Oh, my God, Chris, Veronica came to butt in the conversation, you really are disgusting. Even Elisa, is not spared from your playboy antiques, haay!, Veronica disappointed while getting food out of the automated  small glass bubble cases where the dishes are placed and totally sanitized. Get away from the sweet lady you pervert. Elisa, I'm so sorry.

What, did I do? Chris shouted and tried to get some salad on the glass casing but seems not able to open it. Then he saw Elisa smiling devilishly. Chris was forcing it to open but when he finally wanted to get the salad, it suddenly ticked open and the dish popped out and covered his face  along with the lettuces, tomatoes, etc. All laughed including Veronica and Elisa. The employees knew who Chris is and he is the Head of the IT/Technical Department of the company.  Chris brushed the greens off his face and suit and walked to where Veronica sat, the middle table in the cafeteria.

Elisa smiled  at Veronica and laughed profusely at Chris. That SUITS you well, since you love nature and greens, hehe!, Veronica added can't stop laughing at Chris who is now pissed and dirty.

He went to the men's comfort room to clean himself up. When he heard a guy with a certain lady inside a cubicle.

Stop, Danny, hey, the woman whispering. Just listen, here me out, I really want you, now, Liz, please!, Danny said in a whisper, but containing himself since Liz is hesitant. Chris immediately went to an open cubicle an hid there, OMG, Liz, haaaa. Then after peeing quickly he went out and still saw Danny, Assistant Head from  the Engineering Department's face red, fixing his tie and pants. Hey!

Hey V, you won't believe who I bumped into at the restroom, Chris said while whispering to Veronica who is quietly eating her last portion of strawberry pie. Who?

Well, it's worth the try, Vic seems into her still, Chris replied casually.  Are you sure it's the same Liz, maybe it's Liz of the Accounting department? Veronica immediately reiterated. She's an ol maid you know and besides I know Elizabeth's voice and I can smell her everywhere she goes, Chris added with his eyes reddening like Joker and his voice a little bit harsh now. Who is very rare?, Victory said walking towards her friends. Taking the apple on Chris's plate and munching on it happily. Oh Vic, Chris said now nervous to tell her about what happened with  Liz and Danny  earlier at the restroom.

Chris' mouth and smiling at Victory. Victory was very suspicious on what Chris said about Liz.  But little did he know, she already saw everything on the CCTV cameras which happened in a flip of a switch.

I know and I'm sorry but he is disrespecting one of my heads and that is against the rules of the company. I'm sure you know that clearly since you signed the contract recently, Victory said pointing the fact about their rules in the office. But it's a personal matter Vic and …, Liz halted when Vic moved closer in front of her and crossed her arms signalling that she's ready to listen to her explanation. Danny is not going to let this go and he'll fry me through social media, Liz now teary eyed pleading for Victory's  understanding. Okay, I will do it because it is the right thing to do yet he'll be receiving a red mark on this and still need to file an explanation letter about the issue. And another thing, I want to see you here later and talk to you about something, Victory added seriously and nodding to her that she can already leave the office.

Liz felt relieved but is now nervous. What can it be that she needed to ask me to stay at her office later?

Why would I be asked to come to her office?,  Liz said when she went out of Vic's office.  She had to force herself to work on some paper works. Being the Head Trainer is not a field day but it sure is satisfying when you inspire trainees, people to be better and explore on many things especially the English language, its background, the culture, the people and the vibe. BPO industries don't really jive with normal work hours and regular crowd. But extraordinary work pace, loads and multi-tasks with unique blends of agents or workforce. It's amazing, exciting and a learning experience every day. Though work can be repetitive, one can make use of it and make a change when necessary. It's about the thrill of a ride and the amazing emotions you feel when you're on the phone talking to different types of people selling, chatting, explaining or comforting them as clients and friends in the end or every conversation.

We make it a point that every call is a good and satisfying call. An excellent customer service is doing the extra mile every time. Sometimes we over look things, and we find ourselves realizing that what really matters is we touch a person's heart, mind and soul, why I wanted to become a trainer, partner in business and a leader who changes games and not watch them change in front of my eyes. Vic and I share the same thoughts and beliefs on game plans and changes. We play hard but play hard too. We don't want chances or opportunities pass by but be there when it comes and we strike when the iron is hot. However, Vic being that smart has the edge from my critical and demanding tastes. She never hesitated and went on to do her thing and won. I, on the other hand, failed on my attempt to have my own company due to a break up with my former boyfriend who was my partner in the business, Danny and I know you've already met the  prick.
