Someone was pounding the door.

"Come in …" Yuri said.

Yuri's mother rarely came to the company. However, she hurried over after she received the reports that her son took his ex-wife to the company. When she opened the door, they were even sharing an ice cream.

Didn't Farad promise to her that he would take Joey away? Why she was in her son's office?

"Mon," Yuri stood up.

Joey turned to look at the gorgeous woman. Her face was dark and she looked unfriendly.

"Sure," Yuri replied calmly.

"You're trying to piss me off!" She questioned her son in a suppressed voice.

News of Yuri's divorce had spread throughout the city. Many young ladies from good families came to inquire about the situation. They were all beautiful and well-educated.

The Xing's family had arranged several dinner parties, but her son had turned a deaf ear to her and had never been there. And now he hooked up with Joey again! She had already ordered to block the news.

She knew her son well. He had always been cold towards Joey, but his attitude changed after their divorce.

"Mom, I know what I'm doing." He understood her overtones.

She was furious. Yuri was the only child of the Xing's family. But he had been tangled with the two sisters of Lin's family all over the years. What a joke!

Of course, he respected his mother. His mother knew where Joey was but she refused to reveal it to him. He didn't complain at all.

"Mom, I'll take you home." He could only avoid her questions. Before leaving, he asked his secretary to take care of Joey.

Yuri's mother gave her a cold, resentful gaze.
