Death : Mystery Unsolved

" Ahhh! "  she screamed beneath the burly figure. 

A girl, most likely to be in her eighteen, was lying on the ground. Her entire being covered with injuries from normal to the serious… the very serious one. While,the burly figure was standing atop her, as high and mighty as Mount Everest. 

His left leathery shoe was placed on top of her face... which already was rolling on the dirt and dust filled ground. She could see that this time she is done for. The blood started flowing out of her mouth, giving her a more pathetically pitiful appearance.

"Need help!" a man who was sitting on his motorbike, leisurely enjoying this scene till this very moment asked. And the person, who till now was rolling in the ground like a football of the burly man, gritted her teeth very tightly.

"No thanks." she almost roared at him.  Like, she would rather love to die than beg for help from him. 

And as if her survival instinct kicked in, she tried to move the rest of her body...  which was currently being one with dirt and dust on the ground. Her body, which was lying flat on the ground, started stirring, and very soon, she started recoiling herself; just like a fetus coil around the umbilical cord, in its mother's womb. 

Then, when her hands could finally touch her feet; she stretches her arm a little, uncovers the outermost leather stocking a little, then she brought her 'Beretta M9' from it's hiding and without wasting a single breath, aim at the forehead of the burly figure and 'Bang'  shot at him. 

As for the burly figure, who was still as high and mighty as Mount Everest, the moment earlier... loses his momentum and falls flat into the ground. 

As for a certain lazy figure, he just faked a yawn at her sloppy, clumsy process of dealing with the enemy. But, she pretends not to see that taunting in his eyes and actions. 

But before, she could celebrate her little victory... 'Bang', 'Bang', 'Bang'...  the sounds of gunshots and bullet firing could be heard. And this time, even the lazy figure moved swiftly while using his motorbike as a hiding cover for himself. 

But she was confused, 'Didn't they agree... that if she will kill this fellow then they will surrender? Then are they going against their words?' She stares at the people.. who were standing in their safe places while launching firing bullets at her and her partner. The type of people, who can’t even honour their words. Typical Cheat breed of humans. 

As for her 'so-called partner', he was already hiding behind his vehicle. And she couldn't help but breathe another sigh... which was the nth one of the day.  'Why? Why on this earth, she has to get such an arrogant, egoistic bastard as her partner for this mission? Just why?' 

She didn't hide like a certain someone, she just stood her ground, as according to the scientific and geological logic, it is the safest place. And she was right, not even a single bullet touched her... all thanks to the complicated terrain of land, she was in ... like, if she wants then it would be a piece of cake for her, to kill all of these ‘Gangsters’. 

But unfortunately, she needs them alive. Like not all of them. Just either one or two surviving witnesses, who can feed them with the information they need... the reason behind the fight between her and that burly figure. As she needs information and they need her life. 

As for her partner, he is just acting like An Emperor, who was there just to enjoy the show. 

As if this mission is solely her responsibility. Another sigh! ‘Nevermind! Just bear a little, my lady. Finish this mission and then finish him too.’ She tried to console herself. 

“What are you waiting for, Saheeda begum? Just leave two alive and kill the rest.”and his deep magnetic, mysterically cold yet dangerous voice echoed in her ears... which resonated in the surrounding environment , with the sound of bullet firing. And as expected, all the gangsters shivered involuntarily just by listening to this deep,magnetic voice which carries the edge of danger and death altogether with it.

As for her, she just rolled her eyes at a certain cowardly guy, who only knows how to place her under the hatredness’s limelight ( it literally means making her ,his  scapegoat..or to grind one’s own axe by tricking other and in the meantime who is tricked unable to understand so). Like , it was the clear declaration as well as indication to all the fellows present that ‘if you want to live then kill her.’ And a command to her, from him , ‘to kill them’ at the same time. 

And after releasing another sigh, about her unpredictable future,she picks up her gun.. mark the two fellow to whom she won’t harm and then one by one started aim for other fellows foreheads and ‘Bang’, ‘Bang’, ‘Bang’... and just like that the entire empty alleyway was filled with sounds of bullets from both side. 

While she was at advantage,all thanks to the terrain of land, most of the time in order to reach her aimed fellows, she had to move.. Thus she narrowly escaped death for more than 3 times. But after the bloodbath which continued for the entire half an hour, the condition finally seemed to be in her favour. And finally after struggling for more than 20 minutes... she finally managed to deal with all the fellows. Leaving only two fellows behind. 

For information purpose. 

She turned around, only to see her partner;to whom she thought must be hiding behind his motorbike, was standing behind her.. with ‘ Benelli MP95E’ , ‘Beretta 70’ and ‘ Beretta 21A Bobcat’  in his both hands.. while Beretta70 held tightly on his black leather jacket’s back... as it’s a long snipper. 

But, the thing that made her baffled was the fact.. That the smoke was evolving out of both the hand guns, which means they had been used just a few minutes earlier.

But when? She is completely unharmed, uninjured and safe. Now, to whom did he hit... if it’s not her? After all , she knows very well that this fellow carries eagles’ eyes... So , no matter whether human or demon, no one had ever escaped his bullet’s mark. 

Then , what on the earth happened? And what’s with that gravely dangerous expression, as if saying, ‘Try to get distracted again and you will be the next receiver of my bullet.’ 

But then she turned around to check her surroundings, only to find that... when she wasn’t being focused... one of the gang members tried to reach her space,while attacking her sneakily, who had actually crossed the boundary of her safe zone, was lying dead there. So, this is the masterpiece of this fellow. 

She could already imagine her dead body lying in this very safe zone. If it hadn’t been for this very Arrogant,egoistic fellow’s help.

“Thanks for saving my life, Kai. I will be more careful next time.”and she actually lowered her head for the first time... in front of him.. although just a little bit. But her thanks was completely perfuctionary. 

He didn’t say a thing, just move forward.. And started inspecting the dead bodies... since from now onwards, it’s his task.. In which he is an expert... which is to extract information. 

Like both of them play their roles, without disturbing others or interfering with other people's business. 

Kai : The Male Lead of the story... An agent by profession , who currently is on a mission with his partner, who is cute , naive, a little childish, but best in her work and profession.

His favourite role is to extract information from the people. 

Saheeda : The female lead of the story... An agent by profession, who currently is on a mission with her partner, who is arrogant , egoistic, and a bit too frosty, but best in his work and profession. Her favourite role is to find out the source from where they could extract some information , negotiation part as well.. Either by words or by weapons.

Reading people and their minds , is the strong point of the Main Characters [Male and Female lead]. But, they can’t read each other’s mind or thoughts though.

Another important information; Kai and Saheeda,are perfunctory names or the pseudonyms. As the main characters are agents . 

And agents do not reveal their identities or names. So , in future ,the readers might get more names to read. So , please don’t get confused.
