It was late at night, it had been almost a week since Linda escaped from Kalen's grasp, however that was all about to change. Pandora was asleep, she has been for a few hours now, the clock was about to strike nine at night, since Linda managed to escape, Kalen had stalked her every move since then and tracked her habits.

He knew she would be alone tonight.

He decided not to take his car, knowing if his registration was caught then he would be caught, something he didn't want. With his hood up and a mask covering his eyes, he made his way towards the office in which his partner and Linda worked at, he was being silent as a mouse, not wanting to wake up and alarm his girlfriend. The streets where dark and empty with only the street lights poorly lighting the streets up, flickering on and off quite often. Once he was a street away from the office, he seen a figure not far ahead, it was Linda. A smile etched on his pale lips as he knew exactly what was about to happen which fueled his adrenaline.

Sneakily , he followed closely behind Linda, she remained clueless as he quietly followed her into the building shortly after she scanned her card, the building was dark and no apparent cameras appeared to be in sight so he knew he could continue with his plan.

Linda made her way upto her office, flickering the lights on as she was completely unaware of the killers presence, she was still shaken up from the incident that occurred, however she had no evidence and would look like a fool if she was unable to prove herself. Kalen waited at the bottom of the stairs, Linda's office being on the middle floor, as he didn't want to rush into it and leave evidence or create a fuss which would gain attention.

After a few moments passed, Linda was settled in her office, flickering through paperwork, the paperwork being the evidence which she had collected on Kalen being the hooded killer which happened to be a coinsidence. Kalen crept up the stairs, a wave of excitement rushed through his body as he seen the light of her office reflecting from a window on the stairs. Once he was outside of the office door, he didn't hold back. He slammed the door open which caused a slight bang, Linda screamed as she jumped up from her seat.

Kalen rushed forward, his hand harshly pushed against her mouth so no noise could escape.

Although, unknown to Kalen, there was cameras in every corner of the office and someone was watching them, however they were stunned and weren't able to call anyone as they witnessed the bloody events take place. It wasn't long after the brutal murder took place that sirens echoed outside, out of shock, Kalen was able to escape with minutes to spare, his elbow smashed against the window which resulted in the glass to shatter and spread across the inside of the building. Without a thought, he jumped from the window without causing harm to himself.

But was the hooded man about to be caught or did he make a lucky escape?
