As I was arriving to school, I saw his car there, and getting out was Gabi. Of course he was picking her up. I parked my car near his car and got out of mine.

"Hey, Shorty." He smirked.

"Hey, giant." I hugged him as we laughed.

"Hey, Gabi." I smiled

"Hey, Aria." She smiled back.

"Can Friday come soon. I need a long sleep." I said while yawning.

"Normal people go out on Friday, not spend it on their couch all day." She said.

"Gee, who peed in your cheerios." I rolled my eyes as Ryan laughed.

"Ugh." She stormed out.

"Seriously, what's her problem?" I asked.

"Beats me, she's been moody since I picked her up." He shrugged.

"I'll talk to her in a few." I told him.

"Good luck, I have to go. See you later, shorty." He gave me a kiss on my cheek then left. So not blushing, cheeks better cool it.

"You know, the way he looks at you and that mini kiss on the cheek, was powerful, girl." I turned to see Mario with a big smirk.

"That was us acting normal around each other."

"Right, you two act like a couple, he likes you." He said as I shook my head. Oh Mario.

We went to classes, and then lunch time came, I talked to Gabi and said she was on her period, now we know why the mood swings.

"We should double date, you, Mario, me and my babe." Gabi said excitedly.

"Uh-"

I was cut by Mario. "Love to, when?"

"Saturday, we can go to this nice restaurant and eat at your moms bakery, I love their desserts and sweets." She said.

"Okay then, double date it is." I replied.

Days went by and it was now Saturday, double date, woohoo. I was so not looking forward looking at Gabi and Ryan being lovey-dovey.

"Sissy, can we go to the carnival tomorrow."

"You got it." I said and that's exactly where this double date will go to.

Mario picked me up and we all met at the restaurant, we placed our orders, and while we waited we talked and laughed, Mario and Ryan were actually getting along pretty well.

Only problem, Gabi was being all lovey dovey, kissing and holding hands. Ughh. After eating we walked for a bit then got in the cars and drove to the carnival.

We started small since we just ate so we went to play, Mario won me a cute mini teddy bear, I love stuff animals. Gabi doesn't that girl is dead inside. Did you know Ryan gave her one in their first month together, and she gave it to her dog. Bitch much.

"Woohoo, score." Ryan said excitedly, I laughed. He actually won a huge teddy bear, and gave it to me. Gabi had no room to get angry cause she hate stuff animals.

I went to put the teddy bear in Mario's car. Then we went to the rides, Gabi hates heights. I swear this girl hates fun stuff. I got in all the rides with Ryan, Mario said he was also afraid of heights which was a lie he loves them. But he was being a great friend to me.

Then it was time for the ferris wheel. I love this, they put a great firework show. As we climbed it stop and then started.

"This is so cool." I said as I looked at the fireworks like a little kid.

She looks so adorable, this feels like a date, and I wanted to interlaced our fingers then pulled her into a kiss, but I couldn't. So instead I just pulled her closer to me as she rested her head on my chest and my arms wrapped around her.

She looked up at me with those beautiful green emerald eyes and then she smiled. I gave her a kiss on her cheek. We do act like a couple, but this is normal for us. The only thing missing here is our lips connected. This is better than not having her close to me.

This felt so good, only thing missing here is our lips against each other. But I was fine with this. Maybe someday it can happen.

"Turned out to be a great Doble date." I smiled

"Indeed, shorty." He smiled back. "But why are you dating a guy that likes guys?"

"You're good, but we're not dating, he's actually a really good friend. He just doesn't want his friends to know cause, well people can be cruel in high school." I said to him.

"That's true, and Gabi isn't aware that he's gay?"

"No, or maybe she does, but she insisted in the four of us to double date. And we ended up switching dates." I said as he laughed.

The ride was coming down and we got off. Gabi ran to him and hugged him followed by a kiss. Yes she's my best friend, but it still hurts to see him with her. We said goodbye cause he was leaving really early. I'm going to miss him, I got so used to him being back again. I like him so much it hurts.
