I

My friends knew about my plan and they all said how selfish it was. Saj scolded me. Cha punched my sides. Lexi and Paige kept on saying reasons why I shouldn’t do it.

I tried breaking up with Harry. I told him that I am not still sure if I love him but he didn’t let me go. He said he will wait for me. He told me I should stay longer then decide after trying going out with him more. I cried again that night.

I was sixteen and this decision making skill of mine surely sucked big time. I wanted to break up with Harry but when he told me to stay, I did.

I can’t remember how Louis and I began texting again but I was sure it started when I was planning for college. I wanted to study Medical Technology and he offered his school to me where he was studying Dentistry.

Summer after graduation, I accompanied Louis on his enrollment process. He said it can be a good thing because I can check on the facilities of the school. I explained to him that my parents can't send me to med school as we roamed on their campus. He soon dragged me outside and we toured different schools around the University Belt.

‘You were cute when you were holding the seam of my shirt,’ he texted me as soon as I got home.

I blushed, of course, because he said I’m cute.

Days after, he lent me a book about Percy Jackson and I finished it in a day. He soon lent me his whole collection. Five more books about Percy, four were part of the series while one was a character reference.

Yes, we meet. None of it is known to Harry, not until he opened my Facebook account to surprise me with an ‘engaged’ status the same time I was chatting with Louis and we’re talking about when I should return his books.

I didn’t know it was possible to open an account at the same moment, but then it is really possible if both of us were using different browsers. I used Firefox, he used Chrome. It turned out to be our first huge fight. Louis had been blocked from my account and I really feel sorry for Harry but I met Louis the day after that. To return his books, of course.

I thought it was over.

I tried to end it but then, we met again. It was after his birthday. I was asked to do the groceries and we met there. He gave me the seashell keychain that he got from Boracay and I gave him the Black Weed necklace that was my favorite.

Instead of buying shampoo, I bought a conditioner. We ate at the fast-food in front of the grocer, hoping to talk more, but he was in a hurry.

A put it back File #7 in while thinking, ‘Oh, God. I’m so cruel. I’m a total flirt.
