Our Contract Marriage

Leon Soo-Yun is a twenty-three-year-old girl. Her personality is so different from others. She is such a kind, soft-hearted and sensitive girl who valued herself-respect more than anything. Her parents never yelled at her. She is such a loving and shy person.

Jang Jun-Sang is a twenty-five years old young CEO. He has a cold personality. Jang didn't believe in love. Jun-Sang thinks he can buy love with money. He valued his work more than anything. Jun-Sang wants everything perfect. He didn't like clumsy people.

Soo-Yun and Jun-Sang are sitting in front of each other, talking about their sudden wedding which their mothers want. Jun-Sang took his gaze at Soo-Yun, who was continuously glancing down at her hands, heaved a deep breath and leaned close to her.

"I know you don't want to marry me. I either don't want to marry you, so I made a contract. In this contract, we can get divorced easily, okay?"

After saying that, he was staring at Soo-Yun and wanted her to say something, but she was in her thoughts.

FlashBack.

She was running in the hospital, her mom was crying so badly then someone called her name. She looked back and saw her family doctor standing in front of her.

"Doc Jeff, My dad? Mr. Leon. C—can you tell me where he is?"

Doc Jeff looked down at the floor with a disappointed face.

"I'm sorry. Soo-Yun y-your father is.."

She understands what he was going to tell her. She patted his shoulder, stared at him emotionlessly.

"Can I see him?"

After that, he shows her father's dead body. They covered him with a white sheet. She went to close him and uncovered his face. After seeing him, she burst into tears and cried her heart out. She started hitting his chest.

"Why dad? Whyyyyyyy? Why do you do this to us, you said you never leave me alone dad, get up, I said get up now, it's not funny anymore, get up I know you are joking around it's not funny at all dad, get up please it hurts daddy."

She fell on the floor, and doc Jeff took her into the emergency room, making her mother and brother worried for her as well. After some time, she woke up and saw her mother sitting on the bed. Mrs. Leon was so worried about her condition she couldn't see her daughter in so much pain. She took a sad glance at her mother with teary eyes. After a few seconds, she hugged and burst into tears.

"Mom? Where is my dad?"

Soo-Yun was sobbing in her arms.

Soo-Yun, he is gone, accept it."

Soo-Yun pulled out from the hug and looked at her mother with disbelief.

"Mom, someone killed him, right?"

Her mother looked at her and gave her the weakest smile.

"Shhh. Sleep now, I'll be back."

She left the room, leaving her all alone. She couldn't see her daughter on such a stage. Mrs Leon sat on the bench. Mrs. Jang came to her and patted her back.

"She'll be fine. You need to calm yourself to come to sit here."

She nodded and held Mrs. Jang's hand.

After a few days.

Soo-Yun and her mother arguing for their company. She couldn't handle it alone. After her father's death, Mrs. Leon wants her to take responsibility for the company.

"Soo-Yun, you need to join our company. We are losing so many projects. It's not good. Your dad worked hard for it. I need you. I'm old, I can't do it anymore. Your brother is too young to handle it."

Her mother continuously told her to join the company. Soo-Yun didn't want to join it. She has so many cases to solve.

"Mom, you know that I'm a lawyer. I have so many cases to solve, I can't.."

Soo-Yun took her jacket and stepped out of the house. She needs some fresh air to breathe. Mrs. Jang held Mrs. Leon's hand made her sit on the couch.

"Relax, Mrs. Leon, let her do what she wants."

They both continued their conversation. After some time, they both realised that their kids are young now and why not? They both get married. They Both said together.

"What about their wedding?"

They laughed together and hugged each other.

At Night.

After having dinner, Soo-Yun's mother tries to convince her to get married to Mrs. Jang's son. She has been her best friend since school days. Both of them know each other very well. Soo-Yun is not ready to get married at such a young age, and she also wants to focus on her career too. She put her fingers in her ears.

