Alyia's POV. 

"What is wrong with you?!"

Based on the tone of my voice, I'm really irritated. Irritated of this guy in front of me. 

"Did I know that it's going to be flown by the wind? I'm not the God of the Wind, ma'am for you to be informed. So, it's practically not my fault."

And what the heck is with his wide smile? Is he that happy that we're  soaking wet right now? That there's a possibility that I might get sick because of him?! 

"If ever I catch a fever, you're fired! Argh! You're making me more irritated because of your freaking face!", I shouted with full of irritation in the tone of my voice again. 

"I’m not responsible if you'll catch fever, ma'am. Am I the one that went to the cemetery alone and didn't bring any umbrella? It's your idea to get wet under the rain, not mine.", he said once again and raised both of his hands as a sign of surrender.

"Argh! You are so irritating! Why would you do that gesture at me when your umbrella isn't that good. It is really dense enough for the wind to take it."

We are here in my condo right now and as I've said, we are soaking wet because of this idiot. 

He covered me from the rain but ended up being wet by it too. His stupid umbrella was flown by the strong wind that made me run away from that place. 

I shall have peace of mind after visiting my parents but here I am, really irritated because of this guy. I can't understand him.

I walked my way towards my room, leaving him at the dining area. I have so many shows, shoots, tapings, meeting and interviews that I have to attend to so I can't be sick. 

I promised Debbie that I'll be back at the company by this week and I'm gonna fulfill that promise. Knowing Debbie really is busy managing the company, the papers and projects there are  increasing day by day. 

As I open the door of my comfort room, I suddenly felt the urge of being in a bathtub so I filled my bathtub with water and sope. After doing it, I quickly dove in. 

I was in the middle of relaxing myself when suddenly I heard a loud knock from the door.

"Ma'am, your Manager and personal assistant are here. They brought food for dinner and asked me to call you.", a voice said loudly that I am sure that voice is Cosmos' .

I realized that I've been inside my bathtub for about an hour now so I got off and answered him with a shout. 

"Coming! Don't you dare open the door unless you wanna be dead.", I said with full authority in my tone. 

"Understood, Ma'am. Just go to the dining area because they're starving already. We'll start eating.", that was the words he said before I heard footsteps.

I sighed. At least, now I can eat with people. 

I'm used to eat alone since my parents died and I'm fine with it but lately, with Cosmos around, I find it great to eat with people. 

It's just a simple thing but that thing made me miss my parents more. I miss how we chit chat over dinner. I miss telling them how my day went. I just miss having them near me, maybe that's it. 

I wore a pair of my blue velvet pajamas and slippers that I bought quite a while ago. 

As I took steps towards the dining room, I immediately heard laughter and voices from the people eating there. 

My condo isn't quiet and lonely anymore. 
I smiled because of that thought and continued to take footsteps. 

But my smile faded when I saw the annoying face of Cosmos right in front of me. 

"Oh. Alyia! Let's eat! Take a seat. I'm sorry if I went here. Cole told me through phone call that there's nothing inside your fridge. So, we decided to bring you dinner. I hope you won't mind. I know that you hate visitors.", Mommy Iya said while pointing at the chair beside Cosmos. 

I want to refuse sitting beside him but I remember that I only got four pieces of chairs so I had no choice but to be beside him.

As I took my seat, I sighed and distanced myself from him. 

"What happened to you both? When I came, I found Cole being wet and topless. Did you guys happened to be outside minutes ago and came from the heavy rain?", Mommy Iya asked while taking a bite from the lasagna right in front of her. 

"Cole? Who's that?", I asked. Brows furrowed. 

"Cosmos said that we can call him that.", Mira interrupted that made me raise a brow. 

Cole, huh? 

"You can call me by that name too, Ma'am but I know you will refuse so I didn't tell you.", Cosmos said with a shrug. 

"Yeah, right.", I said and rolled my eyes. 

"Cole, can you tell us anything about you? Since we'll be together for a long time, we better get to know you, right?", it was Mira who asked him. 

I continued taking bites of my lasagna and didn't bother to join their so called discussion.

"What can I tell you? I don't know what to tell you. My name is Cosmos Alexandrus but you can call me Cole. I am 25 years old. I love the color blue. I am single but I'm not finding anyone. If you ask about my ideal girl, I don't have one."

I continued to eat without minding them. I don't know why but I have my appetite right now. I'm so energized to eat so I'll eat right now without being disturbed before I lose my appetite. 

"Where do you live, Cole? Do you have your parents with you? Or do you have any sibling?", it was Mira's voice that asked Cosmos. 

"I am an only child and sad to say but both of my parents already died. My mom died after giving birth to me and my father died because of a car accident when I was only 10 years old.", he answered with a smile and took a bite from the slice of pizza on his right hand. 

I was stunned for a while and stared at him. So, we're the same? We both don't have our parents around. 

I couldn't believe that he lost them when he was 10 years old. It must be so hard for him because at that age, you really need someone to guide you. 

Will I consider myself lucky because I was already 19 when I lost my parents? 

His gaze went to me that made me remove my sight from him and gave my attention to the food in front of me.

"We'll get going. Good night, Ma'am.", Mira said the moment she entered my room. 

I closed the book that I am reading and nodded at her. 

"Take care on your way home. It's late. Are you guys sure you don't wanna spend the night here?", I asked her and stood up. 

I saw her shook her head. 

"No. Maybe next time, Ma'am. I have a lot of things to do at home. Same as Ma'am Iya.", she answered and smiled at me. 

"Okay. Wait. I'll walk you through the door. I'll just wear my slippers.", I said and quickly wore my pair of slippers before slamming the door of my room. 

I walked them through the door with Cosmos beside me.

"Thank you for the dinner, Mommy. I hope that this dinner won't be the last.", I said and smiled at her. 

"Of course it won't be the last. Just call me or ask Cole to call me. I can always be one call away.", she said and winked at me that made me chuckle. 

They started to walk towards the elevator. I waved at them and after that, closed the door. 

I sighed and caught Cosmos' stare at me. 

"Dinner with them was fun, right?", he said with a smile that made me raise a brow. 

"You're the only who enjoyed it. You talk non-stop and I find it very annoying.", I replied and rolled my eyes. 

He chuckled a little and that was my sign to walk away from him. 

I was taking my steps towards my room when he suddenly uttered words that made me stop for a while. 

"You're not a stone. You can always admit that you enjoyed someone's company. It won't lessen your pride."

I was about to take few more steps but he added words that caught me off guard. 

"Call me weird but it was great seeing you cry a while ago. Let out your emotions. It's much better than keeping it inside you."

The moment after he said those words, I heard footsteps walking away but I was left here, didn't know what to do.

H-he's really weird.
