The dark kingdom

(Green Kingdom)

Somewhere on the middle of the Bermuda Triangle

Zeruth the evil king and was known as prince Luthan of Ashville long ago the great warrior prince of Asheville, is currently sitting on his golden throne. He watches the swards of approaching sea armies he created, he looks at the picture in his hand and a little smile starts to form on his face.

“Time is an enemy that I have forced to bear. It’s the costs that it takes that make it more vigorous. How long can someone endure the agony and yearnings it painted by the time it passes? Light? I’ve forgotten what it looks like after the years of bloodsheds and vengeance. (He looks at the picture again) So…… time has already moved forward… PROPHESY? (He laughed a little) Let’s see what powers you possess to destroy ME.” He said as he waves his hand that is holding the picture and it disappears in a blink of an eye.

“Your Majesty, all your orders are completed. The kingdom was burned to the ground; both rulers are slain in the attack. The captured are all lock in the dungeon and some caught servants are taken to the castle court to be turned to your use. (His general and right hand look at the soldiers behind him) Bring them in.” (His general Versoza faces him once again as he bows in front of Zeruth with his right fist in his chest).

Ten guards enter the throne room holding 5 beautiful mermaids; all have black long hair and are crying. Their tails are now beautiful legs and they look at him angrily. King Zeruth smile devilishly as he looks at them while he taps his finger nail on the arm rest of his chair.

“Ah! The 5 beautiful pearls of the kingdom of Kingstone. SO! Did you enjoy your kingdom’s downfall and your parent’s demise?” he said as he stands and walks down from his throne to touch the shoulder of his general and make him stop from bowing.

His general Versoza stands behind him as he looks at the 5 princess of Kingstone, one of the lowest kingdom in the sea found on the far West… it is also the sister kingdom of the kingdom of Trobonii.

“All die even you, soon it will be. You should be ready for that day…EVIL KING.” the brave eldest said as she looks at him with despise.

“We’ll see about that.” he smile devilishly and waves his hand.

The 5 princess’s beautiful skins turned green, their beautiful long curly black hair turns into ugly seaweeds, and their nails became longer and ugly. He again waves his hand and a mark is engraved in their arms, it is the mark of his kingdom.

“From this day onwards you are to work as a servant in this castle, you work for you to live. If you think of living I warn you that a single step away from the kingdom THAT marks on your arms will destroy you. Remember…… my words are your life and my wish will be your fears. Now, leave and do your work before I change my mind and feed you to the Kraken.” he said as the guards pulls the 5 angry mermaids away from the throne room, the Kraken is the one protecting his kingdom from being seen by the humans and away from the attacks of other kingdoms.

The Kraken is responsible to the disappearance happening in the Bermuda Triangle, thus keeping his kingdom untouchable.

“Your Majesty, are you sure about this? They can do something to destroy you. I can see that hatred in their eyes; they can kill you when you least expect it. And…… ones they get their chance they will help other enemy to enter the kingdom.” His general said as they watch the disappearing crowds.

“Versoza you worry too much, no one on a normal form can kill me...UNLESS...hmnnn I’m looking forward to that time. Versoza go to the second fortress and watch over things there.” Zeruth said as he looks at his own hand seeing the dark taint of lines coming from it that indicates that his dark powers are getting stronger.

“Yes, Your Majesty.” Versoza bows and spins around leaving Zeruth in deep thought.

Zeruth turns and his cape follows with his moves then he suddenly disappears like lightning. He now stands in a dark wide lonely room in front of a rock that looks like a fountain but has calm water. He stared the water and an image slowly appears.

“The given time is finally approaching; time to finally meet the light that will eliminate the darkness. Don’t look for me, I’m going to her.” He said towards his men who curtsy.

“Your Majesty, are you going to see Her Highness back in the human world? She sends word saying she wants you to see her.” said his other trusted man, the news made him slightly smile.

When it comes to HER he can be at ease…… the little jewel he watches and protects until her maturity. The only one who is keeping him sane and make him remember who he was as Luthan, Marianna Bless…… the light that is illuminating his dark world.

“I bet she is waiting for me back at home, she’s an impatient girl and a hard headed one. I wonder...why does she wants me to meet the CHOSEN this early?” he said thinking as to why Marianna won’t just come with him into the kingdom...but being the stubborn girl she is…… he can’t argue with her.

“The Princess is wise and strong Your Majesty. She must have a bigger reason as to why she wants you to meet the LUMNIR this early.” his strong warrior said making him smile then nod.

“You are right; I’ll be leaving the rest to all of you. Make sure the kingdom is in order before I return.” He said and turns then disappears in a blink of an eye.

That dark kingdom that stands deep between rocks just hidden behind the dark mystery of the Bermuda Triangle stands like a graveyard in that dark lonely place. No one can ever remember the once prosperous kingdom of Meriannedia long ago due to its crumbled state now.