"Mom, Noooooo, stop forcing me."

Mrs. Leon heaved a deep sigh, and she lied to her.

"Your dad always wanted you to marry him."

After hearing her father's name, she looked at her mother and nodded in an order of agreement. She loves her father so much, and when her mother told her about it, it was her father's wish, so she agreed immediately. But her mother lied to her because of her future and her son's future. She has to save her company.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Jang is trying to convince his son, who is a very arrogant person.

"Mom, I can't. You already know that I'm in a relationship. So don't force me."

He was yelling at his parents and throwing things on the floor. His mother looked at him in disbelief.

"She is a gold digger, and you have to obey my decision. I'm your mother. I know what's good for you."

Jun-Sang leaned close to her, looked into her eyes.

"Mom, you can't force me. I'm not a kid anymore."

Mr. Jang was looking at them without saying a single word to them, but now this conversation is getting so toxic.

"Jang Control yourself. Your mom is right, obey her.."

When Mr. Jang said that to his son, his gaze turned in his father's direction and gave him a sharp glance.

"What if I don't obey her?"

Mr. Jang got up and went towards them. He looked straight into his son's eyes.

"Then you'll not be a part of our family anymore."

Jung-Sang looked at him in disbelief, took his car keys, and rushed out.

"What do you think? He'll be back?"

Mr. Jang put his hand on his wife's shoulder.

"Don't worry, he has to come back."

Jun-Sang went to his girlfriend's house and rang the doorbell. She opened the door, and he hugged her tightly. She patted his back and broke the hug.

"I left them because they want me to get married to mom's best friend's daughter, so I said no to them."

She was shocked and pushed him. He looked at her with a soft gaze. She gave him an angry look.

"What? Are you crazy? Did you leave all your money? And expect me to live with you. I'm sorry Mr, go and never come back here, bye.."

She shut the door; he was shocked and heartbroken at the same time; he went to his car; he has no emotions, even he didn't cry, he was questioning himself, do I not good enough for her, she break up with me because I left all money, mom was right she is a gold digger, I have to agree with mom's decision.

FlashBack end.

Jun-Sang Claps his hands because Sol-Yun was in deep thoughts. He patted her cheek.

"Are you listening? I have no time to waste here, just say yes and no.."

Soo-Yun came back to reality and gave him a weak smile.

"Umm, okay I'll sign."

After that, he got up and went to his car. Soo-Yun was still sitting. She took a glance at him.

"I Remembered he was a kind person but now he is so rude. We were in the same school and the same college. We used to be good friends, but he changed after meeting Joon Haneul."

FlashBack.

Soo-Yun was walking to her class, then someone hugged her from behind. She knows about the person. It's none other than her best friend, Jun-Sang.

"Jang, what are you doing? We are in school. What if anybody sees us like that?"

Jun-Sang breaks the hug and caresses her cheeks.

"I don't care. I'm hugging my best friend, and everyone knows we are besties."

She held his hands and looked into his eyes.

"But still we are in school. Come on now, leave me.."

After saying that, she made a pouty face.

"Fine, Huh you are so boring.."

He looked away because he didn't want to see her pouty face.

"Ahh, well, you know today a new student is going to join us?"

Jang looked at her, leaning close to her, making her step back.

"Leave it, tell me. How are you?"

Soo-Yun is such a dumb girl. She didn't understand his action and always made him angry with her.

"Seriously? You met me yesterday and now you are asking me how I am?"

Jun-Sang poked his Tongue on his cheek. 

"Soo-Yun, why can't you answer me properly? Why every time you make me angry for no reason?"

She looked away and pouted.

"Huh? You have such a short temper."

He pushed her away.

"Leave, I'm going to class. Bye…"

She whined.

"Hey, wait for me…"

After that, they went to their class.

FlashBack End.

"Ohhh Soo-Yun forgot it. Don't stress yourself, you have other work to do."

"Let's meet him and tell him it's over."
