CHAPTER 8

ART ROOM

Christiano smirked, ‘Then let’s give them something better Caramella’ and kissed her strongly in front of the press who cameras lights like the midnight summer fireworks before they two of them escaped the crowd heading upstairs and ended up in the painting room.

‘We should be safe here,’ Caramella mentioned.

Christiano nodded, ‘Okay,’ observing the portrait sketches and paintings in the room he knew she loved art from the portfolio given to him by her parents to study and asked, ‘You did all these?’ sounding impress and he was.

‘Yeah I love to sketch and paint I have an art gallery in Marseille,’ Caramella smiled.

‘Very cool I would love to visit there and see the rest of your work,’ Christiano answered.

She smiled, ‘I can take you there tomorrow if you want. I have nothing prepared for tomorrow,’ despite the organ auction systems she need to terminate at nights.

‘Ah, if I wasn’t so booked I like that a lot but I can’t I have a business meeting to attend too,’ Christiano stated but it was obviously lie, she was his business.

Caramella pouted, ‘Awe…maybe another time…I didn’t catch your name by the way.

‘It’s Santos,’ Christiano introduced himself as his middle name picking up a paint brush before looking up at another canvas with a painting of a tropical flower.

‘Are you relating to Lena Santos?’ Caramella frowned still disliking the actress.

Christiano laughed, ‘Of course not! She isn’t beautiful enough to be my relative.

Caramella thought he was right because he was handsomer than most men in the world she had seen, his black hair stood out like the night sky and those green-bluish eyes capture like a dazzling ocean as the sunrise and chuckled, ‘What about me?

Christiano faced her and approach her before pinning against the wall and smirked, ‘You’re more like my life partner. You carry the stars of beauty within your eyes, within your lips everytime you speak and your skin is like caramel daring me taste your sweetness,’ kissing her neck as she moaned leaving a love bite.

‘Err…Santos what are you thinking about?’ Caramella started.

‘Mm…..just trying to get underneath your clothes,’ he hummed.

Caramella smirked, ‘I want to get underneath yours too’ and kissed him as she thought, ‘As much as I want to joy this I have stop auction system’ and moaned, ‘Santos…I’m…’

‘What baby?’ Christiano asked and kissing her as she continued.

‘So sorry,’ Caramella smirked as he pulled away.

‘Why?’ He asked before she pressed the pressure point in his throat as he passed out on the floor.

‘Because I have to save the people,’ Caramella admitted and snooped kissing his lips and left the art room.

Changed into her proofed and weapon suit with her metallic heels she escaped through the window running on the roof before gliding off landing across the fence and then she hopped on her motorcycle and rode off to the Organist’s next auction, it was the cinema. Infinity Wars had just come out young people and adults had packed the cinema to watch the marvel superheroes movie. Caramella removed her black helmet and leaped off the bike she parked it beside a nearby café before she paid her ticket and entered the theater building. Instead of going and watched the movie she sneaked into the back crawling into an air vent to second floor. She overheard voices scheming a plan explaining the moment there was an intermission in the movie and lights were off individuals would be taken from their seats and be drugged placed in a slide leading to the back alley where a truck would be waiting until the collection was done. Caramella didn’t like what she heard and aiming her silence shooter at her targets she shot them in their heads dead while the others who started gunning. She slid down the air vent and sneaked out through the back door dressed like one of the employees. The truck with a few unconscious bodies was driving away. ‘Shit! I can’t let them go,’ Caramella thought aloud and accessed her motorcycle with voice command since it had an artificial program running it named Suyu.

‘Suyu crash into 4758 truck,’ She ordered.

‘My pleasure,’ Suyu answered.

It scanned the location of the vehicle and rode across the back alley’s entrance colliding into the hood of their vehicle.

‘Thanks Suyu,’ Caramella smiled as she saw the truck driver came out yelling angrily.

‘What the heck?’ said thirty year old man pulling out his loaded gun behind his back.

The other passenger’s door revealing another man called Irwin armed, ‘Devino! It’s a set up.

‘Stephen and his men will pay for this!’ Devino answered.

Caramella laughed at the men, ‘What do you know about payback?

‘Who are you?’ Irwin asked aiming at Caramella.

