Chapter 2

Florence sat on her couch and stayed in the whole day. Watching Disney movies on her laptop. Alessa yet again went to another party as per usual, she's such a busy bee.

It was 9 in the evening and the sky looked so wonderful in Florence's eyes.

The sky wasn't dark as its supposed to be. It was indeed gloomy but it was full of stars and the moon shined so brightly and it was full.

She didn't know why but she wanted to take a walk because the sky looked so wonderful in her eyes.

It didn't sound like a good idea considering the time but she's in that age where she does things even though she's not supposed to do it.

Who can blame her tho? The sky wasn't dark as its supposed to be, it's gloomy but it was full of stars and the moon shined so brightly and it was full.

She didn't bother to change her clothes. She took a black coat from her coat closet and head straight out.

The cold damp breeze brushed her cheeks making them red as well as her nose. She loved autumn, the dried leaves on the streets made her happy.

"Isn't it too late for a walk?" A familiar voice she knows weirdly too well exclaimed enough to send chills down her spine.

The blond boy was standing in front of her. His tall frame covering the light ray from the post, his shadow covering Florence's face.

She rolled her eyes, uninterested, she was obviously annoyed because of his sudden appearance. She ignored him just like what she did just a few days ago and the days before that too.

She started walking, still gazing at the sky.

"You know, its rude when you don't answer when someone's talking to you" the familiar boy, wearing the same old black hoodie and his black skinnies with the huge whole on the knee, exclaimed behind her.

Why is he acting too friendly?

Florence walked faster, but he could easily just catch up to her phase.

She silently groaned in frustration, "What do you want?!" She couldn't hide the annoyance in her voice.

"Whoa, feisty. I like that. I'm just being friendly" He shrugged, but we all know that there's something else he's really plotting in his mind.

"I'm not sure I'm allowed to talk to you. Can we just do ourselves a favor and just move on with our lives.. minding our own businesses?"

He snorted, mocking what she just said. Like, her statement was a joke, it made her feel embarrassed.

Her cheeks flushed and she started walking away, 'Was that too harsh?' she questions herself.

She could hear his footsteps behind her. She hated how quiet it was. She felt like her neighborhood was a ghost town.

It was 9 in the evening and the sky looked so wonderful in Florence's eyes but she wondered where everybody was.

The houses have their lights on inside but, why does it have to be so quiet that she is able to hear her own breathing and also his?

"Hey you!" The guy behind him called out.

She didn't answer. She kept walking on her own phase.

"You know what's funny?" the familiar boy, wearing the same old black hoodie and his black skinnies with the huge whole on the knee, laughed to himself.

"What?" She gave up. It was the same question he asked a few days ago.

"I like you and I don't even know what's your name."
