4 A Real Genius

"Yea, I never saw such symbols in my life, why? Do you know someone who would know how to translate this ?" I said while examining him.

He was a bit taller than your average teenager, with a wide smile covering his face and big muscles that I can notice even though he was wearing unrevealing clothes.
His jawline was sharper than a blade, his hands were big and full of bruises. He wore a worn-out brown bracelet, I think it has some meaning behind it.

"Oh, well hmm...
" He started looking at the manuscript seriously, a few seconds later, he stated, "This  is 'Frentiyana', an old language used by an African tribe called 'Frentiya' a long time ago, not a lot of people know or care about it since they weren't that important of a tribe, so I don't really blame you for not recognizing it."

I didn't believe it, I HIT THE JACKPOT !
I met a translator that recognized this ancient language in less than 10 seconds. "Oh, really! No wonder I couldn't identify it. So can you like help me translate it or something ?" I requested hoping for a favorable answer.

"Hmmm...
Maybe later today, I am now a little bit busy with some research of mine, so I'll start deciphering this manuscript at night.", responded the teenage boy. "Thanks, I really appreciate it. Oh, by the way, we haven't introduced ourselves. I'm Achraf, Achraf Zelfani." I said while offering my hand. "Nice to meet you Achraf. I'm Flavio, Flavio Guliora." He introduced himself while shaking my hand, "Nice to meet you, Flavio, are you from Spain? Or..." "No, I am actually from Italy, I just came to Morocco three weeks ago to study and learn new languages." He said while looking at me straight in the eyes. What a bizarre and charismatic fellow. "Well, I hope you liked it here, and don't forget to call me whenever you need my help. We're basically 'Freinds' now !" I expressed in a very welcoming way. "Friends, huh..." mumbled Flavio. "Sure thing!" He said while looking a little bit troubled, but I decided to leave it at that as to not make him feel uncomfortable.
After that, we planned to meet up at the library tomorrow morning, so he can give me the deciphered version of the manuscript.
I was really happy that I met such a knowledgeable and nice guy on my first day. On the way back to my house, I had a golden idea. I'll show the symbol used for the emotion-sharing spell to Flavio, maybe he'll know what its meaning is, and that way I'll be one step closer to using real magic or whatever this is called.

After returning home, I cooked myself 'Fujitas', a really delicious and nutritional meal.
It took me about forty minutes to make it but it was totally worth it. Then, after eating, I was studying some survival skills by reading books and watching some documentaries, so I can go and adventure. Who knows maybe they'll come in handy at some point. After studying for an hour to two hours, I took a quick fifteen-minutes nap, followed by a quick workout: It's important to stay fit and healthy after all. After training my muscles, I went to the bathroom and took a cold shower, it was super refreshing. I then made myself a cup of juice to drink. After that, I went to the bed and I stared at the ceiling before going to sleep hoping to sleep innocently like a child. I started recalling memories of my father even though tried my best not to think about him. It was my usual daily routine.

"Phew.
Finally, that was so fun to decrypt !" I said while looking at the document before me. "Hmm, I guess now, I'll start translating that kid's manuscript." I said while organizing my stuff and taking out that of my leather bag the 'Frentiyanan' document. "Don't forget to close the door before leaving, Flavio! " said one of the teachers before leaving the library. "Got it !" I replied while waving my hands to him as if to say goodbye.

I'm really happy for the chance to use this library freely as much as I translate one to two documents for the university per day.
Well, I mean I am one of few humans in history who were able to comprehend more than fifty written-language and the only one alive to do that. I could easily learn a language in less than a week, sometimes even a day. My reading speed is unmatchable, it's 120 000 words per minute beating the fastest reader on record, Teresa Calderon who can read up to 80000 words per minute.

My mind seems to be able to process the information on a scale that was never thought possible: it is able to match my reading speed.
Of course, all of this information isn't revealed to the public. The only people who know this are me and my dead mother or else I would've been in a science lab surrounded by scientists like 'eleven' or something even more brutal.

And as much as this is a blessing, it puts me in real danger if I'm not careful or if I'm I'm too immersed in my own world.
I was on the verge of death multiple times especially when walking or when I'm cooking since my body just goes to 'autopilot mode'. But thanks to my inhuman reflexes, I was capable of escaping those situations. And even without the risks of getting injured, it is frankly boring, because I feel like the world is slow, like really slow, due to my information process speed, so most of the time whenever I'm talking to someone, I think of at least ten other things to keep my mind busy.

Oh, I did it again, I thought of all of this just while waving my hand to the teacher.
"Really, what a pain in the ass !"
