DEDICATION

This book is dedicated to everyone with a good heart, if no one sees your heart, God does.

A week without his wife. A week of Batching. A week to find out the murderer. A week of tension and atonement.

•°•~•°•

After a week on a two-week vacation to Guatemala, Gamaliel Greenwood's wife travels out for a one-week business trip and he's left alone to his devices. The next day at a nightclub with new friends, he almost makes a mistake of adultery but stops before it's too late.

But, alas, things weren't over just yet . . . the prostitute appears the next day to slap blackmail in his face. Not believing it, they end up having a row . . . in the public. Later in the evening the girl is found murdered in her apartment and Gamaliel finds himself the prime suspect faster than he can say 'I didn't do it.'

Now, he not only has to prove himself innocent but also race against the clock and find the murderer on his own before his wife returns.
