LOVE IS BLIND

This all began on 18 of June 2004 at Siliguri West Bengal, India. Our hero Mr.Jason national football player at the age of 21 went to Goa for a tournament which was his debut match. He was so excited and proud to represent India against England. He had a successful debut as he scored 3 goals which led his team to victory. After the match on his way to the hotel, he saw a beautiful girl walking on the beach. Which made him feel something in his heart. He had love at first sight and was thinking about her 24/7 from the time he saw her. This affected his performance on the next match against Australia. At the end of the match as he about to go he saw her again. This time he was lucky as he finally met him after so many obstacles and trials to trace her. Heroine name was Ms.Sara. She is 24 years old. She is an architect from Hyderabad. She came to Goa to attend a seminar. On 29 June 2004, Jason met Sara for the first time and decided to go on for a date the next day. Sara also gave green signal to date as he was a celebrity.

Next day Jason was so nervous for the date as it will be deciding his destiny with her. He took two hours to get ready to look handsome and confident. Jason with his royal Enfield left to Ms.Sara place to pick up for their date. It was around 7:30 AM when they left to Fontainhas – Panjim. The weather was perfect for a romantic date. They had a great time on the road journey and built closeness between them. They reached destination around 9:30 AM. They went to church ⛪ to have a great start for their relationship and date. It was 5:00 PM the weather became too cloudy. Our hero and heroine are walking on the same beach where Jason saw her first time. He arranged a perfect candlelight dinner at the beach. Seeing that Sara got impressed and gave a sweet smile which built Jason confidence. He became comfortable as everything was going smooth according to the plan. Jason explained his feelings in a poetic way. He also expressed how he felt when he saw her for the first time. He proposed Sara by giving an expensive and a beautiful diamond ring. Sara is very happy and impressed by Jason’s proposal. Despite this Sara asked some time to give her a response. Jason being a matured and understanding guy gave her time. They spent quality time together and got to know even better about each other. There is a saying that “for a perfect start there should be a perfect ending”. It results in a memorable experience to everyone. This romantic date also had a perfect ending. They spent that night with a beautiful view of stars and moon in the sky along with waves in water and beach. They went back to their place the next morning after seeing the perfect sunrise from the beach. Both exchanged numbers to be in touch. Sara has to go back to Hyderabad as her seminar was over and had to travel on 1 July 7 PM. Jason was unaware of that and left to his place.

Jason was busy in practice sessions for the next match against Spain. Coach Mr.Kevin explained the importance of the next game in his career. Hearing that he got worried and tensed for his next game. He had intense training over the next few days before the match day. The match was on 3 July 2004. In this period Sara left to Hyderabad. He was the man of the match which assured his place in the team for the next tournament also. He was so happy and excited to share this good news with Sara. He went to her place and was in shock as she was not in Goa. He contacted her but no response. He got worried as there was no response to the proposal. He went back to the hotel in sadness.

Days passed yet there is no response from Sara which worried Jason more than before. One fine day Sara contacted Jason which brought smiles on his face. At first, Jason was angry on Sara for her irresponsible behaviour. He broke down in tears explaining how difficult it is to spend time without Sara. Later Sara explained in detail the reason she left without notice. Everything was under control and they had a long conversation over the phone. Before disconnecting the phone Sara said that she wants to meet him in Mumbai on 2 August 2004. She will be in Mumbai for a couple of weeks on business purpose. This led to confusion and fear in Jason mind as many thoughts we’re going in his mind. Jason is still in Goa as the tournament ends on 17 August 2004. He took permission from his coach for a day off to visit Mumbai. Mr.Kevin is not only his coach but a good friend. He gave permission to travel to Mumbai. Jason flew to Mumbai on 1 August 2004 at 10:30 PM. He met her in Juhu beach where she replies for his proposal by saying that “ I LOVE YOU JASON”. Hearing that Jason got mad and started dancing on the beach with a smile and happiness

He hugged her in the air in delight and went to the restaurant to celebrate their love. They had a small romantic evening as Jason needs to go back to Goa. Sara gave him a necklace with two pendants of their alphabets with heart. She also said that this necklace will remind her 24/7 across the globe. She was a little bit sad about his leave. He left back to Goa and focused on his tournament. At the same time, Sara was busy setting up her new business in Mumbai. After few weeks Jason went to Mumbai on vacation to spend some quality time with his girlfriend Sara.

He reached Mumbai on 27 August 2004 and decided to stay for a couple of weeks. He needs to travel to Spain for the next tournament which can change is future to the next level in his career. He helped Sara in all way possible to make her business reach a new level. She was very much happy to see him in that fashion. Sara also took some break from her work and enjoy with Jason. As they were travelling in Mumbai by some source this news got leaked to media. On 6 September 2004, the buzz topic across the nation is their love matter. As soon as their parents, friends and loved ones watch the news they are in a state of shock. This gave rise to the problem into their relationship as questions raised by the public. They decided to go to their home to talk with their parents. The next day both went back to their native places to discuss.

