SHANNAH

“ Grrr “ I woke up because of hungriness, geez , I look around and noticed that I’m still in the hospital, as if on a cue a flash of the events that had happened immediately came to me. I sighed with relief as I thought of Zaizen’s stable condition as of now.

“ Abcd “ I murmured the name of my sibling’s savior, I didn’t expect to met him again after the incident in the island but still I’m thankful that he saved my brother. As I can recall he came from a very wealthy and mysterious family, I’m positive that they are capable of killing but he’s job is quite contradicting of their true nature,

“ Aish! “ I said as I shake my head violently for thinking such things that’s not really connected to me and my family, I should stop meddling with others business or else I’ll be in danger.

I slowly stand up and fixed myself in the mirror, I’m hungry, I should grab some food and start looking for any source of income for Zaizen’s treatment. I’m pretty sure that the surgery was pricey so this is what I should be thinking of rather than thinking about others schemes.

As I walked out of the room my face cringe as I noticed a group of men in black walking towards my direction, I was about to ignore them when I realized that their going to my brother’s room. I immediately hurried back and stop them from opening the door.

“ Hello, this is my brother’s room , maybe you’ve mistaken by any chance? “ I said as I look at them . Geez , this guys looks like gangsters in those action movies.

A creepy smile formed on their faces and then a guy showed me a picture of my brother while chuckling.

“ You’re this brat’s sister hm? “ he asked and I slowly nod as an answer.

What’s with this guys? How did they know my brother?

I took a step backward when he leaned unto me and then he whispered something.

“ We know everything about you, we already know that the brat has an older sister but I didn’t expect you’ll be this gorgeous , guess I’ll take you to my boss instead “

My eyes widened in shock because of his statement. He’s bluffing right? That can’t be true, what did he mean by taking me with him? Is he nuts?

“ I’m not bluffing, now don’t take any stupid move and come with us “

“ N-no-- “

“ I’ll kill your family, don’t test me. “ he said as he lean closer to me, I almost shrieked in fear when a cold metal touched my waist.

“ Stand up straight, act normal and be a good fucking girl “

He hold me on my arm and slightly dragged me towards the hospital’s exit, I take a glimpsed at Zaizen’s room and almost burst into tears when I realized that two men stays outside of it.

“ Now, now, don’t be scared. My men won’t do anything to him , well that’s if you happen to change my boss’ mind “ he said and eyed me from head to toe .

My mind went blank because of fear and all I can hear is the loud beating of my heart , a sign of how scared I am at that moment. I don’t know who are this guys and what are they connection to Zaizen but one thing’s for sure, this event is a matter of life and death . I’m not stupid , I’m pretty sure that even I obediently do what they say they will still hurt my family. I need to think, I need to at least inform the police officers about our situation. I bit my lower lip because of frustration, I know that this is a great risk but I need to do a gamble .

“ Let me go! “ I fiercely stated at the guy who’s holding me.

I aggressively tried to free myself from his hold but he’s so strong that I can’t do anything, I lift my left leg and put every strength I have and kicked him between his thighs making him loosened the tight grip of my arms, I hurriedly ran towards the hospitals exit gaining some attention from the crowd, that gave me an idea, I hurriedly ran towards the direction of the hospital’s security guard to seek help but a sudden force pulled me back.

“ What’s happening? “ a nurse asked us while eyeing the man who’s holding me suspiciously.

“ There’s nothing wrong Miss, my wife’s pregnant and we’re kinda- you know having some little misunderstanding “ the man holding me answered the nurse and pulled me closer by my waist, I eyed him murderously and was about to tell the nurse the truth when a cold metal touched the side of my waist.

“ Is that true Maam? “ the nurse asked me, I looked around and realized that we’re already gaining a lot of attention.

I can feel my sweat because of the fear that I’m experiencing right now. My mind can’t process properly and I don’t know what to do anymore.

“ M-miss, c-can you check Zaizen Cendo right n-now? -- “ I stopped from talking when I noticed that the gun moved against my waist as if silencing me from talking, I gulp because of fear but continued talking, I might die because of what I’m doing but I need to save Zaizen.

