The pack was in turmoil the next day. Sera was declared wanted by Samantha and tons of bounty hunters were sent to search for her with a hefty price attached.

Seraphina, with her significant hair, stood out in the marketplace. Everyone stared at her as she walked through.

“Why is everyone staring at me so much?” She thought as she walked.

Suddenly, a hand pulled her away from the crowds and dragged her to a corner. The person wore a hoodie so Sera could not tell who it was as she was being dragged away.

They reached a corner and stopped. Astrid finally removed the hoodie. Seraphina heaved a sigh of relief and hugged him..“What are you doing here Astrid?” She asked.

“Every hunter in the kingdom is searching for you. Do you even know how much the reward is for whoever brings you back to the pack dead or alive?” Astrid asked.

It dawned on Seraphina that she was in a quagmire now. Not even knowing anyone else in the entire kingdom, She was completely hopeless and had no option left to resort to.

“What do I do now? Are you here to take me in? I'll follow you back to the pack, I have no choice.” Seraphina said remorsefully. Despite Knowing what she did was a stupid thing, she still doesn't regret it and felt she would do it again if she had the chance to.

“ I'm not here to take you back to the pack. Alpha Gordon recovered quickly but I'm sure he'll not be too happy if he sets his eyes on you for now.” Astrid said.

Seraphina scoffed. She had hoped Gordon would die from the stab and was disappointed to hear he was alive and okay.

Astrid handed her a piece of paper. “The only place you would be safe is the King's palace. You need to find Monica, she'll take you in as one of hers. Never cross paths with The Blue moon pack and you will be okay.”

Seraphina stared at the name on the paper. “How will I see you again when I want to? You would visit the palace?” She asked meekly.

“Whatever you do, Do not present yourself to Alpha Gordon or I whenever we visit the palace. Take care of yourself Sera...” Astrid said. He turned and walked away without saying anything else.

Once again, Seraphina was all alone. She went back to the main road and continued walking. The way to the palace was unknown to her and she tried to ask people around.

They all moved from her whenever she tried to get closer. Some even growled at her with their fangs growing out.

Seraphina was perplexed and completely tired now. “ Is that the lady everyone's looking for?” A man suddenly said from behind her.

She turned around to see three men staring at her suspiciously. “ It sure is her. The white hair Alpha killer!” The man said and chuckled.

Seraphina turned and ran off. The men quickly went after her as fast as they could. Still running, She turned around to see the men closing in on her. They were incredibly fast and it seemed they were going to catch up with her pretty soon.

A horse suddenly showed up from nowhere. Sera came to an abrupt stop. A young man that looked about Seraphina's age was on the horse.

He stretched out his hands to her. “Climb on if you want to get away from them.” He said.

“Hey, who are you to steal our catch from us you little brat!” The man asked angrily.

The young man ignored them and rode off. Seraphina held onto him tightly as they rode away. He reached a stream at the outskirts of the city and stopped.

Seraphina got down from the horse, panting heavily. “Thank you for helping me.” She said to the boy.

“I only helped you because you are like me.” The man replied. Seraphina stared at him in confusion. He noticed her confused state and alighted from the horse.

He walked to the lake and washed his hair in the water revealing long, white hair just like Seraphina's. “Why do you also have a white hair like me?” she asked eagerly.

“I do not know. And do not also care. I'm leaving, find your way to wherever you're going yourself.” The man said and was about to leave when Sera quickly stopped him.

“Please, can you take me to the palace?” She asked.

Moments later, The horse stopped near the king's palace and Sera alighted. “ That's the palace. I've done more than enough for you now.” The man said.

“Thank you for helping me. My name is Seraphina, what's yours?” She asked meekly.

“ I'm Aeogon. We'll probably meet again.” He said, staring at the palace. Seraphina watched as Aeogon rode away afterwards.

She sighed and headed to the palace's gate. Reaching there, Sera was stopped by the guards. “What business do you have here?”

“Umm, I'm here to see someone.” She said and stared at her palm for the paper Astrid gave to her. It was now she realized she had dropped it.

Seraphina turned around trying to check she had dropped it nearby. Sadly, she couldn't find it. “ I'm here to see Mon..monzy?” She said meekly.

The guard both stared at each other in confusion. “If you want to enter the palace, you must have a pass. Show us your pass and you may go in.”

“ I do not have one with me sir. But if you let me pass, I'll try to find Her and she'll give you a pass.” Sera said.

“If you do not have a pass. I'll need you to vacate the vicinity instantly or you'll be forced to.” The guard said sternly.

She still tried explaining that she really needed to go into the palace but the guards charged at her with their spears.

Monica suddenly showed up and stopped them. “ She's with me, boys. Let her be, please.” she said and tossed gold coins at the guards.

They were allowed into the palace. Seraphina stared around as she was taken to one of the buildings in the palace.

In a room, Seraphina sat and watched as Monica prepared a dye. “The first thing we'll need to do is change your hair's appearance. It makes you stand out too much.” Monica said.
