I leaned close to him and locked my lips on his lips, which made him gasped in surprise.
His  dark  hair  was  cropped and it showed  off the striking  symmetry  of his  face.  I held his cheeks  with  my hand, caressing  and smooching  his soft skin.
He uncapped his lips from mine and gaze into my eyes.
You still haven't tell me"He groaned and gave no expression. Not until Tamika intrude our conversation. 
Oh! did I interrupt your conversation?" She asked, giving a nervous reaction.
"Yes, we were having a private conversation, you should have at least knock"I scoffed.
"She is my cousin, she doesn't need to knock before coming in."He uttered.

"I just kissed him, but got no reaction. He is more bothered about his cousin.
Does he even have a heart? seems he is an emotionless kind of person."I muttered. 
Tamika hugged  and gave him a kiss on his cheeks.
"I bought a presence for you Athan"she said putting on a cute smile.
"And what could that be?"He asked has he curved  a smile. 
"Since you love jacket so much, I bought you this,"she said  and handed him a red jacket.
"What do u think Athan? do you like it" She smiled.
"I...like it,thanks"He appreciated. 

She was really boring me out, by the looks of it, she seems into him, than just being his cousin.
"Are you staying for the night Ivy"She asked, walking towards my direction.
"Yes"I replied
Then we should both sleep in the other room"she snarled, which made me cry inwardly.
She isn't bad at all,  but was really getting into my nerve. "She would be staying with me tonight"He groaned. 
Tamika and I gasped at his words in surprise, I thought he wasn't able to stand my presence.
"Oh I see; goodnight then"She said with a smile and left for her room.

The atmosphere was silent, I wasn't even bold to look him  straight in the eyes.
"You should be more bothered about who texted you, I  have no idea who that might be.
So it would be safe to stay here with me "he groaned in a husky voice.
I nodded and Walked to the bed to take a nap, but got stopped by his voice.

"Why did you kiss me?"He questioned, making me pause.
I turned my gaze to his direction and couldn't utter a thing. He had already killed my courage and boldness.

I couldn't confess my love to him, I had already given up.
He walked to my direction, held my face making sure I looked him in the eyes.
'What did you want to hear?"I asked,squeezing his shirt in my hand.

"Just words"he replied, maintaining same expression.
Do you know the meaning of the kiss I gave ?"I groaned. 
"Tell me what it meant"He uttered like he was waiting for a word to be heard.
"I'm in love with you. I love you Athan, it something my heart can't deny."I sighed  and  sobbed  in tears.
He frowned and turned his gaze away from me.
I could hear his heartbeat accelerate.
"You won't say that if you know who I truly am"He said and gave a smirk.

"I know who you are! You are my Savior, you are the owner of my heart, most especially, the  angel that has constantly  saved my life."I uttered. 

Athan had never come across as bold as Ivy
She speaks without fear.
This was the girl he had be craving for. She was the same girl he had been admiring from far.
This was the words he had been wanting to hear. But feared she might neglect him, after finding out his real identity. 

He  remained calm at every moment he made contact with her, not wanting to rage up his vampire urge. Are you scared of demon?"He asked taking a step forward has she took a step backward.
"N..No, I...don't"she stammered.

"Do u like vampires that feed on human blood"He asked  as his eyes fluttered green.
"No!"She replied as her back hit against the wall.

What about werewolve?"He questioned as his eyes fluttered red.
"Why are you asking me all this? how does this tally with our discussions?"She questioned as her lips  trembled  in fear.

"Cause all this abide with me"He groaned and transformed to his full form,  making her gasped in shock.

His hair turned silver, while his eyes fluttered colours back and forth from green to red.
His sharp fang and Claus were visible, making him look like an Demigod.
She stared at him without flinching  a blink; unable to spill out a word.
He gazed at her expression and wondered what was running through her mind.

"She seems frightened and scared;He hated this. He held her jaw, raising her face towards his direction. 
"This  is why I gave  no reactions  to your  kiss, despite how  tasty it was. 
No human can bravely stand before  me"He took a deep breath and blush a strand  of her hair, behind her ears.

"Would you still kiss me, after knowing how dangerous I'm?"He glared at her innocent  face.
"I won't mind taking a risk Athan, I would still kiss you a thousands times"she uttered.
