I slept off and did not wake up on  time even after the alarm have been ringing I was just totally tired I pick my phone to check the time and immediately throw the phone on the bed because I was totally late and I know I will be in a deep shit with the manager I hurriedly bath and change into a tank top and shorts because I was already late for work I hurriedly walked out of my apartment and hail a cap to plot 7 Labone Nyaniba estate because that where I work without wasting much time I paid the cap driver before I rush inside but luck was not by my side because the manager was already at the door waiting for me

"And where the hell do you think you're coming from by these time"

"Am sorry sir I slept off"

"Sorry my ass I think you don't like your job anymore you can resign so that I can replace you"

"It's won't happen again" he did not listen to me and storm off like a mad man I walk to the counter where others where taking orders from customers

" Hey Lilly"

" Hi Dora aren't you leaving already"

"I will do that now just wanted to cover up for you before you arrived"

"Thanks sweety" I said giving her a hug

"Your welcome bye I need to leave already I don't want to be late"

"Ok Dora bye" She's my co worker who always cover up for me because she's nice and friendly and once told me she likes me so she always cover up for me when ever am late and still yet the manager will complain

It's was already 11pm and it's now that both teenagers adult and old come for clubing because by now all office have been closed so the more the customers the more stressful it's becomes some one called me from table three I walk to them to take there orders but they ask for different drinks which I noted down on my pad because I can't keep it all In my head I was about to leave when one of them touch my butt I turn and gave him a glare before walking away from them I was passing when some one order from table two I jot it down and first attend to table three when I was through with them I attended to the one in table two before going back to the counter

Hey give us more here some one shouted from table three so I walk to them to take there order when one of them draw me close and put me on his lap I stand up and gave him a sound slap that every one attention was on us by then

"Who the hell did you think you are" he said

"And who the hell do you think you are too how dare you touch me with that your filty hand's" he open his mouth and close it because he was short of words before I left the manager was already there

"Am sorry for what she did such thing will not happen again I promise"

"It's better not be" he said before placing the check on the table and storm out others follow suit

" And for you meet me in my office right now" I did not flinch because how there he touch me I entered his office

"YOU ARE FIRED" he said stressing each word

"But sir I did not do anything he was the one that touch my ass first which is harassment"

"You still have the guts to talk you bitch what did you expect when you are serving in a bar you think they can't touch you what did we pay you for now pack your things and leave I don't want to see you again"

"Am sorry sir such will not repeat itself"

"Sorry for your self get out of my side and go and continue with your work"

"Thank you sir" I said walking out of his office not that am sorry hell no I just say it so that he will stop making noise if such thing happens again I will repeat it again I arrived at the counter before one of my co worker's talk

"That was awesome gal"

"Seriously I almost lost my job"

"Forget it he can't fire you his just the manager not the boss and moreover your one of the best around here he can't afford to loose you"

"Whatever" it was time for break so I remove my apron and move to the back side because I need some alcohol and cigarettet to cool off I was seating outside before my other colegue came out

"Hey there let me join you with that" I know he was talking about the cigarette so I hand it over to him before the break was over we walk back inside to continue our work

I did not go home till 5am because the club last uptil 4:30 which I have no other choice than to wait before I went home when I arrived at home i just shower before sleeping without eating anything because I don't have time for that now but when I wake up I will order some thing to eat

When i wake up it was already after two in the afternoon so I bath I was coming out from the toilet when some one entered which I have no doubt it will be one of my friends so I did not bother to check

"Bring your fucking ass here Gal"

"Oh am not bring my fucking ass there you asshole" we both started laughing before I talk

"Sam what are you up to"

"Like seriously I can't visit you any longer unless I have something in mind"

"Yeah because I don't trust you"

"Ok whatever I just feel like coming so that we can hang around and moreover it's been two days I set my eyes on you"

"That's something nice it's not a bad idea let me call Mia"

"No need" she said coming inside

"How the hell are you here" I said looking at them both she just shrug and sat down since I was still in my bathrobe so I change into a comfortable top and crazy jeans before I put on my shoes and I was set to go let's go guys with that we all walk out our hands lock together we entered the car since Sam was here with his car

Oh less I forget Sam is my best friend but his a gay

We arrived at one of the restaurant ordered what we want before we continue chatting

" So Sam how have you been these today's"

"Fine and copping but seriously it's not easy"

"Mia what of you"

"Fine just that am tired of that office work already"

" Take it easy dear don't stress your self over work atleast you close on time some days"

"Yeah I do so how is yours"

"Hectic as always I wish I can just quite but I can't I need the money to survive and pay some debt off"

"Worry not dear I will soon pay them off and can finally leave my live"

"If you don't mind and think you can have enough time there's these fashion design shop close to us you can apply since you're good at it"

"That will be a great idea but I have enough on my plate already I can't just start looking for another job again because these one am doing is already stressful"

"Friday it is then" he said both of them looking at me I have no other choice left so I said yes they both high five each other after we were through with our food we left to go for some shopping it's been long I shop so I need to go for some trousers and top because that what I wear mostly I hardly wear gown because I don't like it much but wear it when needed to we shop for some hours before we decided that's all for today because I need to go home and rest before I go in for my night shift
