After successfully studying the CEO calendar, we all went back to work. It was finally lunch time, I quickly went to the restroom before going to the cafeteria to meet my friends.

I just came out of one of the stalls in the  restroom and was about washing my hands when a slim model like woman crashing out of one of the stalls bawling her eyes put and screaming. She immediately took out her phone and dialed a number, as soon as the person on the other line picked the call she started bawling put her eyes again, crying to the person on the phone " You promised... You fucking promised me...  You promised me  that Damien was mine" she shouted and kept weeping aggressively.

" But do you know what he did to me? He humiliated me in front of all his employees , he fucking hates me, he doesn't even look at me and even if he does it is in digust".

Whoever was on the other said something that angered her and she suddenly shouting on the person on the other line " NO I MUST MARRY DAMIEN, DAMIEN IS FUCKING MINE, ONLY MINE, I MUST BE HIS WIFE".

" I'm not going to stop coming  here , he must learn to accept me as his wife to be and love me" she said determined.

"Wait"

"Did she just say Damien?"

"Wow, really?, the mysterious Mr Knight fiance"

I felt pity knowing her determination will not take her anywhere with Mr Knight. He was heartless.

But I gotta tell Liam and Alexia, they would be so jealous. I ran out of the restroom to my desk almost knocking alexia out of her chair.

"What the fuck Jess? You really need to watch where you are going , I must fell flat on butt because of you" 

"Calm down, I have some gossips for you and liam" I made sure to tell them the whole story starting from the beginning to the end not missing a single detail.

" ohhh my God..., this is so crazy" alexia whisper yelled " let's make sure to come a title early so that we will not miss her arrival tomorrow".

"No I'm not gonna do that, I can't lose my beauty sleep because of that ". I shook my  head.

The securities had a frown on their face as I walk past them going towards the elevator " Good morning gentlemen, how was your night?"I said throwing them a salute.

" Ahhh I feel so sleepy, i need more sleep" I yawned and did my daily morning routine in front of my department entrance. 

It was the next morning and I was walking alone because those two idiots came extra early to catch a glimpse of the almighty fiancé but I have seen her so I don't need to leave my beauty sleep to see her again.

As i was going into the office i took my phone out of my bag to call them if they have found her" you found her yet?".

" No, not even a glimpse, she was just bluffing she didn't even step her foot unto this office, we have searched the whole building but she us nowhere to be found" alexia spat out.

" Ahhhh... u can't believe i lost my beauty sleep because of this" Liam complained.

" Good thing I didn’t even think to join you people, because if I had I would have been more tired"i laughed " I'm at the lobby now I will be with you guys in a minute".

As I walked towards the elevator , I saw it almost closing " Hold up, waittt, Hold the door please"i ran.

" Please wait" I ran and put my hand through the space in the door to prevent it from closing.

The door begin opening again and I was so happy .

But as soon as the happiness came it flew back to wherever it came from.

Because I was standing in front of my worst nightmare, someone I have been trying so hard to avoid DAMIEN FUCKING KNIGHT.

His gaze lingered on my face studying my brown eyes with were bluging out of their sockets and my lips which where coated with red matte lipstick.

I tightened my hands around the straps of my bag and turned my gaze to the floor because it was the most interesting thing at the moment, i could feel the cold sweat on my forehead and going down my back. And in  that moment i knew there was no way I was coming out from this mess and I had ruined everything for me and chief.

Damien quirked his eyebrow and cocked his head towards my direction immediately he saw my panicked face, giving me a full blown smirk.

" You?, didn't Mr Knight fire you?" Brian said while stepping  towards me but Damien cut him off.

He stepped back , giving me enough space to enter the elevator still wearing an amused smirk, at that I felt like the ground should open and swallow me because I couldn't move from where I was standing.

Hesitantly I stepped into the elevator not wanting to increase his anger or trigger it at the moment and the door of the elevator closed and at that moment u knew I WAS DOOMED.

Now I stood face to face with one of the cold and handsome billonaires in Newyork and one of the best in the world DAMIEN KNIGHT and his more than able secretary BRIAN KNINSTON. Damien face was showing no emotion but his stare was as if he wanted to take away.

I just like that I couldn’t think or blink, not to talk of lifting a finger or moving . I couldn't stop staring at the floor, I was frozen.

As he leaned forward, his faces inches toward mine, my breath caught. My breath quickly caught in my throat as he placed his hands against the wall beside me and my eyes widened. 

"Ohhh my Gosh ".

His gaze where no longer on Me,he was reaching for the elevator button leading to the floor of his office - THE CEO'S FLOOR

Time to pay for my sins.
