Van POV

I got out of my car and went straight into the house.
I'm disgusted. I want to be free from anger because I look stupid.
She made a fool of me.

"Where's Aphrodite?" I asked as I entered the house. Von looked at me sitting on the sofa.

"She just left with an emergency." He replied. I closed my eyes and sat on the sofa opposite him.

"What's going on? You said you were with Aphrodite but who is Aphrodite who came here?" He asked confused.

I opened my eyes and looked at him.

"Cleopatra imitated Aphrodite." I said. He frowned.

"What?"

"She copied Aphrodite just so I could date her." I said angrily. "I'm having fun, I thought everything was okay, Fuck." I said angrily.

"Where is Cleopatra now?" He asked. I looked at him.

"Did you leave her alone?" He asked.

"Does it look like I'm going to take her? I'm mad Von, I'm disgusted." I said.

"Stupid bro, it's raining, does she have a car to ride?" He asked.

"I don't know! It's up to her! She made a fool of me." I said angrily and stood up.

"Did you listen to her explanation?" I turned to him.

"For what? Will she lie again?" I said annoyed.

"You're abnormal. You immediately apply your temper, it's still a woman bro."

"And I don't care." I said and walked to the stairs.

"Just call me when you're ready to eat." I said annoyed and walked up the stairs with a doorbell. I stopped and went down in no time, expecting Aphrodite to ring the doorbell.

I preceded Von in opening the door. I lost my smile when I saw a man in a Black Jacket, black T-shirt fitted to him and black pants with side chains. Who is this?

"Who among you is Van?" He asked coldly. I frowned. Von pointed at me so the man could look me up and down.

I walked out the door and faced him.

"Is there a delivery--"

"The fuck ?!"

I was sitting on the floor when the man suddenly punched me hard. I was holding my jaw and my mouth. I felt pain in the part of my mouth so I looked at my hand I was holding and saw there was blood.

"What's wrong with you?" Von asked angrily while in front of me.

The man looked up and down then looked at me.

What is it capable of fighting?

"Say thank you because I only rode a Van." The man said to Von. I stood up and was about to punch the man but there was energy that stopped me. My hand is controlled.

"What the hell?" Von asked while looking at the man. I also looked at the man who for sure did it to me.

"What do you need?" I asked annoyed.
This is the ugliest day i ever had, damn!, I was even more angry that this pest man added.

"No one dares to hurt my Alpha." After he said that I lowered my hand. He walked away from us as we looked at him. When he disappeared from our sight, Von and I looked at each other.

"How did he get in the gate?" Von asked.

"Who's Alpha?" I asked. We were left clueless there as I endured the pain of that mad man's blow.

Alpha? Who is that?

Cleopatra POV

I open my eyes. Black ceilings were the first I saw. I looked around. Where am I?

"Thank God you're awake." I looked at the owner of that voice and i saw Aphrodite.

How did I get here?

"Are you feeling well?" She asked. I did not answer her. I remember Van. Is he home yet?

"Cleopatra." I looked at her.

"Are you mad at me?" She asked. I shook.

Why would i? She's my friend.

"I'm sorry." She said.

I just looked at her. I did not speak.

“How did I get here?” I asked. Her expression immediately changed. She seemed scared.

"Freddrick is here." Sh answered so I really look at her.

"What?" I asked.

She averted her eyes.

"He saw you on the road fainting while it was raining. He called me." She said. I felt annoyed and scared.

"Where is he now?" I asked.

"I don't know." She replied.

"I'm leaving." I said and was about to get up when I noticed that I was dressed. I wrinkled my forehead.

"Why am I in a black dress?" I asked and looked at her.

"He told me that's the chaff I'm wearing on you." She said. I wrinkled my forehead.

I already know where this is going.

I stood up and walked closer to the door when it suddenly opened and I immediately saw my brother's dark aura.

"Where the fuck are you fucking going?" He asked coldly. I backed away when he walked towards me. I leaned on the bed next to Aphrodite. Aphrodite and I looked at each other and then we looked back at Freddrick. My Older brother.

"Why are you here?" I will ask. Encouraging and forgetting the nervousness I feel.

"Why are you walking on the road while it's raining?" He asked again.

"What are you doing here?" I ask.

"Why are you crying?" He asked again. Great, my brother is the best bastard.

"I'm leaving." I said and it was right pass him as he closes the door with his power. I was so annoyed. What else dis he need?

"Is that Van the one you cried for?" I looked at him for a while because of what he said.

Dead. How did he know?

He turned to me and I could see how his jaw tightened.

"I taught that vampire werewolf a lesson." He replied. I wrinkled my forehead.

"Why are you here?" I asked annoyed.

"To fetch you." I took a deep breath. Did I say that and that's what he would say.

"I'm not going with you." I said.

"And I don't care if you won't come with me Celestine." Right. He now calling me by my third name.

"There's nothing you can do to include me Freddrickson." I call him. He looked at me badly. I looked at him badly too.

"Go to my Car now." His authoritative command.

"I won't." I answered proudly and narrowed my eyes at him.

"I'm going home." I said.

"Go home with me." He added.

"I do not want to!" I shouted and faced him.

"If you force me to marry a man I don't know yet, you'll take care of it. If you want, you can marry him." I said annoyed.

"Don't make me mad Celestine."

"Don't annoy me Freddrickson." I said. We measured the look.

I turned my back on him and was about to open the door when he spoke.

"You come with me or I'll kill Van Floyd Vaughn."
