I just bit my lower lip the moment Elmyra left in front of me in a hurry. I didn’t know that she got a cute side. Hhhmmm

Moving officially here in New York was not actually a bad idea. I thought that I would regret this choice of moving back to my old home town but I slowly think that it might change my perceptions. I think I should be more open about welcoming this hometown of mine.

I went back to the parking lot and went straight to the company. “Good afternoon Sir!”

“Good afternoon”- while walking I received a text from Dad. I’ll read it later. As soon as I went to my office, I removed my coat and beginning to set up all the designs that is possible to use for the building. Literally I am planning to apply some good qualities for this plan and I want the people who will work here will be happy as they can be. “Sir Clark, I got this documents from the Kimematsu Business Corp stating that they want to make a contract with you in this future project as well as sponsors for the appliances”

“Mr. Kuromi Kimematsu and Corp? Hhmm give me the documents and I’ll call you later for the confirmation”

“Uhm sir?”

“What is it Stella?”

“What can you say about my clothes?”- I look at her..

“It was a nice outfit, unusual for you to wear something too short for a skirt”

“You don’t like it Sir?”

“Stella look, I am busy here and do it with your boyfriend instead and not to your busy boss”- I couldn’t get her, I mean it was almost a week of working here and now she was showing me some motives for me to be attracted with? I admit. Stella Ains was a very outstanding woman but too bad that I didn’t look at her more than as my secretary. “You still look hot when you are angry sir”- she giggles as she left the room which causes me to rolled my eyes because of annoyance. Bullshit, trying to make me become attracted to some woman.

*beeps*

I think it’s Dad again.;

Be here at 7:30 for dinner, we have something to discuss with

From Dad:

It was important so better be here

To Dad:

Yes dad, I’ll be there. Drinks on me

What are we going to discuss with?

I immediately set all of my things to bring at my condo later, time check; 6:44 pm

“I still got some time to buy”- I immediately went down to go in a drinks store to buy some wine for us. I better choose the best wine that is exactly matches to the dinner. Before I went inside the house, I took a deep breath and held the wine properly.

Here we go. *knocks*

“Good evening sir, your father is waiting for you”

“Thanks Mac, here set up the wine and kindly prepare my room”

“Yes sir”- I went in and directly to the dining hall, why is it the house that Dad bought was so big even if it was only the 2 of us but mostly he was here alone with Butler Jim and Butler Keir. “Good evening Dad”

“How’s the company and so as the future building?”- can he asked me something aside from the company and business? Fuck! “The company is fine and so as the success of signing the papers, also Mr. Kuromi Kimematsu surprisingly sent me a document that he wanted to collaborate with us as well as sponsors for the appliances in the building”- can we talk something new? He didn’t even asked if I was ok or what. “Outstanding my son, I got some good news as well”

“What is it?’

“Adrian and Dwayne will be transferring here in New York in this upcoming school year and I want you to also take a good care of your brothers. Most importantly, they wanted to live here with us for good”- oh

“Does their mothers asked you for their transferring?”- I was the only original son of my father’s marriage, the rest are from his mistresses the moment he and Mom separated since I was 7 years old. I don’t want to remember the rest since I hate it, but I never planted any hard feelings for my brothers because for me we are all just the same that we came from the same father but different mothers. “Adrian personally called me earlier this afternoon, telling me that he decided to bring Dwayne with him. And for the record, it was their choice to live with us after so many years, maybe this is the time you will stand up as their older brother.”

“Are you sure? How will they ever get their passport? The documents from their schools?”

“That is why I wanted you to go back in France to get them, and for the record Clark. Their mothers never sent me some emails about their whereabouts so I’m kinda worried about those kids.”

“I understand, when shall I go there?”

“Adrian called that he wanted to have a video call with you. Care to have some time to talk to him? I never see you calling them since before I told you that you got brothers from different women”- you never see because you are always on the road of work work work and has lesser time with us so it was obvious that these kids are looking for a father figure. “Fine I’ll give that brat some time later”

“I’m glad Clark”- I just see a smile on his face. “But with all due respect, I cannot bare to be with in a same roof with them, they will stay here with you but I will live in my condo”

“Clark..”

“Dad, just not now ok? I can spend half of my day with my brothers but I just can’t live with them in the same roof just yet please”- like I said, I got no hate but I can’t live with them with Dad just yet, maybe soon. “You are indeed hard to read, but fine I am expecting your words ok? It makes me chuckle you know”- I look at him closely. He was indeed smiling like an idiot. “You always remind me of your mother”

I just smiled for it, even me. I sometimes couldn’t read Dad. His expression, whatever his thinking and whatever his plans are. One thing is I still got hopes that everything will be fine, and me as well. I hoped that I will be fine soon.
