Chapter 14

CHAPTER 14

MR & MRS PHOTOGRAPIC: KING & QUEEN

They exited the palace and boarded Lionel’s vehicle. He drove to Paris after having a coffee at fabulous café called Bella Café. They roamed the streets talking about anything interesting and buying a couple of snacks. Before they stumbled across Ray and beautiful identical woman as Caramella thought, ‘She looks just like him. She must be his relative’ as he looked at her shockingly.

‘Caramella?’ Ray questioned surprisingly.

Caramella’s eyes open widely, ‘Oh? Hey!

The beautiful woman was Samantha, his older sister. She eye-raped Lionel from head to toe as a small annoying smile appeared on his lips. He thought, ‘She gives me the creeps.’ She faced Christiano who had a stern look; glaring at Ray.

‘This is my sister, Samantha,’ Ray introduced.

Samantha smiled, ‘Hi! Please to meet you. I’ve heard a lot about you from my little brother.

Caramella smiled, ‘Oh? Well Thanks, same to you. These are my friends.

‘Friends with benefits?’ Ray asked teasingly.

‘What? No…’ Caramella answered glaring at him.

‘Never thought you did move on so fast,’ Ray smirked watching her cheeks flushed and his heart sank. When he remembered his mission: He was a hired hitman. He was supposed to kill Caramella but he fell in love with her and paid the money for her freedom off his father’s hit list. For that she owed him; he remembered when he was drank she took care of him. When he got in a fight and end up in jail she bailed him out. Her love was addictive; he loved her as bad as he loved chocolate smoothies. He looking back at the past was great with her and he realised she faced him frustrated as he listened to her speak.

Caramella pulled Christiano’s arm and smiled slyly, ‘Well actually this is my fiancé. We’re getting married soon.

Christiano was surprised before getting himself, ‘Why are you telling the world?

Ray laughed at his reaction and looked at her, ‘Oh?’ since she was so nervous yet bold. ‘Really then? Congratulations. When’s the wedding I did like to come.

‘It’s Sunday next weekend Ray at my place. You can bring whoever you want except your girlfriend, Lena,’ Caramella warned.

Ray smirked, ‘I’ll definitely be there with my sister’ and he watched she forced a smile on.

‘Awesome,’ Samantha smiled licking her lips at Lionel who shook with displeasure looking away. ‘I’ll get you soon, honey,’ she thought smirking.

‘Good, anyways see you Sunday, Ray,’ Caramella smiled before walking off as Christiano and Lionel followed.

‘I’ll get her back,’ Ray whispered looking at her back as she disappeared across with her friends.

Samantha looked at Ray warned him, ‘You’re making a stupid mistake. She’s already getting married.

‘It’s never too late for what I want,’ Ray answered smirking as he overheard his sister’s sigh.

Samantha shook her head, ‘Don’t coming to my house when you get yourself broken again. Matthew is fed up of you destroying our home,’ she left shaking her head as he smiled in thought, ‘I won’t’ following her into a cab.

Caramella was holding Christiano’s arm resting her head on it. Lionel was behind looked at them and felt a bit jealous and thought hopefully, ‘I might have a chance with Sandra. Since Christiano got Caramella’s heart’ and he started up the wedding idea conversation.

‘How are you going to pull off this fake wedding to blow your ex’s mind away?’ Lionel asked.

Caramella thought about it as she remembered Amelia was getting married at her place and smirked, ‘We’re going to trade places with the real bride and groom to make it look real in front of Ray; will let the guest we know filming a movie for my last novel for princess series called The Ball. It sounds great doesn’t it?

Lionel raise an eyes and smiled, ‘Yeah, I’ll be happy to help if you want.

‘Thanks, we’ll need all the help we can get. Because it’s actually my best friend’s, Amelia’s wedding that’s going to be on Sunday,’ Caramella informed.

Christiano added, ‘I’ll not scold you for this but the guys and I will make it like our wedding for you.

‘Okay, let’s fake wedding begin!’ Caramella smiled and the guys smirked.