Devino smirked at her, ‘You’re such a beautiful woman. You know this won’t end well, right?

‘I love the way you think? But your assumption is wrong,’ Caramella smiled shooting at the guys who took cover at the sides of the truck. They were blasting at her but their bullets didn’t penetrate her suit and skin armor.

‘What kind of monster are you?’ Irwin hollered.

Caramella smiled, ‘The last one you’ll see’ and shooting directly at their heads; the bullets pierced their skull and brain as blood streamed down their faces as their bodies fell onto the ground without life. ‘Dead men aren’t difficult to deal with,’ she said and then she ripped out their organs inserting a bomb into their bodies and left the scene as it exploded.

She activated her camouflage device and it transformed her suit and heels maroon and joined the rest of civilians who fled the site running for their lives while screaming. While the police and fire engines drove the scenery and hosed down the alley, Caramella had already made Suyu hacked someone’s smart-vehicle and was on her way driving to the habour. She remembered Stephen and Pique’s delivery; a mega yacht fill with drugged women arrived at the port.

‘Suyu has everyone left the mega yacht?’ Caramella asked.

Suyu replied, ‘Not yet there seem to be an activity taking place. Like a party.

‘A party? Put it on the screen please,’ Caramella said.

Suyu accessed her phone, ‘Okay’ and created a digital hologram which displayed the commotion.

Caramella noticed Stephen, Pique and their acquaintances were having a great time

‘Swimming in the ocean doesn’t sound nice when it’s a cold,’ Caramella frowned.

Suyu laughed and admitted, ‘Why you think your suit is waterproof and has its own heater?

‘Ah, yes, I forgot. Thanks for the reminder,’ Caramella sighed.

‘Anytime Clara,’ Suyu answered and retreated to her quarters. .

Caramella nodded pulling up at the harbor’s entrance. No longer in her suit but wearing a short cream dress and heels with shades she strolled into the port stunning everyone; mostly male employees walking passed each other boarding the mega yacht since it was an open ‘matchmaker’ party event for the single ladies. She couldn’t believe that was their cover up and desperate floods their yacht like mermaids. Little did they know that their prince charming just loved their organs and a good intercourse session whether they were dead or alive. Stepping inside many women crowded Pique while Stephen was busy entertainment the young heiress named Melissa of a global jewelry company. His attention shifted onto Caramella who smiled, ‘Hi’ and that made him excuse himself as he approached her.

‘Hello there, thank you for coming, I’m Stephen Sliver the host of this event,’ Stephen introduced.

Caramella smiled, ‘My pleasure, I’m Melanin Cruz. You have a fantastic yacht.

‘This is nothing compare to what’s back home,’ Stephen smirked.

Caramella asked, ‘I see, anyway, where’s the bathroom?

‘Straight down the hall to your right, beautiful,’ Stephen flirted kissing her cheek.

Caramella blushed with a smile, ‘Thanks, I hope your lady friend over there don’t get too jealous of us.

Stephen glanced at Melissa to realised she was leaving.

‘Excuse me for a moment, Melanin. I’ll be right back,’ Stephen smiled rushing over to Melissa.

Caramella took the opportunity to escape into the crowd of women heading straight for the bathroom. When she got there Pique appeared to be busy sucking off someone’s face as she slid into the bathroom, a few women were doing their make-up as she smiled before entering the cubicle she noticed the window; her chance for escape and for her plans to commence. When they left their chatting gossip disappeared. Caramella exited the cubicle locked the bathroom door and set up the explosives in hidden corners of the bathroom and then she used her laser gun cut out the window and pushing herself up she looked through it and realised she had a long distance to swim. She went out of the window and fell into the water diving and up for a breath before swimming under until she reached to shore and summoned her motorcycle. Caramella smirked looking at the mega yacht before she pressed the debutante button which exploded the boat. Screaming embraced the air; guests who weren’t on the yacht were running to safety. Among them were Stephen and Pique as she frowned.

‘They never die, do they?’ Caramella spoke to herself and then her motorcycle arrived. She hopped on it activated her untraceable device in her suit; helmet and bike that vanishes her from the surveillance system and satellites trackers as she rode off to her house and got ready for her second party.
