School was over for the day, Christine and Charlotte was walking towards the school gate, Christine with her hands wrapped around her note books hugging them as if they were her world, Charlotte on the other hand was stylish and classic wearing her tight ragged jeans and tight top revealing her lower abdomen, looking sexy was always Charlotte's way of saying she's alive, Christine and Charlotte were chatting about Arthur and their experience at the cheerleaders table "it would have all been heaven made, if it wasn't for that brat, Theresa" Charlotte said with an angry look on her face.

Meanwhile, Theresa and her cheerleading squad was also heading towards them from the opposite direction, "Speak of the actual devil, ugh... This doesn't look too good" Christine muttered "Sis, we will be fine" Charlotte reassured her, Theresa trying to bully Christine knocks her books of her hands and they all spattered on the floor, Charlotte steps forward as though she has had enough of this girl's rubbish, Theresa surprised at Charlotte bold move, of course no one dares her in this school not even the mayor's daughters, maybe it's because her family was know for bringing industrialization to Barbados, offering multi million company contracts to the mayor himself. "Little twat, what do you think you're doing? Step aside else..."

"Else what?" Charlotte said furiously getting even angrier than before, muttering some words only her could hear, the wind started gushing heavily from the out fields and the sky turned a bit cloudy and trees were making trenching noises, Theresa and her squad seemed a little bit frighten, Christine pulling Charlotte back "it's okay, let's just go home" as they left the sky became clear again "that's right suckers crawl back to your caves" Theresa screamed at Christine and Charlotte as the left then turned to her cheerleading squad "quite a strange weather today isn't it?" "yeah" they all said in unism.

Christine still dragging Charlotte by hand "what were you thinking? Remember we're not supposed to use our powers in public?" Charlotte took a deep sigh "I know... I know... I went against the mom code, but that bitch deserved to be taught a lesson".

"That's not your call to make, do you know what would have happened if you exposed us, humans are feeble minded and if given reason to panic would take it to extreme measures" Christine replied,

Charlotte made a goofy face (one that indicated boredom and loss of interest in the lbe responsible lectures" she was currently receiving, which Christine noticed and softly punched her arm and the both laughed as the hopped on the school bus)

There was just two free sits left on the bus, Charlotte sat at the first free sit at the front, the other free sit was at the extreme end close to a guy you seemed be taking a nap, resting his head on the frame work of the sit just before him, Christine got sitted still trying to get settled in, the fella next to her raised his head with a deceptive smile, low and behold it was Arthur

"Shoot! (she said being a little bit frightened)" "So sorry Seniorita, I didn't mean to starle you" Arthur apologised "That is like the 100th time your doing that to me today, by the way are you stalking me?" "Stalking you (Arthur scoffed) of course not" Christine stared at him as though she knew he was lying, which was obviously given the number of meeting, it was more of a planned scenario than a coincidence "Maybe a little" Arthur replied after being given another accusatory stare "I just wanted to know what time to come pick you up, that is if we are going to the party" Arthur added

"yeah bout that, I don't think..."

Charlotte who has been eavesdropping on their whole conversation the entire time interrupted "we would be ready by 9(while giving Christine a don't screw this up look)" Arthur amused by Charlotte reply turns to Christine and says "I think majority wins"

he grinned at her, while her face was blank and then the school bus stopped, it was Charlotte and Christine bus stop, where they were to step out of the bus and walk home, tho their house was not far off from the bus stop, Christine stood up before gently waving Arthur goodbye as she slowly proceeded to the door of the bus, Charlotte on the other hand rushed over to Arthur pulling him by hand "you're so coming with us (Arthur seemed puzzled for a moment) so I'll show you which particular building is ours" having cleared his doubts, Arthur followed her down the bus,

Christine who had ready gone down the bus and was waiting for Charlotte to come down saw Arthur coming down alongside Charlotte shaked her head in disbelief.

They all walked slowly as Christine was quite absent minded, bending her head and facing the ground while her arms were still wrapped round her books she was definitely lost in thoughts, Charlotte decided to break the awkward silence "hey, Arthur, what's life like in Spain?" "umm, mostly sunny, but food isn't quite dependable if you ask me" Arthur replied then looked over to Christine seeing she was mute the whole time, he felt maybe she was feeling been left out of the conversation so he asked

"Christine, have you ever been out of the country before?" Christine shakes her still facing the floor as shy as ever "Paris is her dream country for a vacation" Charlotte added "Really?, I do have an European passport, maybe during summer school, we could go have ourselves a dream vacation, what do you say?" Christine lost if fantasy couldn't tell if she was dreaming or it was realty, she has always dreamed of going to Paris, she even bought a painting of the Effiel tower

"There it is, (Charlotte pointed at small but cozy house surrounded with picket fences)" "okay guess I'll be seeing you girls by 9" Arthur replied before hugging Christine goodbye and watching her enter the house.