Afterward Lionel dropped them off at the palace. He hugged her goodbye before saying he’ll stop by earlier on Sunday for Amelia’s wedding. Caramella and Christiano joined Sandra, Amelia to the movie: ‘10 things I hate about you.’ The right movie for Caramella to challenge her negative thoughts about Christiano and she couldn’t any, they were all positive. A bowl of popcorn in her hands she watched in silence. Caramella was focus. Christiano was sitting on a chair beside her, well, three chairs away.

‘Why did you make him sit so far?’ Amelia asked.

Caramella smiled, ‘He can never keep his hands to himself.

‘Is he good in bed?’ Sandra asked.

Caramella blushed with eyes wide open and her friends laughed at her surprise expression.

‘Sandra?’ Caramella laughed smiling. ‘Let’s just watch them movie.

Christiano thought, ‘There conversation is obviously about me. I wonder what they’re talking about.

Christiano watched Caramella leaned over Amelia’s lap to tap Sandra. He sneaked in closer as she was about to turn her arm flexed giving him an uppercut to the chin.

‘Ow! Caramella! Can’t you watch where you’re going?’ He winced in pain.

She turned quickly apolitically, ‘I’m sorry…’ rubbing popcorn on his chin.

‘What are you doing?’ He asked watching her strangely.

‘I’m so sorry Christiano. It’s the only thing I could have find it was much closer,’ she explained childishly as the girls laughed.

‘Will you stop it?’ Christiano frowned trying not to laugh.

Caramella got up walking in front of him; instantly he placed his foot in her way on purpose as she fell on him. Her back facing him but her butt was in contact with my member.

‘I fell back in my chair,’ she laughed.

But Amelia and Sandra cleared their throats in amusement as they pointed at her empty seat then she realised she was sitting on Christiano.

‘What are you doing now?’ He asked.

Caramella got up quickly, ‘Sorry I got to the bathroom,’ she lied.

Christiano followed her, ‘You aren’t going anywhere…’

She ran, ‘Yes I am.

He ran after her as he passed the other bodyguards: Dustin and Lucas who watched him chase after her.

‘Need help Santos?’ Dustin asked.

‘Christiano?’ Lucas questioned.

‘Nah, I can handle this troublemaker myself,’ Christiano answered running passed them as they laughed.

‘Troublesome girl, don’t you think Dustin,’ Lucas asked.

‘Of course; why do you think Christiano is babysitting her?’ Dustin said laughing.

Chasing Caramella all over the house running up the connected staircases; tired Christiano and Caramella fell onto the staircase breathing heavily as he grabbed her foot.

‘Let go of me and I won’t kick your pretty face or don’t let go of me and I still kick you,’ she threatens; struggling to move her foot.

‘Okay,’ Christiano answered letting her go.

Caramella stood holding onto the railing and he did the same in front of her. She missed a step falling into his arms. Christiano lost balance since he was tired falling over her as their lips met they ended up kissing each other. Her body was totally covered by his, no one could tell she was actually there. The surprise in her eyes and blush in her cheeks made his heart skip rapidly.

Then Yunoku appeared below on the other side of the staircase, ‘Christiano have you seen Caramella?

‘No, she’s hiding from me again,’ he lied.

‘Well tell her the cake is done. Her friends are enjoying it,’ Yunoku said.

‘Okay Yunoku,’ Christiano said and Yunoku walked away and goes into the kitchen.

Caramella’s eyes twinkled with awe.

‘Stop watching me it’s frightening,’ Christiano teased leaning in closer she pulls away and hit me on the chest.

‘This is your fault. Stay away from me,’ she scolded.

Christiano smirked, ‘You didn’t tell me when I held you in my arms last night and earlier this morning.

‘That’s different and you’re annoying me,’ Caramella lied blushing.

‘Christiano laughed at her; ‘I don’t think so princess’ and kissed her pulled back slowly.

Caramella wanted more leaning in forward and pouted, ‘Can we head somewhere lot quieter than this.

