It’s been a month and after that picnic date with Damian nothing else worked. I brought him to the music shop where back then we both bought an instrument we liked. If I remember correctly he bought a violin while I bought a piano. We learned these instruments and started playing it. All he said was that he could use a new violin and bought one. I brought him to the ice cream parlor we always would go to but we soon left because there was a long line.

It’s Sunday. I lay on my bed thinking about other ways to make Damian remember. Should I just bang his head on the wall any times and see if he gets back his memories? That could work…wait what am I even thinking! I laughed at my stupid crazy mind. The doorbell rang and I sat up fixing my hair. I got to the door and opened it.

“Good morning Ash.” There stood Damian dressed up casually for the first time. He just wore normal pants and a shirt. “Good morning to you too. Come in.” I said and stepped aside. He entered and looked around. Oh no I didn’t clean. This is embarrassing! This is the first time he came here and I couldn’t at least make the room look more neat.

He walked further in and then something caught his eye. “Why does it feel like I’ve seen you before?” He mumbled to himself while picking up the doll he gave me on my 4th birthday. I smiled sadly and walked over to him. “That was give to me by my childhood best friend for my birthday. I’ve treasured it ever since then.” I said and he nodded placing it back down.

“So what did you come here for? And why so suddenly?” I asked and he stopped turning to face me. He wore a serious face but I could see a tint of pink coating his cheeks. He’s blushing. He’s so cute. I held back a smile. “Do you know how to play the piano?” He asked and I nodded. Of course I do. We were partners back then. We would always play together in front of many people. “Great! I need you to accompany me on a performance for the Charity event that will take place this Friday. I was asked to play the violin but I thought having a partner on stage would be better.” He said. Just like old times then. This will be easy and it might trigger something to him.

“I’ll gladly perform with you. But why come all the way here just to ask me that? You could have called or texted me.” I said and he turned red. I really wanna take a pic of him right now. He looks too cute. “I..I wanted to ask you out on a lunch and if ever you do agree on the offer, I’ll take you shopping.” He said. His voice got softer each word ‘ill he was whispering. So. CUTE~

“Sure! I’ll never reject free lunch and free shopping.” I giggled and pulled him out. I locked the door and skipped to the elevator. He still stood there shocked. I held the open button waiting for him. “Hurry up slowpoke!” I yelled and he snapped out of his state. He quickly got in the elevator and we went down. We got out to his car and I took shot gun as usual. It would be rude if I sat in the back seat ‘coz that would seem like he’s my driver.

“Where are we going?” I asked. He just gave me a grin and shook his head. I pout not really excited. I hate surprises, but at the same time I love them. “Can you at least give me a hint?” I plead. The stoplight turned red and we stopped. He let out a hmm before smiling. “How about….no!” He said and the stoplight turned green. We took a left turn and I saw a building up ahead. No way! There’s a mall here?

“What’s with the surprised look?” Damian asked as he pulled up in the parking lot. He turned to me and I burst. “There’s a mall here! How come I never knew!” I screamed as we got out. He lightly laughed. “I don’t know to you. Now let’s go I know the perfect place to eat.” He said.

We went in and some people started squealing. “Shit. I forgot my disguise.” He cursed under his breath. Guards soon came over and blocked the people from the view. I blinked twice confused as to why this is happening. “I’m sorry Ash. I’m just so handsome and hot that everywhere I go people would drool over me.” He said. Here we go again with the egotistic jerk.

“Who is he with?”

”Is she a fling? THE Damian Salvator has never done flings before!”

“Are they dating?”

”Take a pic! Hurry!”

I heard many comments here and there but I chose to ignore it. Oh right, Damian is a Billionaire CEO ranking second in the world’s richest and wealthiest people. We rank first but I never receive these attention. My parents chose to hide my identity for the social media so that I could walk around the streets freely. I think that freedom will stop soon with me seen with Damian.

