Aeogon was forced to oblige and follow the stranger as he was led to a building. There were tons of men around and they all seemed to be busy with various things.

“Where are we heading to?” Aeogon asked as they walked through a large hallway.

“I thought I told you to stop asking questions.” The man said sternly. Aeogon sighed, He was so curious about what he was seeing around him.

They reached a door and the man knocked. He Opened the door afterwards and urged Aeogon to walk in. It was now finally clear that they were in an office.

“Is this the New one?” The man, sitting on a chair asked.

The stranger nodded. He winked at Aeogon and he quickly bowed to show respect. “Come forward and do what you have to do.” The man said sternly.

Aeogon stared at him in confusion. The stranger pinched him and he walked to the table. He was handed a Scroll.

“Here, make a signature-vow with your blood.” The man said and handed A knife to Aeogon. He reluctantly took it and cut his thumb.

He then went to press his thumb on the scroll. After confirming the blood-signature was good, he handed the scroll to the man. “That would be all, you will...” The man halted when he noticed Aeogon's thumb had already healed.

Aeogon was staring at the thumb in shock. Just a moment ago, he had Inflicted an injury on himself and now, it had suddenly disappeared.

“Did you just heal yourself in the Twink of an eye?” He asked.

“If that is all, I'd like to take him to his room now.” The Stranger said. They left the office afterwards. Aeogon was given a room number which he quickly went to.

Aeogon was finally an official Royal guard. He started living in the guards chambers whilst secretly scheming his plans to kill the king.

The Royal Conduct was still upside down. Seraphina's identity has not been revealed and the Ministers were entirely concerned about their own safety.

Few of them lived in the palace, They were the most concerned. Seraphina showed them how strong she was and that she was a threat to not be ignored.

A meeting was initiated by the Ministers again. “We demand to see The king!” Alpha Gordon stated angrily. He had been informed of The incident at the palace and he was very curious about the strange girl.

Alpha Gordon was already suspecting it was Seraphina as the Description all matched her. “ If it finally turns out she's the one, I'll end her life before she reveals everything that happened!” He said to himself.

The ministers were all still protesting to see The king. Adolf, The king's personal guard walked into the hall. They all went quiet and waited patiently for him to relay a message the king sent.

“His Majesty will not be able to come here in person for now. He has an incredible amount of things to deal with. Once it's time to speak to you, words will be sent out.” Adolf stated.

Gordon rose up angrily. “What is this all about? We will not stay silent when we're being left in the dark. The actual identity of the woman should be revealed!” He said angrily.

“That is all the king wants me to say. If there's...

Adolf halted when The king suddenly emerged from nowhere, Gordon quickly took his seat back as Alpha Imogen walked to his throne and sat down majestically.

The ministers moronically stood up and bowed to the king. Alpha Imogen cleared his throat. “I know we are all in distress at the moment. But I can assure you all that this is not worth a reason to be worried. My mages have everything under control.”

“May I speak, my King?” Gordon asked.

Alpha Imogen turns to him slowly. He wondered what Gordon wants to talk about now. “Yes, you may speak Gordon.”

“Can we at least confirm who she really is. Everyone in this Room has already met her but I am still alone, in the dark!” Gordon stated.

“And why is it important you confirm who she really is. Do you perhaps know her from somewhere?” Alpha Jasper, one of the king's ministers asked.

Gordon was feeling uneasy now. He was afraid the king might find out all he did to Seraphina and that might just spell his end.

Reluctantly, Gordon sat back.“Yeah, you're right. There is absolutely no need to see her for now.”

The king sighed and stood up to leave. “I would like to declare that no Minister Should step in the hall until he's asked to. Failure to comply might have serious punishments attached.” He said and walked off Majestically.

Gordon scoffed and gritted his teeth. “If He thinks he can keep the wench away from me, I'll prove him wrong!”

After minutes of arguing and yelling, The ministers all returned to their various homes, hopefully waiting for words from the king.

They all left the palace except Gordon. He stayed back at the palace till it was late at night. Then, he made his way to the infirmary.

He met a physician. “Where is the maid? The one that went berserk at the king's hall”. The physician informed him that the maid had been transferred to the dungeon after she broke out of the straps in the Infirmary.

“ I do not remember Seraphina as a strong one. She sure is odd, but not strong...” Gordon thought to himself. He sighed and headed to the dungeon.

Reaching the king's Dungeon, There were just two guards on the doorway. Gordon halted when he reached them. “Alpha Gordon? What are you doing here this late my Lord?” one of the guards asked.

“I am here to see The new prisoner. Here's a Gold coin to keep this between us.” Gordon said and handed a Gold coin to the guard.

The guards refused to be bribed. Gordon was forced to render them unconscious with his brute strength. He walked into the dungeon afterwards.

As soon as he walked to the first prison. Standing in the cell cage and staring into his eyes, was Seraphina. “ It's you...” Gordon mumbled.