‘Absolutely,’ Christiano answered helping her up and they made their way to her bedroom and found a board game: checkers. They played while eating snacks and talking, laughing before she fell asleep. Christiano watched her sleep soundly in his arms. ‘She was like a care bear so soft and cuddly,’ he thought with a smile.

‘I promise I’ll always protect you, Caramella,’ he whispered and kissed her forehead.

Her lips were tempting and he did kiss her the third time for the day. He wanted to do much more but thought when she was a wake up fantasies will become alive. Next day:

Caramella wake up to find brown eyes staring at her as she jumped about to roll off bed, ‘What the?

Christiano stopped her and rolled her onto him, ‘You aren’t going anywhere.

‘Why are you doing this to me?’ She asked blushing bit her lower lip.

‘Because you kissed me and punched me in the chin, remember,’ Christiano told her.

‘It was an accident,’ She whined. ‘Now get off me.

‘No, not until you say the magic word,’ Christiano teased.

‘Will you get off me please…’ she said.

‘That’s not it,’ he smirked.

Caramella groaned, ‘Can you please pretty please sexy cherry on top of all sexiness get off me please, Christiano.

He laughed and blushed embarrassingly, ‘No, that’s not it either but it made me laugh though.

Christiano turned her over onto him as she sat on him and asked, ‘So what is it? Cause if you’re going to make me look stupid again. I’m going to ruin you.

‘Seriously,’ Christiano smirked. ‘How are you going to do it?

Caramella grabbed her phone and smirked, ‘Like this’ and took photos of Christiano framing him. She ran into the closet to hide. She locked it. The pictures were very convincing as she entered the secret pathway door that led to another room filled sweet snacks but it was connected to her mirror and bathroom. The moment she dropped her phone, Christiano opened the door as she ran into the secret room. He picked up her phone and realised she sent his photos to her father, his boss.

‘What the heck? Caramella’ Christiano shouted.

She escaped through the mirror behind her door, ‘Bye, Bye Christiano’ running down the hallway laughing.

‘Don’t think for a second I won’t chase you!’ Christiano sprinted and caught by her waist before picking her up like a baby shouldering her and walking back to the bedroom as the guys laughed.

Late afternoon, the women dressed in suits attending a vintage wedding gowns auction in central Paris. Christiano, Dustin, Lucas and Yunoku were nearby keeping watch over them among the guests mostly desperate and wealthy women. Auctioneer commenced the auction introducing a sliver bearded transparent French lace Princess designed ball gown called Winter’s Snow Gown.

‘Winter’s Snow Gown is made by a French designer in Marseille in the 18 centaury. It worth 7.5 billion because of the delicate (white gold) sliver bearded work and silk span with lace is a brilliant combination of fine fashion and art,’ the auctioneer announced.

Many awed at the beautiful gown and Amelia’s heart was caught by the master piece.

‘I love the wedding dress but if only my budget can go so high,’ Amelia frowned crying a little.

Caramella and Sandra wrapped their arms around shoulder, ‘Why you we here for?

Amelia smiled, ‘You girls are the greatest!’ and she watched Caramella bid out all the ladies who cried and was irritated by this outcome. Minutes later, they were back home enjoying a talent show set up by Annabelle, Sam with the help of Christiano, Dustin, Lucas, Yunoku and the rest of the bodyguards.

‘Ladies and gentlemen,’ Sam and Annabelle started.

Lucas hosted as well, ‘We bring you The Majestic Talent Show!

‘First up, Dustin will play Justin Bieber- Cold Water on his acoustic guitar and sing,’ Annabelle and Sam smiled walking off the stage in the theater room.

Caramella, Amelia and Sandra laughed and then got serious before walking Dustin walked on the stage and sat on the chair. Signaling the DJ who was Lucas to play the instrumental. Once it was on, Dustin played his guitar and sang surprising everyone because his voice sounded almost like the real deal.

‘I’ll jump in cold, cold water for you,’ Dustin sang and switching smoothly into the chorus. ‘Don’t let go, don’t let go…I’ll be your lifeline tonight, so don’t let go….’ ending the song brilliantly.

