to rescue a single woman.

There are ambulance waiting at four different locations.

She is in a huge room.

There are medical equipment’s and she has an IV attach in her.

But can there be any hospital that looks like a hotel room?

She is confused.

“The cafeteria’s food sucks.” The nurse laugh upon entering the room.

Jessica stares at her.

“Ma’am! You are awake! Let me call Sir Vastian!”

The nurse said as she trembles to reach her phone.

She almost drop her phone twice before she finally put the phone to her ears.

Jessica tilts her head.

She wants to drink water and asks questions but it seems calling Sir Vastian is the most important.

‘Vastian? Seth Vastian?’ she remembers the last person she saw before she lost consciousness. But she thought it is just her being delusional.

‘So Seth Vastian help me? He did? Is that also the reason why I am still here and not with those people?’

“Yes. Sir. She is awake now.

What she said? She haven’t….” The nurse looks at Jessica.

“…water.” She said with difficulty.

The nurse keep lowering her head in the phone.

The doctor stares at Jessica.
