The Saviour

A girl whose hands and legs are tied in sitting position to the legs of the chair and her eyes are blindfolded with a handkerchief, was shouting,

"Who is that? Please open me. Let me go~~I need to goooo~, please. Is anyone there?"

But her shouts went to deaf ears as there was no one to hear her.

Just then a guy entered her place and walked towards her while she sensed his presence by hearing his footsteps.

"Who is that? I asked who is that. Why did you keep me here? Please, I need to go. It's very important for me to go there. Please leave me! Let me go!" She begged while crying.

And he came near her ears and whispered, "And it's very important for me to stop you...from going."

Her face took over a frown listening to him while he plastered her mouth unable to bear further questions.

He came out of the room and she got immersed in her thoughts.

"Why? Why does he want to stop me? Who is this guy?"

There are many more unanswered questions to the girl.

While the girl was immersed in the ocean of her thoughts, the guy came out of the room with a worried face. Helplessness can be clearly visible in his eyes. He brushed his hair back with his hand and stood holding the railing of the staircase.

"Why? Why am I doing this? Can't I find any other way? Is this the only way? There should be some other way! Think, Rehan, think! This is not correct. At least it is against your profession. Think the other way, Rehan. It's not that late.” He kept saying to himself and his words itself show his frustration.

The guy is Rehan. REHAN MALHOTRA. Famous lawyer. Famous for his success, attitude and not to forget HONESTY.

Just then a woman, of her mid 40's came, facing his back, and called, "Rehan."

He quickly wiped his sweat mixed tears and turned towards her.

"Aunty,” He said without having eye contact because she is the one who can read his every emotion perfectly.

Kamala Aunty - Though she is only a caretaker, she has taken care of Rehan like a mother since childhood. Rehan, who hasn't seen his parents, believes her as a god-sent mother. And she has already served her entire life for him as she loves him more as a son.

"What happened, dear? You look worried." She asked in a concerned tone while making him sit on the couch and sat beside him.

"Aunty, I can't understand what I'm doing. I can't even understand whether I'm doing correctly or not. My mind and my heart are not in sync." He said the truth.

She smiled a little and said, "Will you listen to me.."

He nodded.

"Take a deep breath."

He did.

"Close your eyes."

He did.

"What did you see?" She asked.

All he could see was LADY OF JUSTICE whose eyes are blindfolded.

"Justice" He answered. She knew that he would answer the same. She was the one who has brought him up.