The women and everyone else the room cheered as he smiled exiting the stage.

‘What a fantastic performance by Dustin,’ Annabelle smiled.

‘Let’s give another round of applause,’ Sam added.

‘As we heard over to Yunoku’s Cooking Show with his lovely assistants,’ Lucas smiled as they applauded.

Yunoku strolled in a giant seven-layer cake with Annabelle and Sam. He had a sterilised fencing sword and sculptured a picture of the girls in the cake. He served another cake with drinks to everyone; playing PSY- Gangnam Style doing martial arts tricks; back flipping, tricking and throwing a pie in Lucas’s face before running away being chased by Lucas with a pie.

‘Okay that’s one didn’t go as plan but the cake was splendid,’ Annabelle laughed.

‘Our next act is Christiano’s Football Tricks,’ Sam announced.

Everyone including Caramella faced Christiano was wearing a football player uniform kneeing the ball before balancing it on his head and then bouncing it on his head. Then chest it kicking the soccer ball up kneeing it again. Daring everyone to count with him to see how long he could keep going with the ball. After counting he arrived on twenty it was decent as he kicked the ball through the defense line of bodyguards scoring a goal as everyone cheered.

‘That was a great goal scored by Christiano, up next we have, Caramella who’s going to sing for us, Tegan and Sara-Closer, Karaoke Style’ Annabelle smiled.

‘What? I can’t sing, Annabelle,’ Caramella blushed embarrassedly.

‘Oh come on, Aunt Caramella, it’s just for fun,’ Sam pouted.

Amelia smiled at her, ‘Go on ahead Caramella! Sing!

‘Sing Clara!’ Sandra smirked.

Caramella blushed awkwardly before grabbing the microphone from Sam walking onto the stage, ‘Okay, cue the music!’ she turned her back on everyone as the music started forgetting everything diving into the beat and lyrics. Then she started to sing; surprising everyone including Christiano.

‘All I want to get is, a little bit closer…uh…all I wanna know is can you come a little closer uh…’ swaying to the beat and jump with her close eyes she dances around as soon as she feel confident enough she opens staring at Christiano who blushed in awe. Everyone joined in with her as she smiled.

Hours went by and turned into night; tomorrow would be Caramella’s birthday. But tonight; they decided to have throw a pageant with the guys called Mr & Ms Photographic: Introduction and questionnaire, talent, swimwear, evening wear and final results for the contestants crowning their king and queen being of photographic.

‘Ladies and gentleman I’m Lionel. I’m host for tonight; apparently someone forgot to give me the memo,’ Lionel smirked at Caramella who blushed as Sandra and Amelia laughed while the poked their heads through red curtain.

‘I didn’t know it was the girls, idea!’ Caramella explained from behind the curtain.

Lionel and the guys laughed.

He continued, ‘Since we sought that out; let’s introduce the contestants! Annabelle, Sam, Sandra, Amelia, Caramella, Christiano, Dustin, Yunoku and Lucas for Mr & Ms Photographic!

They were centered front. Dressed their summer dresses, straw hats, casual tropical shirts and khaki pants with slippers they modeled on the stage as the music played: Why Don’t We-Nobody Gotta Know.

‘Don’t they look lovely folks?’ Lionel smiled and the bodyguards cheered. ‘Moving on to introductions and questionnaire. First contestant, Annabelle!

Annabelle modeled down the stage like a runway to Lionel as she strike a pose with a smiled and her hands on her hips, ‘Hi Lionel!

‘Hello Annabelle, tell the audience about yourself,’ Lionel said.

Annabelle faced the guys, ‘Hey everyone! I’m Annabelle; I’m ten years old and I love too bake.

‘Your first question is what would do if you were the president of France?’ Lionel asked.

Annabelle smiled, ‘If I was the president of France I would increase the labourers pay and invest into health care to take better of elderly and ill children.

