My name is Aurora. But, you could say the name doesn't suit the carrier. They never did call me by my name anyway. No, he never did call me by my name, he barely even spoke to me.

Once upon a time we were best friends in 3rd grade. But as they say, times do change or more like people change. He turned on me and made it his mission to ruin my life with his group of friends.

I’ve been humiliated, shut out, and gossiped about all through my junior year. His silly pranks and rumors got worse as time wore on, and it definitely broke me.

But he shattered me into tiny bits with the constant bullying, body shaming and fake rumors.

I then made myself sick trying to stay out of everyone's way. Even my fucking parents. I travelled to France my mother's birthplace for a year, just to avoid everybody, thinking maybe it would be a consolation to my already broken self.

Now I’m done hiding from him and everyone, am done being the hidden shame of my parent just because am overweight and too fat to make public appearances for their grand parties and company dinners.

Have spent too much time on wallowing in self guilt and being drenched in my own tears and sorrows It’s time to fight back.
