"Can i entrust you with their lives?" Yam approached Mary Magdalene to ask her for a favor, she needed her cooperation with her other friends. She had come up with an idea to get them out of the place and eradicate those zombies.

She looked at her curiously. "What are you talking about?"

She explained her plans to her friends and how to distract the zombies while everyone was fleeing the area.

She will let the zombies chase after her and would try to kill them on the vacant lot near their school, while Viva, Mark and Richie will go there first by car and set up the fire and everything to kill the monsters.

Aya, on the other hand, will accompany Mary and her friends to help the people escape from there and return to their respective homes. Sadly, the boy needs to leave his lolo behind.

Because of the continuous playing of songs on Aya's phone, it has also been lowbatt, as well as her phone. The lolo who turned into zombie kept on struggling and shouting, so the doors were guarded by zombies again and banging against it.

"I'll borrow your phone, Mark." then she quickly took his phone and threw it outside.

"Hey, that's expensive!" Mark complaints but they just ignored it.

"At my signal, you call his phone, Viva, and when the zombies attentions are taken away, I would go outside. Viva will stop calling Mark's phone, therefore I'd catch the zombie's attention and will let them follow me. And Aya, make sure there are no zombies left before you go out, okay? " she explained.

"I'll accompany you." Arix said quickly. She did not refuse anymore because of the determination he saw on his face. Arix turned to Mary for a moment and told her to be careful.

"In the count of ten, we'll do this." she incited. Then she started her countdown. And in the last count she quickly threw Mark's cellphone outside and immediately carried out the plan.

Everything went well according to her plan. Arix quickly got them out and ran away. Viva also stopped calling Mark's phone, Arix and Yam caught the zombie's attention , she started playing a korean drama ost from a phone she borrowed from someone in the church, the monsters quickly followed them.

Viva also immediately checked the surroundings and moved to ride in Arix's car - Richie as the driver - and immediately pulled over, looking for a route closer to the vacant lot.

Aya and the others have already done their task. They immediately boarded on their own vehicles, to carefully return to their respective homes.

Yam and Arix were out of breath but they still had to speed up so as not to be chased by the monsters who also quickly followed them.

"I'll distruct them and go that way, you rest somewhere safe." said Arix, then he took the phone she was holding.

"No! We will do and finish this together." she said.

Arix wanted to protest but he also knew she was serious and instead of preaching to her, he quickly reached out her hand to hold it. They run hand in hand to deceive the monsters.

It's just weird because she must feel very scared because they are already on the brink of death, why does she feel happy?

The warmth of his hand tells her that this nightmare will end soon and that keeps her positive.

Arix held the phone to her because he thought of a way to get rid of the monsters that were chasing them. He quickly took out the phone he borrowed from Mary Magdalene and called Richie.

"Bring dried grasses from school garbage area and form it into a big circle, pour the petroleum gas and when Yam and I get there, we will trap the zombies inside the circle and there we will light the fire." Arix suggested on the other line, who also quickly approved then dropped the call. "Aren't you tired?" he looks worried about her.

She smiled sparingly. "Tired but with you, I'll be okay."

"This will end soon, we can do this together." he smiled and he squeezed her hand.

She wants to be angry because she can't really guard her heart, so that she wouldl not fall for this man.

"Aren't you worried about Mary?" why did she asked that, she is really a masochist.

"Of course, I am, to everyone."

"Are you really in love with her--"

"Let's not talk about it here." he stopped her and she understood it.

There's a shortcut to the vacant lot but they chose the long road, so that their friends could prepare.

"This is the longest run I've ever had in my life." Yam gasped.

"Same here. I never imagine that scenes from zombie movies are really happening." said Arix.

They ran for about an hour and a half, as if their feet would going to give up sooner but for everyone's safety they did their best to carry out the plan.

When they arrived at the vacant lot, everything went according to the plan. They just need to place the monsters inside the big circle and light the fire.

"You go with the others, I'll take in charge of the rest." said Arix.

"But--"

"Believe in me, Yam, I can handle this one." he smiled sparingly then grabbed the attention of the zombies and ran to the middle of the lot to gather them together.

She changed her direction towards her friends and she was followed by three zombies, but was quickly pierced with a sharp stick in the head and killed by Richie.

When they saw that the zombies had gathered inside the big circle, Mark and Richie quickly lit the straw and the fire immediately spread.

"Get out of there, Arix!" he shouted.

As the zombies begin to wander because of the fire around. Some who want to escape are consumed by fire, while others who escape the fire are immediately targeted by Mark and Richie.

"Arix, get out of there!" he shouted. Because of the group of zombies, they can no longer see Arix's presence inside the big circle because he was surrounded by those monsters.

Yam's heartbeat was doubled. She no longer knows what is happening to Arix inside the circle.

"Arix, scream when you hear me." she said, but she did not get any response from the man.

"Oh, my God! No way..." viva was in hysterical.

"I feel like he's alive." she said positively. But she wanted to cry because she was so nervous for the young man. "Arix get out in there!" she shouted, at the same time the fire elevates to kill the monsters.