‘I bet you would, thank you, Annabelle,’ Lionel smiled and she walked back into her position. ‘Next contestant: Sam can you tell us about yourself,’ he added.

Sam stepped front, ‘Ladies and gentleman. I’m Sam, I’m eight years old and I prefer dancing and rapping than ballet.

‘That’s cool, how you removed poverty in your country?’ Lionel asked reading from card of questions given by the bodyguards.

Sam answered, ‘I would provide more jobs, homes and food banks in the country to help the less fortunate.

‘Good answer, Sam,’ Lionel smiled and the guys applauded. ‘Next contestants are Sandra, Amelia and Caramella. Tell us about yourselves, ladies.

Sandra greeted, ‘Hi guys! I’m Sandra. I’m a mother and have a beautiful daughter named Sam and a pretty niece named Annabelle. My age is mystery and I love walking on the beach and going camping with my best friends.

‘Sandra we want to know your age. I’m guessing you’re twenty-eight,’ Lionel said.

Sandra shrugged flirtatiously, ‘I’m thirty and flirty’ she poked his nose as the guys laughed.

‘Unbelievable that’s really amazing,’ Lionel blushed smiling as the guys teased him as he ignored them. ‘Here’s your question Sandra: If a problem arises among your friends for example; your two friends like the same guy but he secretly has a girlfriend whose friend with you; how would solve that issue?’ Lionel asked.

Sandra said, ‘I would inform my friends that he has girlfriend and show them a video of the guy and his girl making out. That will solve everything and bring them closer as friends; advising them to do a thorough check on the guys they like and don’t date same guy.

‘Impressive, Amelia, darling,’ Lionel started gesturing to her introduction.

Amelia smiled and waved at everyone who awed at her prettiest and she introduced, ‘Hi gentlemen! Since there are no ladies in the audience except for being on stage. Like I would to say I’m the magnificent Amelia, I’m twenty-nine years old. I love reading adventure novels and comic books. I spent most of my time with my daughter, Annabelle and she’s my star.

Lionel and everyone clapped as he added, ‘Amelia, your question is how do you open people eyes to see that love is more important than race?

‘A race without love causes problems. If you love someone who’s out of your race don’t let history and family traditions stop you from finding happiness. Your parents created you out of love, it’s time for you to create your own family with the person you love. That person who’s right for your life could be anywhere in this world waiting for you,’ Amelia smiled.

Lionel smiled and everyone agreed, ‘Wonderful answer indeed, Amelia. Caramella…’

‘Hi everyone! I’m Caramella; I’m twenty-seven years old. I love hanging out with my friends and writing novels. When I’m not doing that; I tend to watch a marathon of marvel and DC movies while eating popcorn and ice cream and on the afternoons I paint and train in favourite martial art.

‘Sounds really nice,’ Lionel and the guys agreed. ‘Here’s your question, Caramella: What if you were an angel who would you saved in this earth?

Caramella thought, ‘What an odd question’ and answered, ‘I would save everyone; we all have sins and we always take shortcuts that ends up throwing us into a ditch. Many people living on this earth today got mislead. I rather help them find their way out of that ditch and bring into a beautiful place where they can breathe easily and have happiness. For example; like a garden, we can all gather around the table and have a fun picnic with no worries.

‘I love that!’ Lionel smiled and the others agreed. ‘Next contestants: Christiano, Dustin, Yunoku and Lucas. Guys; you all have one question each other. Tell introduce yourselves’ and they nodded.

Christiano stepped forward, ‘I’m Christiano, I’m head bodyguard in charge of our troublemaker, Caramella; my fiancé.

‘What?’ everyone including Caramella yelled looking at her surprisingly?

Lionel laughed, ‘You going to pull this out? Their wedding is Sunday, we’re having two weddings: Amelia and her fiancé, Andrew I just found out he arrived in the country is on his way here. Christiano and Caramella’s fake wedding, she’s trying to make her ex jealous and leave her alone for good. We need to make their wedding look like the real deal, okay.

Everyone understood, ‘Okay’ and the other said, ‘Let’s continue with the pageant!

