In a world where the technology of smart contact lenses reigns, three individuals struggle for their own identity: a filmmaker meets a lady in a virtual reality dating app and falls in love with her; the latter is being chased by a vigilante in order to kill her and ultimately stop her from stealing other people’s skins called avatars.

An extraneous transparent fat has developed on human corneas over the ages. The extra fat resembles the properties of a regular transparent contact lens. And when biologists discover we can place hologram images inside these natural contact lenses, the world of digital screens has never been the same again. The breakthrough has led to the transfer of television and smartphone screens right onto human eyes, prompting corporations to heavily invest on interfaces and how people can navigate digital information on the air. Consequently, the Touch and the Lens Technology have converged, and thus the Contact Lens Interface, dubbed LensAce, has been born.
