This book is a combination of two different countries and cultures. Nigerian and American.

Some native languages and local slangs are used purposely by the characters (the words that are slanted), but all are translated for foreigners' better understanding. 

And any word you notice without a bracket, it means that it doesn't hold any importance to the sentence; it's just an exclamation or causal sound used.

This is a slow burn novel, the characters' development are slow and gradual, so to understand reactions of characters in certain chapters.

The MCs' meeting starts all the way in chapter 13, but before that, you'll have a great understanding with the characters.

He handcuffed her.

He fell back over her, not pressing much weight on her as he kissed and sucked on her shoulder and sensitive neck.

"Delia?" He called.
"Hmm?" She tried to keep her concentration in check.

"Did Andrew touch you?" He asked nonchalantly, feasting upon her neck. She moaned lightly.
"No..."

"Did he kiss you?"
"No..."

"Did he try to?"
"Noo", she moaned deeper, digging her fingers into her palms. He bit and licked on a particular spot which he had discovered to be most sensitive.

"Did you eat there?" He moved one of his hand to her thighs, softly caressing the portion above the under of her knee. Her reaction to that touch made him confirm her on switch.

"Yes", she moaned, feeling his lips move to her right swell-sucking on her swell mole over her dress.
"Did you drink there?"
"No..." 

He bit her mole harder, igniting the urge for her to want to feel him. She pulled her hands in attempt to touch him, only to be held back by the cuffs attached to the bed. She groaned in annoyance, wanting to caress the skin on the man who kept her from ruining their intimate moment.

"Think again", Dilen ordered, sucking on the sensitive spot of now her left blossom.

Then she recalled her thoughts in a struggle, "Yes... Wa- water". She bit her lips to the overwhelming pleasure.
"After or during dinner?" He moved to her other bosom.

Dilen instantly stopped. He slowly rose his head from her chest to the side of her ear, placing a kiss on her cheek then ear. Delia braced herself for more of his sudden tricks to pull her deeper.