‘Okay, Christiano please continue,’ Lionel added.

Christiano nodded, ‘Ever since I met my future wife I’ve been sleeping less’ and everyone chuckled looking at Caramella who blushed.

‘That’s not true!’ She lied laughing and everyone knew it.

He smiled, ‘Sure…besides that I love spending with my fiancé and heading out at nights to practice some football to clear my head. If not doing that I tend to enjoy eating cuisines made by our head chef, Yunoku, my good friend.

Lionel smiled, ‘Great! Here’s your first question: Christiano if you could go back in time what would you have done better in life?

‘I would have trained more to be professional footballer. Maybe take up some cooking classes to be a great chef so I can enjoy what I make that’s edible to eat,’ Christiano smiled and everyone laughed.

Lionel chuckled and continued, ‘So would I. Dustin, my brother, step right up.

‘I’m Dustin. I’m twenty-seven years old, I’m second in command. If not taking the surveillance system I spent time in the art room on afternoons playing my guitar and singing. I always wanted to be singer but I end up being a bodyguard. It’s an interesting job,’ Dustin said.

Lionel added, ‘Singer? You should go for it Dustin?

‘I will when I have of course,’ Dustin smiled.

Lionel nodded, ‘Okay Dustin, here’s the question: What would you change in your personality?

‘My hot temper and self doubt, I would like to be a better person that can react calmly in tough situations. And have more confidence in myself and don’t stress about what others think about me,’ Dustin said.

Lionel shook his head with a smile, ‘Good choice; I agreed too. Next up, Yunoku.

‘Hi guys! I’m Yunoku, and I’m still young,’ he quipped and they laughed. ‘I prefer cooking and baking, than sculpturing. And if I’m doing what I love, I spent enjoying a bike ride around the palace on afternoons.

Lionel nodded, ‘Sounds relaxing after we finish here can you make a chocolate soufflé? I have a bit of a sweet tooth tonight.

‘Sure, of course,’ Yunoku smiled and everyone shouted they wanted theirs too. ‘I’ll make a bunch you all so calm down.

Lionel laughed, ‘Here’s your question, Yunoku: what does the world need to stop crime?

‘In order to stop crime the world needs love, unity and kindness. Once you have love among each other there will be no more crime because everyone is working together to have a better life. And mostly, importantly a good mentality, being able to forgive and be kind to help others in need instead of belittling them. Belittlement cause jealousy and envy, and that forms crime,’ Yunoku explained.

Everyone applauded and Lionel added, ‘That’s so right, Yunoku. Moving on, Lucas tells us what’s going on with you, man?

‘Hey guys! I’m Lucas. I spent most of time looking at everyone. When I have spare time I play video games: Mario, Street Fighter, King of Fighters, Samurai Showdown, Kirby, Sonic and many others,’ Lucas smiled.

Lionel smiled, ‘I used to play Sonic when I was younger, here’s your first question, Lucas: Christmas is right around the corner, how would you spend your Christmas day?

‘What an easy question,’ Lucas thought. ‘Probably family and friends, since my family is in Brazil; I guess with friends shopping for gifts and watching Christmas movies while eating a great meal.

Lionel nodded and everyone applauded as he continued, ‘I like that too Lucas. Next round talent’ and everyone head backstage to change into their talent costumes. Annabelle and Sam preformed together Katy Perry-Last Friday Night. Sandra, Amelia, Caramella preformed like a trio girl group singing a Janet Jackson-All For You. Christiano and Yunoku, did a comedy cooking act while Dustin sang Charlie Puth-Attention and Lucas played a video game; winning the highest score in King of Fighters. Afterward Annabelle, Sam and Caramella were a one-piece swimsuit with shorts, slippers and beach ball as she played with them; it was adorable for the guys. Sandra and Amelia wore their bikinis enticing the guys, especially Lucas who couldn’t move his eyes off Amelia who blushed before posing. The rest of the guys wore beach trousers with their floaters with one-two causal tropical shirts. Then evening wear, Caramella wore a beautiful gold and pink Kimono gown and paired with Christiano who wore a gold tuxedo. Sandra had white mermaid gown paired with Dustin; who wore same colour tuxedo. Amelia has a blue satin gown and Lucas wore the same colour tuxedo. Annabelle and Sam wore pink and white princess dresses paired with Yunoku who wore pink and white stripe tuxedo. Then final results for the contestants crowning their king and queen being of photographic was revealed.