At Jason’s place, everything was fine and happy. His parents gave a green signal to their relationship. They gave him valuable advice that “think twice before you decide anything and do”. This advice can help to make or break the relationship. On the other side, the situation was dicey at Sara's stay. Her parents were not at all delighted. They created a scene saying that you have insulted family reputation and fame in society. Sara gave her best shot to explain that society doesn’t matter in her life. She also explains how much she loves him. Still, Sara parents were not positive about this relationship. They also stated that Jason is a celebrity and we are common people. He might use you till the time he wants and can leave you. If anything happens in that fashion we will be most affected than Jason family. Hearing that Sara broke down to tears and said that Jason is not that kind of guy. He will be my side throughout my life at any moment. Sara gave that confidence to her family that he is the right choice as a life partner. She also said that they will marry after they settle down at one place. Finally, Sara's parents gave green signal to their relationship. They only said be careful rest lord is with us.

After a few days, Jason and Sara met in Mumbai to share this happy news as their parents accepted us. Jason gave Sara a promise that he will never leave her whatever might happen in future. Let’s enjoy these beautiful moments of our relationship for a few years. She agreed with that. Later that night Jason left to Spain for 6 months to have growth as a player. They were in touch on the phone as they cannot live without communicating a single day. Time passed like waves in the ocean. They completed 8 years of relationship with unconditional love among them.

On 2011 April 3, Jason became the caption of the Indian football team. He achieved a lot in the span of 8 years. Even Sara became a successful Entrepreneur. They decided to get married finally as everything was perfect. Jason is 29 years old and Sara is 31 years old at the time of their marriage. On 14 May 2011, they decided to get married in Venice in grand fashion. It was like a festival for both families. Everyone is so happy and delightful. Cheers, happiness is around every corner like beautiful flowers in the garden. Bureaucrats, prominent personalities across the nation, celebrities went to Venice for the wedding.

Then came the day of the wedding which got marked in the books of history as the best couple is about to become one. They exchanged rings in the famous church “Balisca Dei Frai”. On June 4 2011, they finally settled down in Mumbai. Everything was smooth, fine, colourful and happy in starting days of their marriage. But time will not be the same forever. This beautiful couple also had rough times after marriage. Small disputes between Sara and Jason became thorns in their romantic life. They used to solve it by hook or crook. But on Jan 07 2015, an incident happened which turned out to horrifying in their romantic lives. Jason is in London during that incident. At that time Olympics was in action. Sara should leave to London along with Jason to supply him and the team. Unfortunately, due to tension in business, she was in India to look after the business.

On Jan 07 2015, Sara has to travel to Delhi to solve her business problem. She had to stay for a week. She managed to get her business on track again. As the business was running successfully again Sara decided to throw a party on 12 Jan 2015. Party was a huge success and everyone enjoyed a lot. It is around 2:00 AM when Sara is going back to her hotel. Her friends, colleagues left-back home. Sara boozed a lot at that party and decided to go home by cab. She was waiting for the cab till 3:00 AM. Due to some reasons cab arrived late. Sara was furious at the driver and decided not to get into the cab. But at that time there is no other choice to get into the cab. That decision affected Sara and Jason in a bad way. Driver name is Mr.Bantu. On their way back home they met with an accident with a jeep. In that jeep, there were a group of boys who are not in a normal state. Sara gets down from the vehicle to settle that dispute. While she is having a conversation with one of the boy others planned to do some mischief things. Sara thought that she settled that dispute and was about to get back into the vehicle. All sudden a boy named Rajiv attacked her. He throws acid on her face. The boys left within no time. Thanks to that driver Bantu who took her to the hospital at the right time. This proved that “Never judge any book by its cover”. She was safe from danger. She is afraid and scared of the future and her husband.

The very next morning in London Jason is preparing for the opening match of the tournament. Then he received a call from his parents. Seeing that call Jason got worried as he is the one who calls to his parents. That indicated something went wrong in India. Jason mother Ms.Ria informed about the incident that happened to Ms.Sara. Hearing the news Jason became unconscious and fell down. His roommates sprinkled water on Jason’s face. Jason explained everything to his teammates and coach. He decided to hand over the captaincy to Mr.Thakur. He left to Delhi in the next available flight. It took 10 hours to reach India. As soon he reached the hospital he got surrounded by the media to enquire what exactly happened. This made Jason angry and misbehaved with them. Finally, he met Sara and talked to her. Sara felt relaxed to see her husband back. Sara's face is completely damaged. During this period media started putting false allegations on Jason's actions with them. On the other side, Jason parents were advising him to give divorce to Sara as their fame and respect is on the line. Seeing their weird behaviour Jason was in a state of shock. There was huge chaos going in Jason life.

Media didn’t give him any chance rather than to apologize for them. If not his career will end as he misbehaved with the reporter Mr.Suri. He is the cousin of honourable sports minister Mr.Pandey. Sara discharged from hospital on Feb 2 2011. To safeguard his career and parents, Jason wants to do all those things instructed by them. He looked so stupid and selfish to the world at that time. After thinking a lot Mr.Jason came to a decision of apology to Mr.Suri. Seeing the new mindset and behaviour everyone is in shock except his family members. His parents advised him to do another marriage. Society, media, public everyone is trolling them. Jason was about to agree with his parents then a question raised in his mind what about love and Sara? What about all the promises given to Sara? He then decided to be with his beloved wife for the rest of his life. He explained to his parents that no one in this the world is not responsible for their happiness.

