Defying Fate

Vampires are just created because of the wild imagination of humans.

That was what Stacy believed in ever since she’s a kid but when she’s on her sixteenth year of age a booming news about the existence of vampire runs across the whole world with such a great speed. Vampires are real and they managed to took over and ruled the whole world within just a month, the humans lost it’s power because of these superior beings.

Vampires are superior than humans in all aspects, their IQs ,looks, speed and strength are impossible for a human to reach, they made the world much more innovated and modern, also they didn’t make bad use of their superiority and made a promise that they won’t harm humans. In the end, Vampires are great rulers but unfortunately, there are still vampires who’s cannot be controlled by the laws and go berserk and attack humans whenever they want , they are called rogues.

Stacy’s parents was killed by rogues, making her all by herself and because of that, she despise every single vampire in the world. She’s now a 25 year old Medical Student and she makes sure that she won’t be personally connected in any of the vampire beings in her place, she knows that not all vampires are bad but she don’t want to endanger herself by hanging out with them, no one knows when will they start to get out of hand and she must be alerted on her surroundings.

After their Midterm Examination, her human friends asked her to come with them and have fun since they have been so exhausted in getting ready for the exams. Because they ensured her that there won’t be any vampire in the place that they’ll go she gave in on her friends’ request and true to their words, they go to the bar where only humans are allowed to enter, because of that Stacy let her guard down and drank more than she can take.

Unfortunately, Gray Warren, a 1,456 year old vampire entered the same bar without getting notice that he’s not a human, it is because his eyes are not red that they should be, instead he has this deep silver eyes that will swoon you off your feet that goes perfectly with his gray hair that covers almost half of his face. He just wanted to relax and escape temporarily from his responsibilities and obligations that’s why he chosed that bar.

Stacy danced wildly attracting every single male in the bar but Gray felt something greater than a mere attraction towards her, his unbeating heart started to pump and his silver eyes started to turn red because of intense emotions and as a vampire, he knows what it means. A victorious smile slowly crept into his face , dark marks started to be visible from his shoulder up to his neck and his dark red eyes stared intently to Stacy who’s still busy dancing in the floor.

“ Found you, mate “ Gray whispered and took a deep breath to return to his normal form then he take a sip from his drink and stand up to claim what’s his.