‘And you Mr & Ms Photographic: Annabelle, Sam and Yunoku, lastly, the King and Queen are: Christiano and Caramella!’ Lionel added. ‘It was tied’ and he handed them crowns and flowers.

Everyone applauded whistling and giving thumbs up at the results smiling. Later on, the mansion drowned in silence with pillows fluffed; Sandra, Amelia settled in Caramella’s bedroom for a sleepover. Meanwhile, Christiano, Dustin, Lucas and Yunoku were in the surveillance room. Annabelle and Sam were asleep in their room and the rest of the bodyguards patrolled in the premises and indoors. On the other hand, Caramella had finished dressed in her silk rose coloured pajamas walking out of the bathroom feeling refreshed.

‘What are we watching tonight?’ She asked.

‘How about Princess Dairies? Or The Ball?’ Sandra pulled out two DVDs from the movie shelf.

Amelia was texting her fiancé, ‘I don’t feel like watching any princess movie,’ she frowned a little; a bit sadden about something.

Caramella and Sandra’s attention goes straight to her, ‘What’s wrong?

‘Andrew wants us to call off the wedding,’ Amelia cried.

‘What?’ Caramella and Sandra yelled.

‘Why?’ Caramella asked.

Sandra asked, ‘Did he cheat on you, Amelia?

‘I don’t know. He’s getting cold feet and needs time to think,’ Amelia explained.

Caramella frowned, ‘How comes it’s now he wants to do this?

‘I never did like Andrew for you, Amelia,’ Sandra admitted sourly.

Caramella rolled her eyes at her and added, ‘But he made you happy, Amelia.

‘I really don’t want to believe this girls. He’s running away,’ Amelia cried.

Sandra shrugged and sat down on the bed, ‘Maybe it’s good thing and beside you like Lucas anyway, why don’t you marry him?

‘But I knew Andrew longer than Lucas, Sandra. I won’t marry a stranger,’ Amelia replied.

Caramella walked over to her closest and grabbed a three pairs of roller skates, ‘You know what let’s skate like old times’ and she tossed them a pair of roller skates.

Amelia smiled at the roller skates, ‘You kept them all these years?

‘Yeah I thought it will come in handy if one of us was to rant out our problems and need a solution,’ Caramella answered.

Sandra laughed, ‘Best idea we ever came up with during university’ and she putted the roller skates before tying her laces.

Amelia agreed, ‘Yeah, where are we going to roller skate?

‘We’ll race each other first one to get to the football’s field wins,’ Caramella smirked.

Sandra smirked, ‘Just like old times indeed’ and stood up from the bed.

‘Let’s do this,’ Amelia chuckled tying her laces.

Caramella smiled, ‘The time starts now’ and then she and the girls raced through the door skating the down the hall; running down the staircases into the living room heading to the balcony as the guys watched them in amusement as they chased them. Skating through the field racing other each and then Amelia entered the net.

‘We have a winner people!’ Caramella yelled.

Sandra frowned, ‘What the heck? She was quicker than lightning than any of us here.

‘I was,’ Amelia laughed.

Caramella asked, ‘Have you made up your mind?

Amelia stood still for moment in deep thought and sighed a little before she answered, ‘I don’t know Caramella I’m worried.

‘It will be okay if you’re sure about it,’ Sandra added patting her back lightly.

Amelia shook her head, ‘I’m not sure that’s the thing girls. Andrew has never done this before.

‘Then what are you going to do now?’ Caramella asked.

Amelia replied firmly, ‘Wait, that’s all I can do, Caramella’ and then she rolled skate back to the house.
