“Where did you find him... Who is he? What happened to him?” Kazeem was trailing on his questions. Dina gives him a peeved look when she was helping the person to lay down on the bed. She indicates him to be quite and follow her out of the room.

“What are you doing? Give me the answer Damn it.” Kazeem was becoming restless. He was well aware of Dina's helpful nature. But he was fearing about thinking of his big brother Ikhlakh khan who is heartless and brutal. He has a ruthless image who never thinks twice before to kill a person if he is useless to him.

Kazeem was having fair color skin and green eyes. Eyes are sharp like eagle and used to keep beard and mustache. He was a playboy and having many girls in his life just like clothes in the closet. He was totally spoiled brat by his brother. Girls, gambling and gulping alcohol these three G's are the only thing in his life.

But some where in his heart he always had the fear of his big brother. He will not spare him if he would go against his rules.

Dina khan youngest one among the siblings bold and beautiful. She was also having green eyes like her brother and black hairs up to the length of her waist. She was also a spoiled gal like Kazeem but still she had two percent of humanity in her nature which annoys Both Kazeem and Ikhlakh.

“I found him Near the site of our camping. We were busy in some group activity suddenly heard a loud banging sound. We all rushed in its direction and found him battling for survival. He was unconscious so we brought him with us in our private plane.” She said flatly without looking towards him.

“But what about his treatment. What if brother got to know about him? He will screw us definitely.” Kazeem was a coward by the nature who doesn’t able to take stand for anything. He always lived like a shadow if his brother who didn’t have any existence without him.

In opposite to him Dina was bold and heartbeat of Ikhlakh Khan who can do anything to see a smile on her face. After the death of their parents Ikhlakh took their responsibility to bring them up. Responsibilities made him rough and heartless.

“Don’t worry bro, I will handle him. Now help me to call a doctor.” Dina mocked on him.

Doctor checked upon him and looked at them with serious expressions.

“What happened doctor? Is something wrong with him?” Dina asked in quizzical tone.

“Due to heavy injuries on head and spinal cord he unconscious and don’t know when he would wake up.” Doctor was showing irresolute in her voice.

“So what should we do now?” Dina asked while biting on her nails in jitteriness. She was afraid now that she brought a big trouble at home.

“You should admit him in the hospital first so I could do some vital tests on him to know the percentage of his survival.” The doctor said when he was packing up his stuff in his suitcase. He gave him a meaningful look and left the room.

“See I told you. You have to think twice when you do something.” He hit a side wall in the room in anger.

“Now clear your mess yourself.” He glared at her once and storms out from the room.

Dina was standing near the bed looking baffled. Then after thinking for five minutes she shrugged her shoulders and called the ambulance. It was good that big brother is not at the home that day otherwise it would be a big mess.

The ambulance has arrived and she transferred the person in it with the help of nurses and compounders. They reached to the hospital. Everyone was aware of her status so without any inquiries the hospital staff admitted him immediately.

The doctors arrived in the private ward and started checking upon him. Dina was waiting out side the room. After half an hour of inspection the doctor came out of the ward room. Dina quickly approached him.

“How is he? I mean what happened to him?” Dina asked curiously.

“He had severe head injuries and multiple convulsions. We have to perform series of operations on him to save him.” Doctor said little worriedly. Dina stuck in puzzle now. She nodded to the doctor and walk to the aloof area to call Kazeem.

“Hey Bro, one problem is there. That man has severe brain injuries and doctor was saying that they need to do many operations. What should I do now? They are asking for consent. What should I do now?” Dina was frowning and feeling puzzled.

“What I can do in this case? I don’t know either.” Kazeem shrugged the shoulders on the other side of the phone and cut the call. Dina found herself dumbstruck. Then she walked towards the doctor’s room after thought of something.

“I know it’s very serious matter of someone’s life. I think you should proceed with operations. For other matters I will look in to it.” Sara told him with patience. The doctor nodes with frown but said nothing after that. He was aware of the family background of Dina Khan. Her eldest brother is the big name in crime world. so there was no room for any argument.

She gave an assured look and left the room. She directly came out of the hospital and got inside her car. After half an hour of ride she reached to the airport. Today his big brother is coming back home and she was the dearest one of him so she came there to pick him up.

Though Ikhlakh Khan has a tight security and a line of bodyguards but still Dina always come to pick him up. After waiting for five ten minutes the announcement of landing of his flight made. She was waiting eagerly to meet his brother.

Few more minutes have gone and she looked at the exit door with wide smile. A tall, fair and handsome guy exited from the gate. His body was muscular and well built. Diamond cut face shape and sharp jaw line with light beard enhancing his beauty. Broad shoulders and wearing a white Dishdashah with golden rimmed Thagiyah was giving him the appearance like a Greek god. Black goggles were giving him the arrogant look and expensive Rolex was shining on his left hand. His was showing ruthlessness and arrogance. He has the same eyes as Dina and Kazeem. Girls were turning their faces to get a single glance from him. though everyone was aware of who he was but they were ready to jump on his bed at any second. With long strides he came out of the exit gate. A long chain of bodyguards protecting him from passers-by.

“Hey Bro,” Dina chirps loudly while waving in his direction.

He speeds up himself and reach to her. He took her in his embrace.

“Oh it’s so pleasant to see you here. You know what, when you come to receive me and I see your refreshing face all my worries and tiredness vanishes.” He pokes her nose tip with his finger. He gives him a tight hug and felt relaxed by her closeness.

They both moved towards their already waiting limousine. Dina gave her car keys to one if his bodyguards to drop it at there mansion.

“What is this Dina, how many times I told you to not to drive alone? Bring bodyguards with you. But you never listen to me.” Ikhlakh khan gave an annoying look and enters in his car followed by Dina.

“Oh brother you just stepped in the city and you started bickering with me. How ride you are?” Dina puffed her cheeks and make a small pout.

“You already aware of this that how possessive I am for you and your safety? You never understand me. I am always worried for you more than Kazeem.” He shook her shoulder with one of his arm placing on it but she shrugged him.

“I feel suffocated when these bouncers are around me. I want to be a free bird without worries. Can’t you give me that much freedom.” She rolled her eyes on him and her voice was showing annoyance.

Ikhlakh laughed at her sweet gesture. “OK my little bird as you wish. But you have to promise if I found that you are in any type of trouble then you have to follow my orders. Now give me a sweet smile. This angry face is hurting me a lot.” He moved his fingers in circular motion on his chest.

Dina burst out into laughter by seeing his acting. For the world he was a Don, the person whose name itself a terror among the people and here in front of his siblings he is like a small kid to play around.

Both of them were continuously talking on the way of their mansion. There mansion was little far away from the city as it was big and royal. It was spreading in 15 acres of area. Big grand entrance and three level of checking were there with extremely tight security. CCTV cameras were installed in all over the mansion to keep every movement in track. The mansion was having three floors. An extraordinary big living area was there. With two huge sofa sets. Walls are made up of windows which faces towards the big gardens out side.

Inside the living room there was a spiral the staircase at one side which goes to first and second floor. They were having lots of rooms. On ground floor along with the living room kitchen, dining areas and rooms for servants were there. Entire house was showing the royalty with interior décor.

They both entered in the living room. Dina put her hand son her mouth with bulging eyes while looking at him with shock. On the other hand, Ikhlakh was fuming in anger.

“Kazeem...” he shouts dangerously.