Jason asked this “Despite coming from a well-settled, educated and respected background how you people can think in this fashion?”. Listen to that question Jason parents feel embarrassed about themselves. Jason also explained to his parents how much she meant to his life. She stood strong as a pillar and always supported me at every moment of life. She was ready to sacrifice her business. She is a precious diamond in our family. In the middle, Mr.Ric questioned about the society, the public etc. It is difficult to go through such negativity around us.

Jason said that “Society is that place where one always wait for the opportunity to point out on others for namesake”. As a sports person, we should be the change and led by an example to society. Then only everyone in this world gets treated as normal people even if they are not. We should support them not bully them. So let’s don’t think about society or another person. Only think about yourself and your family always. Finally, his parents understood the importance of life and commitments between the two people. Jason took his wife back to Mumbai, India for a speedy recovery. After few weeks Jason got a call from his coach to join them soon. But Sara did not recover completely. She needs emotional support at that time to give her strength and courage to fight in recovery. He then decided to retire from football to look after Sara. It took months to recover from that incident. She travelled to different parts of the country for therapy. Sara went to depression seeing the situation of her and Jason. Media also tried to bully Jason for his decisions at that time. They were debates, polls on their life. No one is ready to support them at difficult times but everyone is ready to make fun. Even though Jason stood by her completely and helped her incomplete recovery. It took 4 years for Sara's recovery. Finally, on Feb 14, 2015, Sara became normal. Hearing that everyone is so happy and glad. Media want to have an interview with Jason for their benefit.

On Feb 18 2011, Jason got interviewed by Mr.Suri. That interview changed a lot of things in different fields. The interview began with a small taunt on Jason by addressing him as a fool, looser and a mad person. Still, Jason was smiling which shocked the public and Suri.

Suri: How is your wife? How are you?

Jason: Sara is completely alright. She is a fighter and a real hero. She will be back in her field to regain her position as the top entrepreneur.

I am fine and glad. I am now a retired player but a happy husband.

Suri: Glad to heat this with a cheeky smile on his face. He asked what is your opinion on husband being a homemaker as you decided to be a homemaker from now?

Jason: He began with a gentle smile on his face. I am grateful to be a homemaker and support my beloved wife to reach heights in her career. Why always a girl had to sacrifice her dreams for husband success. There will be some moments in life which makes one realize and decide for their betterment. I know as a sports person I can't be able to play as good I used to play in the starting days of my career. Time changed and there are young bright players who play incredible than me. And my wife has the potential to come back strong in less time. That’s the reason I decided to be a homemaker and I am damn proud of it.

Suri: Great. Here is the last question for the day. According to you what is love?

Jason: LOVE is the most beautiful relationship in everyone’s life. Love can make a person do things which are impossible to do as a normal person. Love is not about appearance or money. True love comes into play only when the person is in a tough position in any terms. If the other person loves you and supports you at that time you are the worlds luckiest and greatest lover. Love is all about internal beauty to me rather than outer looks. My wife Sara is beautiful as a diamond in and out. Though her face got destroyed by acid, yet her internal beauty lives. True love wins only when both are together forever in spite of all the odds, situations in life. Remember only one thing in life is a bister person first to change the point of view in society. Love is between two people not between you and society. If you believe that your love is true then never think of what others say or comment on your relationship.

Being a sports person I had faced the same as I am also living in this same society. You, people, raised questions on my decisions supporting my wife at that time. For me, love happens only once in life. I will do anything for Sara to bring a smile on her face. If I am not there standing by her side what is the point of loving her. I am a famous personality if I only do the wrong things which can affect society. I always want to lead as an example in society as a hero, not a villain.

Hearing the answer Suri was emotional and caressed. He gave him a huge round of applause. 2 seconds later Suri came with a surprise by bringing Sara on that live interview.

Sara broke down to tears and hugged Jason in front of everyone. She also mentioned,

“I am standing here as a happy person despite everything that happened in the past 4 years. It is because of Jason my baby”.

After 3 years Sara again became top Entrepreneur in India. She became a legend and icon for all those to rise again who are in depression or went any sort of trouble in lives. For the achievements and accomplishments, Sara became Youth Icon and Top Entrepreneur of the year 2013. The award ceremony is in Goa, India. On June 28, 2014, she took that award. The next day they went to the same beach to celebrate 10 years of love. It was like a flashback of all those memories for the beautiful couple Jason and Sara. They had a great time in Goa after all the difficult times, they went through. They came back to Mumbai and things were perfect. On 14 February 2015, Jason and Sara got blessed with a baby girl. Her name is Ms Krystle. They are happy together for the rest of their life. The happy couple is the only thing we except from love. Everyone says “Love is blind”. This love story proves that statement.

Love is for everyone in this world irrespective of age, gender, caste, creed, status etc. Love is eternal. Love is pure. Love is life. Respect each other in a relationship which is key to love.
