"Stop complaining young man. The smell of your blood was sticking at my nose. Are you going to change your clothes, or I will change your clothes?" The man was shocked by what she said. She talks to her like he is just someone else.

"Fine, just make sure this is clean. I do not want to get infected" The man heaved a sigh before helping himself wearing the shirt that Luna gave.

"It is my boyfriend's shirt. Do not worry he is a clean freak like you, he does not wear unwashed clothes, and did you expect that I will be going to give a dirty one?". Luna faced palm while explaining in a sad and serious tone. Talking with the man in front of him makes her remember what happened to her boyfriend.

The man looked at her, observing her face. He saw a glimpse of sadness in her eyes and a faint smile. Maybe she fought with his boyfriend. The man thought

"Just to make sure he is not infected with any kind of disease," The man said.

Luna rolled her eyes after hearing what the man said. He is really a total clean freak like Shawn.

"Just wear it. I am the one who cleans my boyfriend's shirt". She said. She did not want to argue with the man anymore.

The man did not respond and finally decided to wear the clothes. After a couple of minutes of checking, he finally took off his expensive coat and designer polo. Luna saw the man's body. He was such a muscular man and got outstanding abs and body. Shawn's shirt is perfect for his body because they almost have the same body fit.

"You are staring intently at my body... I see that you are attracted to my body" The man interrupted her. She flinched in embarrassment.

"Stop assuming because I am not!", then quickly turned around to avoid looking at him.

The man saw her cheeks reddening because of what happened. Why doesn't she just admit she is attracted to my body? There is nothing to get embarrassed about because she is not the only woman who likes his body. There are a lot

"Then why are you peeking, huh?" he asked, trying to tease her, and forcing her to admit defeat.

"I'm not!" she answered with an embarrassed voice while avoiding his gaze.

"Really huh?" he smirked while staring at her

"Yes!" Luna said as she tried to cover her face in embarrassment.

The man got dressed and sat properly however he can still feel the pain in his shoulder

"By the way, I need to sleep here and leave before sunrise", the man demanded of her.

Luna should be sleeping right now, but the man who just snuck into her house without permission, getting his wound treated, is now demanding a request for a sleepover here. Unbelievable! She thought while staring at him with her right brow raised.

"Fine, you can stay. I will keep an eye on you so do not ever dare to steal something or even do something immoral. Hmph!", she said then left the man alone. However, before she leaves, the man once again holds her wrist.

"Your name" the man demanded.

"Why asking? You did not give me your name so; I will not also tell you my name" Luna said

"Just tell me your name so I can pay you," He explained.

Pay? but she is not after his money or his wealth. If he wanted to repay her kindness, he just needs to appreciate her help and a simple "thank you" will do. Luna thought while looking at the man unbelievable.

"I am Luna Florence. I do not need your money. I am going to be a doctor, so it is my duty and responsibility to help someone in need. If you want to repay me a simple expression of your gratitude will do and do not ever put yourself in trouble again." Luna said in a serious tone then walked out of the room, leaving the man to astound by her attitude

Luna rejected his offer, and he would never think about it. All he ever thought was when people help someone, they wanted something in return, specifically a tangible thing like money because that is how people treat him. People only respect those who are powerful and wealthy.

What kind of a woman is she? Another woman wants jewelry, luxury cars, money, or fame but she is different, the man thought then suddenly smiled unexpectedly "Hmm is she trying to amaze me?", then he makes himself comfortable on the sofa the whole night.

Luna went to her room and slept. She let the man sleep in the living room because she thinks that there are no valuable things inside her home, except her family pictures and clothes of Shawn. So, he could and would never steal something.

In the morning, Luna woke up as soon as she heard her alarm clock sound. She went to the living room to check the man who snuck inside her house, but the man was gone.

In the end, she failed to know the man's name. She doesn't even know his identity. All she knew was he is surely a wealthy person and belongs to a family with a noble background like her boyfriend, Shawn.

Without knowing, the man already left her house as soon as his private car and butler arrived at the address, he sent to them.

Exactly 5 am, the time Luna is still sleeping. His butler brought his bodyguards with him to escort him along the way to his house. They need to be extra cautious because they did not know their enemy's identity. They were not so complacent about the situation, for they know, the person responsible for their master's danger could harm him again.

Meanwhile, Luna shook her head to avoid thinking about the unknown man last night. She then prepared herself for her final defense for her study at her school. She sighed before entering the room assigned for her presentation. Finally, all the hardships and time she spent studying will be paid off. After several hours of presentation of her study to the panel, her professor and other doctors congratulated her for finishing her thesis and study.

"Congrats!"

"Thank you," she said and left her professors. She thinks about her future. After graduation, she needs to study for the licensing exam. She does not have any time to waste. Her future is very important to her. Relying on others is not her character.

Luna is a strong and independent woman and that was one of the reasons why Shawn falls for her but why does she feel indifferent today?