“ P-private Room 208, c-can you stay with him u-until Dr Abcd a-arrived? “ I almost begged on her , my hands are shaking nervously. I can see the suspicion in the nurse’s eyes and I badly want to tell her what’s happening right now.

“ M-maam- “

“ We are going, your brother’s gonna be alright, no need to ask her that, sorry Miss for my wife’s behavior, you don’t need to do what she said, sorry for wasting your time, “ the man pulled me as we walk towards the exit, I want to look at the nurse but he hold me tightly that I cringed because of pain.

God, please make Zaizen safe. When we’re already at the parking lot the man forcefully drag me towards a car and pushed me to enter. He sat beside me and then did something on his phone while I’m silently shaking with nervousness.

“ Hey? You saw that nurse right? If she ever do any suspicious acts, kill her. “

I look at him wide-eyed because of what he just said, he’s talking with someone on the phone and my body shakes with fear and guilt. I can feel my tears streaming slowly from my eyes , I looked at my hands on my lap as I lose hope .

No, no , no, what should I do? D-damn what did I do?

I looked at him when he suddenly chuckled, I shrieked when he forcefully grab my face tightly while smirking at me, I can’t stop myself from crying and I can’t even lift my arm to defend myself.

“ Scared? Look at what you have done to that innocent nurse bitch, because of your disobedience she’ll lose her life. You know what? bad girls like you deserves a very big punishment “

I’m whistling while walking towards Zaizen’s room, Shannah should be awake now , I guess she’s dying to eat right now. I chuckled because of that thought but my forehead creased when I notice two guys in black that is standing outside the room. Who are they?

I’m about to go and ask them when a nurse suddenly approached me,

“ Dr Abcd- “

“ Sorry , I’m quite busy right now “ I answered automatically not minding her. I was about to walked pass through her when she mentioned Zaizen’s name.

“ What’s with Zaizen Cendo? He’s my patient “ I asked her.

“ D-dr. I-I actually don’t know what happened but there’s a lady who asked me to look after him until you came back, I don’t know why but I-I have a feeling that there’s something wrong. That girl was dragged by her husband but she looks like she’s having a hard time sir, I a-actually don’t know how to explain this but- “ the nurse is having trouble explaining things to me but I suddenly got chills running down my spine .

“ What is she looked like? “ I cut her.

“ She’s beautiful, with a long wavy hair and quite big chest- “

“ Fuck!” I muttered and hurriedly go towards Zaizen’s room.

The two guys didn’t let me enter , “ I’m his Doctor “ I said, and because of that they let me in.

I immediately checked Zaizen and was relieved when I realized he’s still okay, I roamed my eyes in the room and didn’t see Shannah .

I immediately contacted Senri and ordered him to get those two parasite outside the room and bring them to my den .

I’m going to crush them if ever they did something to my Shannah.

As soon as my men arrived, I left Zaizen’s room and go towards the CCTV room of the Hospital. My grip tightened as I watch Shannah being drag by that fucking ugly asshole towards a car. I looked at the time the Security cameras had recorded it and cursed loudly when I had realized that they left the hospital almost one hour from now.

After fixing everything in the hospital I hurriedly go to my den and saw the two guys full of whips and wet with their own blood while both of their arms are hanged in the air. I smirked, guess my men did their work very well.

“ Have you learned something? “ I asked Senri.

“ Yes Prince, they was ordered to bring Zaizen Cendo into their boss’ mansion because of a certain reason but because Zaizen’s in coma they take Miss Shannah as his subtitute- “

“ What’s the reason? “ I asked.

“ Their boss’ didn’t tell them, Prince. “ Senri answered.

I looked at the two who’s continuously getting whipped by Senri’s younger brothers. I pulled out my gun and walked near them,

“ By any chance, did you hurt the girl? “ I asked calmly.

They didn’t answer me, pissed I shot them both on their feet.

“ Answer me. “ I ordered as I watch them whimper because of pain.

“ No- we d-didnt “

“ We p-pointed a g-gun “

Their answers put me on rage and one of them even dared to lie at me.

“ Senri? Did you get who’s the boss and where I could find him?” I asked Senri as I look at the two murderously.

“ Yes”

The very moment I heard Senri’s statement I clicked the trigger two times that ended up taking two useless lives.
