I went back home and Jojo was still sleeping. I swear that woman can sleep through anything. A few minutes later Jerry arrived.

"Sorry I couldn't go to the hospital. I was in the emergency room with a patient." He said before pulling me into a kiss. I don't love him. I just stay with him cause I guess I got used to him.

Jojo woke up and as soon as she saw Jerry she rolled her eyes at him. Bri and Jojo don't like him. "Tool alert. My cue to go." I couldn't help but laugh.

"Liam just called. So I better go before he sets the kitchen on fire." She chuckled. She gave me a hug and then left. Liam and Jojo got married last year.

Bri was engaged to Ricky. They both have people to go to home to. Me I live alone. I told Jerry I wasn't ready to move in with anyone.

An hour later dad arrived. "hey princess. Hi tool." He waved at us. Dad didn't like Jerry either.

"Meet your new bodyguard. Lance." He announced, and seconds later a handsome very fit, tall dude entered the house. He had the most beautiful Hazel eyes I've ever seen. He was a little intimidating. Thanks dad for this yummy bodyguard.

"No, he can't be your bodyguard. Get someone else." Jerry told dad.

"Excuse me. That's my daughter and I will put whoever the fuck I want. Let this be the last time you talk to me like that. Understood?" Jerry just nodded. Dad was also scary when he was mad.

"Are you okay miss Anderson?" Lance asked me while he pointed at my cheek. It was bruised since that bastard hit me hard.

"Yeah, hurts a bit, but I'll be fine. Thanks for asking." I smiled, which he returned. I think I just melted.

"He's 31 years old. And he's one of the best in LA. Don't scare this one away." He sighed. I just laughed.

"Well, the other two gave me the chills. But Lance looks really good. I won't scare him away." I smirked while looking at Lance. He smirked back at me.

"I'll start tomorrow morning. I'm sure we will get along just fine." He mentioned.

"Perfect. Well I have to go to set. See you later, princess." Dad said as he gave me a kiss on my forehead then left.

"See you tomorrow, miss Anderson." He said before leaving.

"You better scare him away. I don't like him." Jerry said with crossed arms. I just rolled my eyes and went to my bedroom.

I went home and saw her on the couch watching TV. This person is everything to me. Reasons why I worked so hard.

"How are you feeling?" I asked while sitting next to her.

"I'm feeling better today. My cold is going away." She smiled.

"That's good to hear. And I've been assigned to be the bodyguard of a rich girl. Who happens to be famous like her dad. But they're both nice, So that's a plus." I mentioned while sitting next to her.

"Maybe you'll fall for this girl."

"Mom, she's rich. Girls like her never fall for someone of different classes. Besides, I'm not interest in her. It's all professional."

"If you says so. But I do want to be a grandma. So it's time for you to meet someone." She chuckled. Gotta love my mom. It's always been the two of us. Dad was never in the picture. He left mom when he found out she was pregnant. I live with her cause I'm the only thing she has left.

Sophia Anderson was very flirty. I hope she isn't trouble. I don't need trouble in my life. Guess tomorrow we will see.

"He's yummy. I don't mind having him as a bodyguard. Thanks dad for him." I chuckled.

"Oh Sophia, you're something else." Hazel laughed. I'm sure you all remembered her. She's living in London with her fiancé. We never lost touch. She was my very first real friend.

"Can't wait to see you all for Christmas. I'm excited."

"Same, although the year just started. I can't wait for you to be here. It's been two years since you last came."

"I know. I promise I'll be there for Christmas. Maybe we can bake cookies." She grinned.

"I don't think so missy. We got banned from baking after the big disaster we left when we were 10." I chuckled.

"Not my fault Bri and Jojo fell on the floor with the batter. Then again, we also decided to make a food fight." She laughed.

"Good times I tell ya." I smiled at those memories.

"True that, chica. I have to go cause I can hear My dear fiance in the kitchen, and that means trouble." She said causing me to laugh. We said bye and then hung up.

I shouldn't even lay my eyes on Lance, considering I have a boyfriend. But a girl can look without acting on it. Then again, Lance was the whole package. I couldn't wait for tomorrow. I'm gonna have so much fun with him.
