JUST MARRIED

Snehith was mesmerized by her dance and felt happy seeing her happiness. Advaita embraced the raindrops falling on her face happily. Snehith loved the way Advaita created her happiness by enjoying simple things.

"I promise you, Advaita, you will be happy forever like this. I will make every day a special day for you. After all, when life is filled with love, every day is a celebration," Snehith promised to Advaita in his heart.

Snehith danced with her. He remembered the words of Akshara and danced with her without touching and getting closer to her. Raindrops touched her body and made her completely wet. She was drenched in the rain, and her sari clung to her body, making Snehith go crazy, looking at her curves.

Snehith pulled Advaita closer to him by encircling his hand around her waist. He forgot the suggestions of Akshara. Advaita remembered her horrible past with his touch. She hallucinated as if someone was forcing her and Jashwesh in Snehith. She cried and shouted at him. Snehith tried to cool her. But, she didn't allow him to talk or touch her. Snehith was scared, and his eyes filled with tears seeing her situation. He tried to go to her, but she took a glass from the table arranged for their dinner. She broke the glass and threatened him, hallucinating that he is Jashwesh. Snehith decided not to call Akshara this time and handle her by himself.

"I shouldn't take help from the psychiatrist. I will try to make her normal by myself. We are going to get married. I should handle her emotions and mental imbalance. I must do something," Snehith said to himself.

He went again to her but from the back without her notice. He twisted her hand a bit and made her leave the glass. He then turned her towards him and cupped her face with one hand. He held her both hands with his other hand to escape from her hitting.

"Advaita, Look at me. This is your Snehith. Why are you scared of me? I won't harm you and never allow anyone to harm you," Snehith said, soothing her.

He slowly hugged her, realizing that she came back to her senses. She hugged him with tears.

"I am sorry. This is the reason I told you to leave me," Advaita said.

"It's okay! No problem. I can understand. Please don't cry. Come, let's go to the room."

He lifted her in his arms, making her blush.

"Why do you lift me always like this? I can walk," she said, encircling her hands around his neck.

"For me, you are a baby. I like to care for you every second," Snehith said.

He took her to the room. He wiped her wet hair.

"Change your dress immediately, or you will fall sick. I will bring dinner for us."

Snehith brought dinner. He fed her and gave hot turmeric milk to her. He made her take tablets prescribed by Akshara. Advaita eyes filled with tears seeing his care.

"What happened to you, Advaita? Why are you crying?"

"You remember my mom with your care."

"Don't worry. I will soon reunite you with your mom and family. Till then, I will give you that motherly love. Do you know something, Chinni? A good husband will play all the roles. He cares for you like a mother, corrects mistakes like a father, advises like siblings, and understands like a best friend."

"You are a good husband. I am lucky to have you in my life."

Snehith smiled and caressed her hair.

"How do you know that my nickname is Chinni?" Advaita asked.

"Your brother Akshay told me at the time of our engagement. Is it okay if I call you Chinni?"

"Of course, you can call me Chinni. You have that right," Advaita said, blushing.

"Now it's time to sleep," Snehith said.

Snehith set her bed and covered her with a blanket. He made her sleep and tried to go to his room. But, she held his hand. He looked at her.

"Don't leave me alone, please," Advaita said.

"But we are not yet married," Snehith said, hesitating to share the same bed with her.

"I trust you, Snehith. When you are with me, I feel peaceful and safe. Please, don't go. However, we will be a married couple from tomorrow."

Snehith smiled and slept beside her. He caressed her hair, and Advaita slept peacefully after many months in his arms, forgetting everything.

In the morning, he woke her up and gave her a beautiful red coloured sari with gold color embroidery. She wore it and came downstairs. Snehith was on a call and saw her. He stopped talking call and stared at her.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Advaita asked him.

"You are breathtakingly beautiful. How can you be this beautiful?" Snehith asked without taking off his eyes from her.

Advaita blushed, hearing his words.

"Please, Chinni, don't make me lose control at least until our marriage," Snehith said, holding her hand and kissing it softly.

Snehith took her to a registrar's office. There she saw the Mother (orphanage founder), Akshara, and a young girl. She looked at Snehith.

"She is my younger sister Prathigna. She supports me in everything," Snehith said.

Prathigna hugged Advaita.

"I love you, Advaita. You are damn cute. I am happy. Finally, my brother got his love as his life partner," Prathigna said with excitement and love for her brother and sister in law.

Advaita smiled but not heartfully as she didn't find Snehith's parents there.

"Didn't aunt and uncle come for the marriage?" Advaita asked.

Prathigna and Snehith looked at each other.

"Come on, Let's start the wedding," Snehith said as he knows that his parents wouldn't attend the marriage as they hate Advaita.

Snehith and Advaita signed on the documents to register their marriage. Akshara and Prathigna kept sign as a witness. Snehith and Advaita became a couple.

They took blessings from the mother. Akshara congratulated them. Prathigna gave an envelope to them.

"My dear brother, this is from my side. Have a nice trip to Simla. Wish you both a very Happy Married Life," Prathigna wished, hugging both of them.

They started and went to Simla on the flight. They checked into a hotel. Advaita lay on the bed with tiredness, and Snehith too lay beside her.

"Are you happy?" Snehith asked Advaita seeing a smile on her face, which made her look more beautiful to his eyes.

"I love you!" Advaita said.

"I love you too. Chinni, tomorrow I will take you to somewhere which will be a surprise for you," Snehith said.

"Surprise? What is that?" Advaita asked curiously.

"Who is your English teacher?" Snehith asked.

"Why?"

