A teacher's fatal obsession

I awoke from my sleep and looked at the watch ," Come on , why do i daily wake up so early. i mean these are my holidays . and it is only 5 o'clock." I said to myself.

In all these holidays , i have enjoyed a lot and now i am waiting for my results to declare. WAIT , RESULTS. TODAY IS THE DECLARATION DATE...

I went for a bath and dressed myself in my red top with black jeans. I went downstairs for breakfast and found my mom, dad and brother already waiting for me. They all were smiling and my brother was hiding something .

"WHAT ARE YOU HIDING FROM ME? " I asked him with narrow eyes.

" CHECK YOURSELF" . AND HE PLACED HIS PHONE ON THE TABLE.

I saw the screen was showing 94% and the roll no. was mine. i looked at each of them and my mom hugged me. They then took out the sweets and we all were so happy.

Now i will choose my favorite stream "SCIENCE". Because i love BIOLOGY... I want to be a doctor and serve humanity. This is my dream since my childhood.

I am waiting for the schools to open. A new life is waiting for me and i want to put my all efforts in it. then i went to balcony and was looking at people on the road . suddenly i saw some people unloading the truck and taking the household materials to the house in front of our home.

" A NEW NEIGHBOR. THANK GOD, OTHERWISE THIS LONELY MANSION SEEMS LIKE A HAUNTED BUILDING TO ME" I said sarcastically.

"Shreya, your friend is calling." mom shouted downstairs.

"Who? " Because everyone irritates when your results are being declared.

" It's priya." she replied.

" coming , mom" That's my best friend.

I took the phone and priya asked hurriedly about my marks.

" it is 94%" i said slowly enough not to sound a bit arrogant.

"mine is 90%" she told me.

"great, then science ,right" She wants to be a chemistry professor. And ha really worked hard for this. We are both book worms .

"YA, obviously."

"ok bye then."

Then mom told me about a new neighbor and made fun of me because i used to be afraid of that dark mansion. i opened the main door and saw that by now all the things were inside the home and the truck has gone.

The doors were closed .

"WE HOPE THAT NICE PEOPLE HAVE PURCHASED THIS MANSION." My mom said.

"ME , TOO."

I then went inside . After dinner , i was in my room ,thinking about my new classes when i heard my mom calling me from outside.The voice was coming from the road. i opened my window and saw she was there.

" yes mom."

" Actually i was going to market. so if you can come with me ..."

" no maa. i am sorry but you know i don't like to be out. so sorry and enjoy your shopping."

She went to the market and i was watching her going but then i realized someone was watching me from that mansion's window but disappeared when i looked at it. The rooms were lighten up and their were curtains on the window.

" SO FAST. I THINK THE FAMILY HERE IS FAST IN SETTING THE THINGS."

But who was there?

Leave it Shreya. go to sleep because now only a week is left for your schools to open and you have to buy everything new.

I'M SO EXCITED... THE BEST YEARS OF MY LIFE ARE GOING TO START...
