Cadence dreams of becoming a professional musician, but fate has other plans as she struggles to regain her balance and make her dreams come true she meets the guy that will help her achieve it or help wreck her world more so than it already is.

Rob fell in love at 17 but things didn't turn out as he would have hoped, his ex-girlfriend and his best friend are already dating and he's happy for them - sort of. He made up for lost time and quickly hopped from one 'quick relationship' to the next. He's surrounded by friends but he's never felt more alone, then he meets the foul mouthed, funny Cade and his world's about to be flipped right side up.

Cadence and Rob's world clashes and it needs a soundtrack, like any other love story.
