A/N POV

Tommorow came fast by as Y/N reached the school. She was on her locker checking out the things she needed when the group of girls arrived towards her.

Girl 1:Are you the one who got rejected by Ryota on Cafe?

One of the girl inquired. Without giving Y/N the chance to speak the girl next to her spoke by patting her back.

Girl 2: Don't worry you are not the only one he rejected. He is known as being heartless after all.

Y/N was still confused to what they were speaking so she bluntly let out a sigh before speaking."But Ryota and I are dating."

Not only the girls that arrived but the whole hallway gasped.

Girl 1: Dont be dellusional. I kn-

"Who said she is being dellusional?" A deep yet commanding voice was heard. When the girls turned around they could see Ryota standing with his both hands on pocket with a gaze that could literally pierce you.

The girls were speechless not only that they saw Ryota this close but also he spoke to them. "Now move, I wanna see my girlfriend and you are blocking the view." With that he swayed the girls away and took Y/N with him.

The entire hall was silent and frozen their place. They could not believe what they just saw and heard.

Did Ryota just admitted that he is in relationship with the new girl?! Somebody thought it was not strange after all both were wierd but some were thrilled and excited to see how this would go.

It was not that later when Xiang found it out. Anxiety rushed in and hit him hard when he heard the news. He immediatly searched Y/N everywhere but in vain he could not find her. The classes started but Y/N amd V both were out of sight.

On the other hands, Ryota took Y/N to his base more like his gang base. He wanted to scare Y/N away because he knew it was the only way. He knew she is one stubborn girl but the thing he could not understood is that why he kept her along even thougg there were several ways to make him hate her.

It was his usual hangout place. The scent of alcohol, cigarettes and the other opoids hit their nose. Y/N felt uncormfortable as she was the only girl in the whole room. She did not clinged into Ryota's arm or tried to hide behind him. She tried to stay strong and make herself capable to stand beside him not behind him.

She tried to stay calm and brave not for her but for Ryota. On the other hand Ryota who was watching Y/N's behaviour who was trying to act calm even though her face showed total nervousness found it amusing. So the word 'cute' unconsiously slipped through his lips.

"Is there anything you wanted to do? I mean w-why are w-we here?" Y/N asked Ryota. He just noded his head and went towards the gang and lit a cigarette and startes smoking. Y/N did not know what to do and how to react so she went on the corner and sat down trying to forget the place she is in.

All the guys were staring at Y/N as she was some piece of meat and they were the hungry wolves but the only thing that kept them from approaching her was the person who she came with. They knew one wrong move and their life would be on line.

Y/N was trying hard to get off her mind when she felt her phone buzz. She opened her phone and it was from Xiang.

Xi Oppa (Xiang himself named the contact as Xi oppa because he thinks its cute.)

-Where are you?

-I am worried sick. Come till

Lunch no matter what. You

Have a lot to explain.

Y/N chuckled to herself as seeing how anxious the Xiang was. She was gonna reply when her phone got snatched.

"Yah- she stopped when she saw who it was. Ryota was going through her message with Xiang. She stood there gulping. Ryota eyed her and gave her mobile back.

"Aren't you scared and feeling weird in a place like this to chuckle while using your phone to text someone and chuckle. You are surrounded all by boys you know." Ryota asked still smoking.

Y/N stared at him for a while before smiling at him. "Why should I be scared when I am with you? And how can I stand by your side to repay you while I get scared by little things such as these?"

And V remained speechless. He ruffled Y/N's hair while she pouted. It made her feel like a puppy but she was one in eyes of Ryota. A lost puppy who he needed to protect and he did without his conscience knowing.

"You sure talk a lot huh? Le'ts go or your best friend will die of a heart attack." With that Ryota pulled Y/N with him with a small smile forming on his lips which was barely noticeable.

Once they were out of the base Y/N chuckled slowly but did not go unnoticed by Ryota . He raised his eyebrows looking at Y/N which she understood.

"Its nothing." She replied.

"You really are one wierd girl. Aren't you? How come your parents keep up with your wierdness on daily basis?" V spoke bluntly without knowing the fact that she had no parents to keep up with her wierdness.

"Yeah, I wonder that too." Y/N said while looking at the blue sky while smiling, leaving Ryota in even more confused state. (A/N: I love how Y/N did not say abt her parents to gain pity.)
