Finally, I got ready in heavy bridal lehenga and jewels matching that. Now, all just I have to do is, should act as a puppet and do whatever they ask me to do. It's not that I didn't have any interest in marriage. I do have. But why girls should always sacrifice their dreams? Also, why girls should leave their family? Every girl will be happy at this particular time of her life. But I... I didn't know myself what I was feeling. I liked my to be husband and somewhere I trust him that he might help me with achieve my dreams and would give me space to get along with him. I knew Suhan just since 3 months back. I always felt awkward around him. He had tried his level best to make me comfortable and took me to date two to three times. But I ruined all the dates by remaining silent till he dropped me back home. He was a unique person I had seen in my life. He never forced me for anything and never even forced me to talk with him. Maybe that was the reason, which made me trust him. But that was not my mistake for being awkward around him always. I couldn't accept someone in my life, with whom I have to share my everything, all of a sudden. But I have to accept the fact that I would be his in a while. I hope, he wouldn't be like any other male, who roams in the thrash of male chauvinistic society and made women in the house as a puppet.

Now all my worry was about my siblings, Payal and Sunny. For both of them, I am their mother. I couldn't even imagine how they both would be without me. As for now, they both were excited about my wedding. But how would they feel after I left them? Also, my father. I knew about him well. He wished for my wedding, it was his dream. But for him, I am his life. He always says me as his mother. Why God, it should happen to girls? I was near the verge of the tear. My chain of thoughts had disturbed by the soft fingers held my chin and lift my head. I looked at the pair of chocolate brown eyes, which belong to my sister. She sighed and wiped my tears and hugged me.

"Di (๐‘ฌ๐’๐’…๐’†๐’“ ๐‘บ๐’Š๐’”๐’•๐’†๐’“), why are you crying like a kid? Don't you have an interest in the wedding?", she pouted at me. More than me, she was interested in my wedding. Here I was worried about leaving them alone.

"Come on, Anchal. You can't change your fate. Get up and put a smile on your face. You should give a try to this wedding and should be happy for your father", my mind advised me. It was right though. I put up a smile in my face. My sister hugged me and kissed my cheeks.

๐„๐ง๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐Ž๐•:

Anchal was brought to the wedding hall... Nope! The wedding hall was an understatement. It was 'Heaven'. Fairy lights were glittering in gold and diamonds. Young girls were dancing and walking here and there. Their Lehengas were sweeping the floor, which made them look like Angels. Young boys were teasing and flirting with the girls and their friends in rich Sherwanis.

Every single thing in the wedding hall stated that this was the royal wedding of two billionaire family.

In the midst of all, on the altar, in front of the Holy fire, was sitting our Anchal's groom, Suhan Raichand. Like his name, his face was bright with an enchanting smile and he looked Godly in his cream colour sherwani, which stuck to his well-built body perfectly like his second skin, with red colour stole around his neck.

Once his dear brother, Siddik, whispered in his ear about Anchal's arrival, he lifted his head and fixed his eyes on Anchal, who was walking towards the wedding Altar with her siblings and cousins. Her eyes were gazing down and heartbeats increased every passing second. The smile on his lips enlarged when he got to see her face in close view when she was made to sit beside him.

Finally, I saw my angel, Anchal. She looked like Goddess in her Bridal wear. I was mesmerized at the enchanted beauty in front of me. I had never thought that I would love someone this much madly. At first, when my parents told me about... Oh, sorry! Informed me about my marriage with an unknown girl, I was not at all ready. I very well knew that they would do commercial marriage for me with any random girl for their prestige and status. I was least interested in the girl, they had chosen for me. But when I saw Anchal three months back in simple yellow lehenga with her eyes gazing her feet, I fell for her instantly. I was not a guy, who believes in love at first sight. But she had broken my principle for love into billions of pieces with her kind gesture and shy nature. From her reserved behaviour, I understood that she had no interest in the marriage. I tried to talk with her alone but none allowed me. So, I took her out in the name of dating and got to know that she was not interested in any guy. Also, she didn't have any option to backoff from wedding due to her father's happiness. I didn't like the idea of kids compromising for Parents wish. Especially, girls, they should follow their dreams to seek protection from all evil eyes, which dwelled in the society.

The only thing save girls from this evil society is neither father nor husband. It's their courage and will power, which they can get through following their dreams.

I insisted her to change her decision and follow her dreams, but she was all set to sacrifice for her father. If she anyhow was going to sacrifice by marrying someone, then why it shouldn't be me? I was not ready to lose an angel like her. I fell for her every day with her shyness and nature.

When I was busy adoring her, my brother, Siddik, leaned to my ears and whispered, "She is going to be all yours in a while, bhai (๐‘ฌ๐’๐’…๐’†๐’“ ๐’ƒ๐’“๐’๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’“) and you can stare at her throughout your life. Now it is time for your wedding. If you stare like this, then auspicious time will be passed and you have to return home alone, as they will post-pone wedding", my brother whispered.

I came to sense after hearing the word 'Postpone' and concentrate on the rituals. I didn't wish to postpone the welcoming event of an angel in my life at any cost. I heard my brother's chuckle but I didn't have time to glare at him.

Everything went well until the hall filled with the scream of Anchal...