"If I tell you what the surprise is, then it will not be a surprise. Who taught you English? You didn't even know the meaning of surprise?" Snehith said.

"Why do you always make fun of everything?" Advaita asked, pouting.

"To make you feel free with me. If I am serious, you can't move freely with me, and you can't recover. My naughtiness, being joyful, everything just to make you happy. If you know how I will be with others, you will get shocked, my wife," Snehith thought, looking at Advaita's cute face.

What are you thinking, Mr. Husband?" Advaita asked cutely.

"I am thinking about the best way to kiss my angelic wife," Snehith replied with a wink and naughtiness on his face.

"Oh, God! You started it again," Advaita pouted.

"I didn't start anything until now, darling. But I want to start it as soon as possible. You are such beautiful," Snehith said, pulling Advaita into his arms.

"Shut up," Advaita said, covering her fear to get intimate with a blush on her face.

"Hey, don't worry. I am just kidding! Let's be just friends till you recover from your memories. I won't trouble you," Snehith said, understanding her fears.

"Did Akshara told u to stay away from me?" Advaita said.

"Yes. Before marrying you, I asked everything about you," Snehith said.

"Even after knowing why did you marry me?" Advaita said.

"Because I love you," Snehith said.

Advaita hugged him. Snehith smiled and hugged back. They had their dinner and came to the room.

"Can you bring ice cream for me?" Advaita asked Snehith.

"Now? It's too cold outside," Snehith said.

"So what? I want to eat. Go and bring it," Advaita said, pouting.

"Why didn't you say that when we were in the restaurant? I will do one thing. I will call and will order the Ice-cream," Snehith said.

"They will take time to send. You go and bring," Advaita said, forcing Snehith to go.

Snehith thought for a moment and agreed to go. He went out, and Advaita locked the door. She took tablets from her bag, which she hid inside the clothes. She is about to take tablets, and Snehith threw it from her hand. Advaita was shocked by seeing him.

"Did you send me out to take those tablets?" Snehith asked her.

"Yes," Advaita replied in a low voice.

"What are those tablets? Show me," Snehith said, searching her handbag.

"It's just..." Advaita stammered.

"I said show me the tablets," Snehith shouted at Advaita.

Advaita didn't react, and he searched everything, finally found the tablets.

"Are you using sleeping pills?" Snehith said.

"Yes. From a year. I can't sleep without them. Those scenes from my past disturb me a lot," Advaita said with tears.

The pain of a girl faced sexual harassment is heartwrenching. No one can understand how much it disturbs a girl and the trauma she goes through. Society snatches her right to live with dignity, nightmares snatch her sleep, and that one incident is capable of snatching everything she loves and everyone who loves her.

Snehith hugged Advaita and kissed her forehead, understanding her pain.

"Till now, you are alone, so the haunting past frightened you. But now, I am with you. Don't worry. When I am with you, no fear can come to you. I will make you sleep. Let's talk till you feel sleepy, and then you can sleep. Using sleeping pills is not good for health. And seriously, you shouldn't hide anything from me. Whatever may be the problem, share it with me. I am there to take care of everything for you," Snehith said, comforting Advaita.

"I am sorry. I won't hide anything from you again," Advaita said.

Snehith noticed her hands still shivering and remembered him shouting at her. Snehith held her hands.

"Don't be scared of me. I am sorry for shouting at you."

"Do you get angry too?" Advaita said.

"Why? Am I not a human?"

"But you always make fun of everything. So I thought..."

"I will be jovial only with my family, and you are a part of our family."

Snehith said, kissing Advaita on her forehead. Then, he gave a blue jewelry set box to Advaita. It was a beautiful diamond necklace of blue and white combination.

"Did you like it?" Snehith said.

"But why did you give such an expensive gift? I mean, it's not necessary now, "Advaita said, hesitating to take it.

"It's our marriage gift to you from me. Wear it. I want to see," Snehith said.

Advaita tried wearing it, but she couldn't. Snehith made her wear it. Advaita closed her eyes, feeling his touch on her back. Snehith smiled, seeing her blushing, and kissed her on the back.

"I love you."

"I love you too," Advaita said, feeling Snehith's love.

"No diamond is more beautiful than you. And I am lucky that this diamond is mine forever," Snehith said, looking at her eyes.

"Shall I ask you one thing, if you don't mind?"

"You can ask me anything. No need to hesitate," Snehith said, hugging her closer to him.

"After canceling of engagement, you went abroad. But you didn't go there for higher studies or expanding your business. Then why did you go there?"

"Just for vacation."

"For one year?"

"Will you stop interrogating me?" Snehith said, cutting off the topic.

"No, I didn't mean to hurt you. I just asked..."

"If you move aside, I will set the bed," Snehith said.

"It's ok. I will do that," Advaita said.

Snehith sat on the sofa, thinking about Advaita's questions. Meanwhile, Advaita took luggage bags and arranged the bed neatly.

"It's done. You can sleep now."

Snehith slept without talking to Advaita. She came near to him and slept on his chest.

"I am sorry for asking you many questions. I know that you love me a lot. So when I left, did anything happened to you because of my stupidity? I wanted to confirm that nothing happened to you as I can't forgive me if you had suffered because of me. Anyways sorry if I hurt you. Don't be silent. Please talk to me," Advaita said.

Snehith smiled and held her, caressing her hair.

"It's ok."

Snehith kissed her. Both chitchatted for a long time. He posed jokes to make her relax. She told about her college days and family. Slowly Advsita drifted into sleep. He covered her with a blanket amd kissed on the forehead. Snehith, too, slept admiring his wife's beauty and innocence.