“Can you run?” Damian asked and I looked at him confused. He sighed and picked me up bridal style causing everyone around to squeal and scream. He dashed away with a crazy mob of fans chasing us behind. “You’re gonna make me fall!” I yelled and wrapped my arms around his neck. “That’s alright as long as you fall for me.” He smirked and gave me a wink. I glared at him while blushing. Idiot!

He took a sharp turn and dashed to the nearest shop losing everyone on his tail. We hid while we waited for the mob to disappear. He then stood up and took a jacket, cap, and some shades. He quickly paid it at the counter and ripped their tags off before putting them on. “Shall we?” He asked and I nodded.

“Are you fine with McDo? I’ve been meaning to eat there for a while just to judge their food.” He said and I laughed. Typical Ian. He really despise McDo since he first ate chicken nuggets from them. He bit half of one nugget and found it half cooked. He immediately spat it out and whined to Aunt Jessica about it. “Sure why not?” We both went in McDo and he ordered chicken nuggets while I ordered their Crispy Chicken Fillet.

“See! They give such small piece of Chicken. I would rather call it Crispy Chick Fillet.” He said in disgust while poking my fillet with his fork. I just shrugged and continued eating. “And look! Another half cooked chicken nugget.” He said in disgust while looking at a nugget. “I’ll get another one.” He stood up and left.

I could hear his faint voice whining to the cashier about the half cooked nugget. He soon came back with a new set and started munching on them happily. I don’t know if I’m hallucinating but I think I see flowers around him. Oh my gosh he looks so cute! I wanna squish his cheeks right now.

We finished lunch and he took me to this fancy dress shop. “Don’t worry I’ll pay.” He said and I nodded shyly. I know that he’s a Billionaire but I feel like I’m only using him for money. What if people see it like that? I scanned the racks for a nice dress but I didn’t really find anything that I liked. “Are you having trouble Mi--Aphi?” I looked up and then saw Ryu. “Ah Ryu! What are you doing here?” I asked. Is he gay? I mean, that’s the most reasonable reason on why he would be in a dress shop right?

“I’m accompanying my little sister on searching a gown for her JS prom.” He said and a little girl who looks like the girl version of him popped up beside him. “Bro! I got what I want!” She paused and then noticed me. “Is she your girlfriend? I approve.” She smiled and then skipped off leaving us both blushing.

Did I just get ap- oh shut up Aphira. I looked at him and see him looking at me. We both quickly glanced the other way. “Uhm…I have to go. See you tomorrow.” He said and I just nodded. He then looked at something and pulled a dress out giving it to me. “I think this will suit you.” He said before quickly leaving.

I looked at the dress he gave me. It’s a short sleeved knee-length purple dress that had a black bow at one sleeve and comes along with a black glittery belt. “Was that Ryu?” I heard a voice behind me. I spun around and found Damian holding a paper bag. “Yep and he found me the perfect dress.” I said and held up the purple dress. An emotion I couldn’t quire understand flashed in his eyes for a split second.

“Let’s go pay.” He mumbled and took my arm pulling me to the cashier. He paid for the dress and took the paper bag. He then dragged me to the shoes store. “I think you can find the shoes you want yourself. I’ll be here.” He said and sat down on a chair. I nodded and dashed to the shelves of heels and flats. It didn’t really take long for me to find a pair I want. I ran back to Damian and he paid for it.

We went straight back home after that. “Thank you so much for today Ian! I enjoyed it.” I smiled and hugged him. “Anything for you Ash.” He smiled while hugging back. We broke the hug and stared at each other in silence. Now what? “I guess this is goodbye.” He said and I nodded. Should I…..I jumped up and kissed his cheek. “Bye Ian! See you tomorrow.” I said quickly before shutting the door. I leaned against it while sliding down. I blushed heavily as the event kept on repeating in my mind.

“Oh my gosh I think I’m falling for you big deal this time Damian Salvator.”
