Chapter 18

Khrystyna quiets her sobs when she hears someone enter the girls' bathroom. She eavesdrops on the conversation and discovers it is Tanya and her snobby friend, Marnie. Tanya and Marnie don't suspect that Khrystyna is in one of the stalls overhearing what they are talking about.

"So, as I was saying, Marnie, looks like Marshall is mine for good."

"Oh and how do you figure that? You did plot to take Marshall from Khrystyna, after all."

"I know...and stupid little Khrystyna doesn't even have a clue about the lengths I went to take Marshall from her." feeling proud of her accomplishment, remembering how she took Jeremiah from Khrystyna at her 13th birthday party.

"It was ingenious to pretend to be failing algebra to get Marshall to tutor you. They don't suspect that you actually have a 4.0 in algebra?"

"Are you kidding? No one suspects...not even that geeky Tyler, who's always following Khrystyna around like a lovesick puppy dog." Tanya says, mocking Tyler's crush on Khrystyna.

"So, Tanya, what's this sure-fire way to keep Marshall to yourself and away from Khrystyna?"

"Well, actually, it was Tyler's plan."

"Do tell, please!" as Marnie is combing her hair for like the millionth time.

"Well, apparently that bitch Khrystyna found that video of how I killed my father in self-defense...but that's not the problem."

"Oh, what is?"

"Tyler was doing some searching on the Internet and he found that xxx-rated video I got trapped into doing."

"Really?"

"Yes...so Tyler and I made a deal that I as long as I kept Marshall busy and away from Khrystyna, he would keep his mouth shut and not let Khrystyna know what he found on me."  

"And why would he do this? He's always been so loyal to Khrystyna."

"Think about it, Marnie. He wants Khrystyna for himself. He's wanted her since they were like in grade school."

“Marnie, no one can find out about that video.” Tanya pleads with her best friend. “No one can find out that I killed my father because he abused me and made me do porn videos.”

“I won't tell a soul.” Marnie promised, crossing her heart.

"Oh, look at the time...we had better get back to class before they wonder where we are and Principal Wiggins comes looking for us!"

Marnie and Tanya head out laughing at the thought that Khrystyna is too stupid to figure out what they have done.

Khrystyna is shocked to hear the truth. She feels so guilty using it to get Marshall back, but Khrystyna is now more than ever determined to ruin Tanya. . .

Chapter 19

Jon still couldn't forget the dirty little trick that Tanya did to him...and all so she could take Marshall away from Khrystyna. Well, Tanya wasn't going to get away with this, Jon thought to himself. He knew her dirty little secret! He knew about the secret xxx-rated video that she did! And he knew that it a total lie that her father made her do the porn video. Tanya needed the money and that was why she made it. Jon was about to blow Tanya out of the water with all her lies.

Tanya, thinking she is in the clear, sidles up to Marshall while he is at his locker and wraps her arms around him, "Well, hello, Sexy!"

Marshall turns around, excited to see Tanya and gives her a kiss, "Hello, Baby!"

"I can't wait to go to the prom with you, Marshall, tomorrow night."

"Me either, Babe!"

As Marshall and Tanya are discussing prom plans, Khrystyna is listening from a distance, "Your not going to get away with this, Tanya!" she silently repeats to herself.

Tyler sneaks up behind Khrystyna, scaring her, "Hey, Khrys, what's up?"

Khrystyna turns around to see Tyler behind her, "Oh crap, Tyler, you scared me! What do you want?"

"I wanted to ask you if you wanted to go to the prom with me tomorrow?"

"Uh, no, Tyler, I wouldn't!"

Tyler is hurt by Khrystyna's words, "Why Khrys, I thought we were friends?"

"You're not my friend anymore!"

"Why? What did I do?"

"Just go away, Tyler! I'm busy right now!"

Tyler walks away hurt and destroyed that Khrystyna rejected him, again, after all he did for her. If that wasn't enough, Tyler spots Tanya with Marshall happily holding his hand and giving him a kiss. Tyler thinks to himself, "Why do you get Marshall and I get nothing, Tanya? We had a deal and you reneged on your part, and you're not going to get away with it?"

Just then, Jon sees Tyler and notices his depression. "What's wrong, Tyler?"

"That Bitch, Tanya!"

"She hurt you too?"

"More than you know, Jon. And she isn't going to get away with it!"

Noticing the pain in Tyler's voice, Jon gets an idea and manages to bring Tyler into it. Jon and Tyler both smile, wink at each other, and shake hands at the ingenious plot to finally ruin Tanya!
