***Anna's p.o.v***

Today was claire's anniversary. It was the biggest fashion store and brand in New York. It was going to be so much work working and serving but I needed the extra cash that was in it and I would really love any opportunity I had to see Mike. The place was nicely decorated and I couldn't wait till I got to see Mike.

"Who are you waiting for" I was startled by the voice.

"Don't sneak up on me like that again,lucy!"I exclaimed

"You know is wife is going to be here right"Lucy warned.

"Leave me alone Lucy"I said as I continued my search for my prince charming. Then I saw him come in with his perfectly fitted black tux, it was sharp looking and was making him look even more handsome and he wore a black leather shoe that matched perfectly too. It looked like one of his designs. I could recognize one of those from anywhere because his designs are always unique and his style was different in a very amazing way.

"Stop drooling over him, let us get to work"Lucy said and then my eyes met Mark's and then he winked at me with a smile. And that had already made my day and I was happy. The rest of the evening was going well, it was Claire's 50th anniversary and there were so many people around,from top designers to upcoming ones, it felt like I was living the dream apart from the fact that I was a waiter in this one. I was at least satisfied with the fact that I was in the midst of this amazing talents. They were all dressed in amazing designs and I was already getting inspirations from my next designs.

It was then time for Mark's speech and as he elegantly stepped on the stage, everyone stopped what they were doing to listen to what he had to say and I also had to stop what I was doing.

He spoke so handsomely and amazingly. His speech was top notch and he carried everyone along with his jokes and everyone was loving it. He showcased his wedding collection later and his last sentence had caught my attention and had left me smiling.

"I am grateful for everyone who has helped me on this journey and to the ones who keep loving me unconditionally,I am grateful"he said and had looked in my direction and smiled. It felt like it was just two of us in the world. I had been too engrossed that I didn't notice I had hit someone.

"You should watch where you are going!"she spat!

I immediately turned to see who it was. It was a pretty lady who looked like she was in her twenties. Her wavy hair curled down her shoulders as her porcelain like skin glowed. Her brown eyes and long lashes with a full lips that complemented her well. She looked like every shade of perfect. She had a model like figure and wore a black dinner dress that hugged her shape perfectly but it had been stained with the drink I had accidentally spilled.

"I am so sorry" I pleaded, about to use a piece of cloth to help clean but I was stopped by her.

"Don't touch me!"she angrily said . "You have no idea how expensive this dress is"she added and immediately I wished I could just disappear from where i was because i felt too embarrassed to remain in this place.

"You really shouldn't make a scene Linda, it is just a dress"Mark said as he had made his way now towards where we were standing because now everyone was looking at us. Then I realized the lady I had spilled my drink on was Mark's wife. I had only heard of her but I had actually never set my eyes on her.

"It is not just a dress Mark! It is my favourite"she said angrily. "I will make a new one I promise, just let her be"Mark said.

"You should go"Mark added as he looked towards me. "Why are you even defending her" I heard Linda ask as I was about to leave.

I made my way to the bathroom and had told Lucy to cover for me. I wasn't really in the mood for anything anymore, I just wanted to go home.

"Hey" I looked in the direction of the voice then I saw it was Mark.

"This is a woman's bathroom, what are you doing here" I said as I forced a smile.

"I wanted to see you, p.s you're the only one here" he said as he locked the door from behind. He held my waist then moved closer towards me.

"I am sorry for what Linda did"he said sadly

"It's nothing really, I was the one at fault" I said

"No you weren't and she had no right to talk to you like that"he said. "It's fine really!" I insisted.

He hugged me tight and i pulled him even closer to me and even though we could easily get caught I just really didn't want to think about any other person but him right now.

He realesed me from his hug and he bent back my head across his arms and kissed me slowly at first and then it became even more intense. I loved tasting him and he was really a good kisser too. His kiss always sent shivers down my spine every time and different sensations all over my body. I immediately stopped later before it got even more intense and I always wanted more of him.

"What is wrong" he asked suddenly

"Someone might be looking for you, I think you should go" I said and he already understood my concerns.

"Tomorrow is my free day, we can do go out and have all day to ourself" I smiled then he unlocked the door to go.

I went out after him then saw Lucy waiting outside the bathroom.

"What are you doing here"I asked surprised. But then she just looked at me smiling.

"What were you guys doing in there"she asked raising her eyebrows.

"Nothing" I said smiling back.

"Let us just go home already" I said as I smiled all the way home.Love really made everything easy and amazing.
