i sat on my chair in my study patiently waiting for colt. to come after waiting which feels like hours colt came and sat opposite to me . " impatient are we" he said mockingly , i glare at him. he is my second in command and my best friend his parents died when he was seven and my dad take care of him as his second son. you can say we are childhood friend my brother and i can share everything with him and he can boss me when we alone.

"so tell me what you find every single detail" i ask . colt nodded and gave me a black folder i open it and here the picture of a girl smiling which make my heart skip beat every time .

Rose Bella Smith , 23 years old , fair skin brown eyes and brown hair , graduated from London university in business. moved in New York 2 years ago.

do part time jobs at first and now working as a secretary in Black corp. living in xxx block second building third floor. contact info there. i nodded .

two friends Hailey and Kyden also working in Black corp. parents died in car accident no siblings. living alone. every month she visit john orphanage Saturday at three and return at seven she donate half of her salary to them.

No relationship , no relatives everything is clear. he said .

i arch my brows at him questioningly. " nothing suspicious" i ask . he shook his head " No" he replied." do it again and her friends too i want it in two days". i order him. “I will”. he replied.

" colt make a meeting with Mr. black . I want this company under my name " i order him . “ what I am your secretary, tell her she will make arrangements” he said.

“I am asking about other meeting” I said in cold tune. he gave me a look, then realize what I mean. “ consider it done” he replied.

" And inform him i am giving him a visit and make sure she didn't know anything about it " i said in commanding tone. he nodded and make his way out but stop and turn to face me .

" what do want to do with him "he ask. i smirk at a thought of how many ways i can punish him after all he fucking trying to betrayed me .

"he is going to pay for what he did" i said . he nodded and leave . i sat there staring her beautiful picture , thinking about how to surprise her i close a file and sigh deeply.

i make my way to basement, the guard nodded his head in respect and open the door, i enter in dark room. A metallic smell blood fill my nostrils, the room is large, blood all over the place. there is many torturing tools , ropes, knife, blades ,guns everything which you will love to torture your prisoner .

the man who drench in blood sat in a chair in the middle of room his hands were tied behind the chair and his legs each sides of chair . swollen face blood coming out from his lips. this gave me satisfied feeling.

"So did you enjoy your time here" i said as i walk to him . my other man acknowledge me and nodded their head. he didn't say anything just glare at me.

"oh nova why are you doing this to you , if you give me what i want i'll free you from this hell hole" i said as i lean to his level.

"Do whatever you want i won't tell you , you thing you will get that easily . you will die soon and i already make that sure it happen soon". he spat with smirk plastered on his face .

"you wanna do it in hard way than I will fulfill you wish ". I said.

i lean back and motion my men to untie him. they did what i told them . i took gun and throw it few inches away from him and sat in front of him.

" Out " I said . they leave immediately.

"so now only me and you are here” i said and smirk at him . " you want me dead then do it but first i want a name " i said .

" you can’t lured me, I am very well aware of these thing, you are forgetting I am also the part of mafia " he replied and laugh.

“ I am not luring you, why would i when I can easily get whatever I want from you” I said showing my blank face.

" you have gun its loaded just tell me a name kill me and free yourself from this place i am giving you a chance . you have 1 minute if you didn't kill me than, you won't be able to see the sun tomorrow". i said with venom in my voice .

" you are lying i know that if i move you will kill me immediately do you think I am fool ". he said .

i laugh at that, " you have my words nova i won't move an inch " i said and set a timer and show it to him. his eye me for second and try to move from his seat but failed , he tried again when he fall with a thud in floor he can't move properly because of the pain . i grin seeing him in this position .

"10 seconds left" i said and his eyes widen ,he move with ,much difficulty when get a hold of gun he aim it towards and pull the trigger the gun sound echo in room but he miss by inch .

" times up" i said and smirk at him devilishly and raised myself from chair and walk toward him taking slow step with each steps his eyes widened fear visible in his eyes as he push himself backward . I bent down to his and said.

" i gave you a chance but you miss it now tell me the name ".

i already make that you live your life living hell kill me if yo-- , i didn't let him finish i slid a blade in his throat. blood come out and his body started to shake violently .i watch as he loose his life and stop moving i stood up and called my men to clean the mess and made my way to my room .

i take a bath to clean myself after eating my dinner i lay down on my bed and sleep with her in my mind.

Two days later

i am sitting his office which is now mine, i just want to see her. i was busy thinking about her, that I didn’t realize other presence in the room.

"good morning Mr. Black". she said with her beautiful voice .

"good morning rose” he said and continue “ I would like to introduce you to someone”.

“Mr. Bruce, our new business partner " he introduce us.

"good morning Mr. Bruce" she greeted .

i rose from my seat and turn "you too ms. smith " i said and smirked at her reaction .

this is what i expect, I stare at her up an down taking her appearance in, she look gorgeous in her clothes, her big brown eyes widen a little which look cute to me, her hair which slightly curl her natural pink lips i just want to kiss the hell out of her but i control myself from doing that so i just tease her.

"it is rude to stare ms. smith" i said teasingly. she recover herself whatever she thinking and smile little which didn't reach her eyes . i can tell she already curse me in her mind .

Mr. Black clear his throat to grab our attention. "ms. rose arrange everything in meeting room we'll meet in 10 minutes" he said . which she replied politely " yes Mr. Black" and walk out of room. i though how politely she talk but not with me . i chuckle at that when Mr. black started to discuss some things and we make our way to meeting room .

as i enter i saw doing her work when she acknowledge us and we sat our seats she walk towards podium and connect her laptop to projector and started to explain things the way she discuss every single thing i can say she looks professional .

meeting end after two hours i purposely do that just to spent more time with her . all the time she only reply yes or no and when ask explanation she explain everything .

i ask her to leave because i want to talk to him and she leave . we talk more 30 minutes and it was time for me to leave . i pass through her cabin where she sat talking to someone and that someone is ‘he’. she is laughing heartly something he said, my blood boil, I wanted to be the reason of her smile, I wanted to make her laugh only me.

i enter in elevator and press ground floor button. i hate seeing her with someone else . i walk out of elevator and the building where my driver waiting for me.

"i am driving " i said and he gave me keys . i speed out of there to my mansion. i park my car in front of gate and walk to my room and take cold shower to calm my anger .

i sat on my couch when colt came and sat beside me ask me about that happen and everything which make me more irritated then i am.

"shut up will you " i spat angrily ,he keep quit for second.

" we're going club get ready at seven " he said and leave . i am not in the mood but that was what i want to distract myself .

i don't know how she manage to make me feel like this we only meet two times and here i am thinking about her 24/7 . i enter my study to do some work .

(time skip)

my phone ring and colt name flash i picked up . "what" i said . "get ready dude I am not going leave without you " he said and hung up . only he can do that . i sighed and walk to my room to get ready colt came in 15 minutes and we go to one of our club.

i was sipping my drink when a girl in red dress caught my attention she is talking with a girl she look hot he back was facing me but i can tell she is beautiful. a man come and hug the girl who she is talking and then to her and when turn i held my breath .

she look so hot with her outfit her natural lips cover with red her eyes shine more her hair swing as she move damn man i though, i was here to clear my mind .
