Chapter 3 When Are You Getting Divorced?

Hearing the car driving away, Joey picked up her phone and called, "Farad, I guess I have to trouble you again."

In the whole world, no one would believe her, but him.

...

Idy Chan stood at the window of the ward and looked downstairs.

"Cynthia, Yuri is on his way! Lie down quickly!" She waved to her daughter.

Hearing that, Cynthia closed her eyes. After she watched the video in the morning, she was determined to capture Yuri's heart. She thought her mother was right. Everything Joey had once belonged to her. She was Joey's elder sister, but she never respected her and always tried to challenge her bottom line. This time she had to teach her a lesson!

She would snatch everything that Joey wanted, including the property and Yuri.

She had been enduring for so many years and fed up with it!

Idy gave Cynthia a look when Yuri stepped into the ward.

"Yuri, when are you getting a divorce? Cynthia almost got a miscarried today. You should give a promise in front of her!" Said Idy Chan.

"Are you okay?" Yuri didn't want to answer any questions after quarreling with Joey a few minutes ago.

"I'm fine," Cynthia replied with a forced smile.

Yuri loosened his collar and heaved a sigh of relief.

"The kid is mine. Don't be anxious." She said gently. Seeing that he was tired, she knew she couldn't push him at the moment.

She used the tactic of "retreating to advance".

"Nonsense! My silly daughter, Yuri is the father of your child. You are going to get married!" Idy got in the way.

Yuri frowned. Thinking about what happened last night, he felt it was necessary to explain to them, "That video ..."

"I trust you, Yuri." Cynthia interrupted. Then she comforted him, "Joey is young. Please be tolerant of her."

"Joey has been wild since she was young. Her mother died too early to teach her anything. It's not surprising for her to do such a crazy thing." Idy mocked, implicating that Joey didn't deserve to marry him, compared with her sister Cynthia who was dignified and elegant.

However, Yuri felt a little uncomfortable after hearing her words.

With a resounding crash, Joey kicked the door open. She rushed to Idy and shouted, "shut up, b*tch! Do you think it's funny to mud at a dead person?"

She grabbed her by the collar and wished she could rip her face off. If her mother had not died, how could a mistress be accepted by her family with her daughter?

"Joey, let her go!" Yuri pulled her away and growled in a low voice, "go home now!"

No matter what, they had not divorced yet, and Joey was still his wife. He felt embarrassed.

The chaos went beyond his imagination. He wanted some time to figure it out.

"No!" She then stared at Cynthia with a smirk. Her cold gaze was as sharp as a sword, stabbing into Cynthia's heart.

Cynthia trembled and lowered her head.

"Doctor Farad," Joey straightened her back, "come in please."

Idy's face turned green.

Where did this doctor come from? She thought everything would be fine as she had bribed the O.B..

Farad came in with an instrument. Wearing a white coat, he looked exactly like a doctor.

"What are you going to do?" Idy stopped him hurriedly, looking nervous.

"Don't be nervous. This is just a routine check-up. Please cooperate with us to ensure the patient's safety."
