Description

When Alexis Fisher encountered the new volunteer Patient Services Assistant Bryan H. Grayson, all she had seen was a perfect man with flawless personality that ought to have melt even the heart of an ice. Everyone around him wore a different kind of pleasant smile on their faces. She thought that suffering from a Pulmonary Embolism was unfortunate, her whole life was unfortunate, while Bryan’s life was so perfect and he came from a wealthy Mayor’s family.

Until one day, Bryan emerged at the hospital on a powered wheelchair after he had spent some days absent from his volunteer work. He wanted to care for Alexis and other patients despite the reality that his legs had stopped working.

Apparently, he had a faulty neuron though in his rare case of Parkinson’s disease, all the memories he made with Alexis and everyone was soon to be wiped away, like a ticking time bomb.

What most likely startled Alexis was; did Bryan knew the kind of illness he suffers from, right from the start?
